How I changed my innertube on my 29er Mountain Bike. Tire tread was okay so I kept the tire intact. But the tube was toast so I ditched it. I find schrader valves are much easier to inflate and I generally don't run pressure high enough to justify presta valves. This MTB inner tube cost about $6 and installation took less than 10 minutes. Easy Peasy.

When I used to play Ultimate, competitively, I thought if I could know the entire state of the playing field then I could predict where the disc would land with 100% accuracy and I could catch it every single time. To do this, I would have to know everything about the playing field. I would have to resolve the vectors of every single air molecule. I would have to calculate the exact energy transfer of every photon coming from the sun. And I would need to measure the gravitational anomolies caused by differing earth densities beneath the disc's trajectory. Of course, I would also need to know the intensity of the disc's release and the positon and speed of all my opponents. I used to perform experiments to measure the number of rotations over a given path of travel. Throwing the disc at my camera, protected by a soccer net, I would slow the film down and count the rotations. These experiments told me a great deal. But, then again they told me nothing at all. Some scientists refer to this philisophical principal as pre-determinism. If you can know the initial state of the Universe, you can predict, with certainty, all events that will ever happen. Sure, I enjoy throwing the frisbee accurately and knowing where it's going to land so I can catch it. But, I kinda think removing uncertainty ruins the game. The fun of the game, as in life, is challenging yourself against the unknown. That's where the excitement lies. Besides, no one likes a know-it-all.

A rubber ball's rotational reversal about its geometric center is best described with the throw marked by the green line. The return trajectory's momentum is not sufficient to overcome the ball's clockwise rotation. Therefore, the ball reverses direction and bounces back toward the inclined wall before reversing, yet again, to return to the thrower.

http://www.DroneInTheSky.com This is a test of the DJI's ability to withstand high velocity wind blast in GPS mode. Generally, the drone performed adequately managing to fight against the wind blasts and re-orient itself over its home location. The drone suffered an unrelated catastrophic failure and resulting crash when a propeller retaining nut came loose causing a counterclockwise propeller to fly off the copter. No damage occurred to the quadcopter. Once the blade and nut were replaced the drone flew perfectly.

http://www.Summer101.com/glider.html I recently took a glider lesson on July 4. This video is from one of the flights. We fly next to vultures and hawks. We were also lucky enough to be in the air when another glider lands. I have a DVD quality version available at: http://www.Summer101.com/glider.html
