Baking soda and warm water: In a small bowl, mix baking soda and water in a ratio 1:3. Adjust the quantity according to the length of your hair, so if you have a long hair, mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 9 tablespoon of water. How to apply Baking soda on hair: Now pour this mixture onto the head and work it into your scalp. Do not rub aggressively, rather massage in gently and let it sit for a minute or two before washing it out with plain water. For Best Result use hot water. Apple cider vinegar and cool water: Next, rinse the hair once more using apple cider vinegar. Mix 1 part of it with 4 parts of water. You can add some essential oil to improve the smell. Tilt the head backward in order to prevent apple cider vinegar from getting into the eyes. Tilt the head back and rinse the hair once again. Rose water for dark circles Take a bowl with some cold rose water enough to soak in cotton pads. Dip 2 cotton pads in it and soak a good amount of rose water. Put the cotton pads on your eyes, lie down and relax for 20 mins. Repeat this once every day after your face cleansing routine. The coolness of the rose water will help you relax your mind and make the dark circles fade away eventually. With this regime, you also need to have at least 7 hours of sound sleep at night and a balanced diet including good portions of fruit and vegetables daily. All of these things are directly related to the appearance of dark circles and are equally important for our health and beauty. 3. Honey and lemon mixture Take 1-2 tbsp of honey and add a few drops of lemon to it. Mix well to make it less dense. Apply it all over your face, back of hands, and feet. Rub it for few minutes focusing on the spotted areas. Do this regime once daily before going to bed. Make sure you cleanse your face before applying it to get the best results. You will start noticing a difference within 3 weeks. Your skin will be brightened and glowing and any spots on your skin will start lightening. Clasp both hands behind the thigh, locking your fingers. Lift your left leg and place your right ankle on top of the left knee. Hold the position for a moment. Sitting pigeon pose Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out straight in front of you. Bend your right leg, putting your right ankle on top of the left knee. Lean forward and allow your upper body to reach toward your thigh. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. This stretches the glutes and lower back. Repeat on the other side. 3. Forward pigeon pose Kneel on the floor on all fours. Pick up your right leg and move it forward on the ground in front of your body. Your lower leg should be on the ground, horizontal to the body. Your right foot should be in front of your right knee while your right knee stays to the right. Stretch the left leg out all the way behind you on the floor, with the top of the foot on the ground and toes pointing back. Shift your body weight gradually from your arms to your legs so that your legs are supporting your weight. Sit up straight with your hands on either side of your legs. Take a deep breath. While exhaling, lean your upper body forward over your front leg. Support your weight with your arms as much as possible. Repeat on the other side.
