My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourPressure ======================================= ♥ WARNING: Painkillers Cause High Blood Pressure, Especially In Women ======================================= Most of us, when something hurts, we simply pop a couple pain killers and don’t give it a second thought. A headache, joint pain, muscle pain from working out, menstrual pain and so forth. However, recent research has found a direct connection between high blood pressure levels and the use non-aspirin painkillers - such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin). Additionally, the report reveals a much higher risk for women, than men! A Harvard study involved 5,123 women age 34 to 77, all having healthy blood pressure levels to start. However, here’s what the study revealed: For women not taking painkillers, the risk of developing high blood pressure levels was only about 1-3 percent a year. Women taking 400 mg a day of over-the-counter painkillers (the equivalent of two ibuprofen) had a 60-78 percent increased risk of developing high blood pressure levels. Women taking an average daily dose of 500 mg of acetaminophen (one extra-strength tablet) had a 93-99 percent increased risk of developing high blood pressure levels within three years. That’s DOUBLE! The cause of this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. Why Is It Worse For Women? This is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. Now, aging causes higher blood pressure for BOTH men and women. However, as women get closer to menopause, there is a dramatic drop in estrogen, which causes a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Options You should only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause high blood pressure, but it has its own set of negative side-effects, such as stomach pain, ulcers, excessive bleeding, becoming acidic, etc. Most pain is related to inflammation. So drinking more water, taking higher dosages of Vitamin C, Magnesium and Curcummin will help. Lastly, make SURE you control your blood pressure using natural solutions, especially if you’re over the age of 40 - both men and women. It’s one of the primary causes of heart and brain aging. Can Ibuprofen Be Taken If I Have High Blood Pressure? There is one organ which causes high blood pressure (and it's not what you think!) and there are specific exercises you can use to target and fix your blood pressure easily. No diet, lifestyle changes or medication required: http://hibloodpressure.stream/ Answers from: Joshuwa Proctor Ibuprofen is classified as a NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug). Medications in this drug group have a tendency to increase blood pressure, but your susceptibility to it might be different than the next person. Susceptibility will depend on many factors, such as genetics, other drugs you may currently be taking, the supplements you may be consuming, general diet, and whether or not you exercise. If you have issues with blood pressure, its usually recommended that you consult a doctor before taking medications that may worsen your blood pressure. Your doctor should be able to give you a test regimen and provide blood workups and blood pressure checks to see how youll personally react to taking ibuprofen and other NSAIDs. What is the clinical significance? mean blood pressure increase on an NSAID is 3/2 mm. Hg (systolic/diastolic blood pressure). A discussion from 2016 on Medscape (behind a paywall) NSAIDs, Coxibs, and Cardio-Renal Physiology: A Mechanism-Based Evaluation: Coxibs and Hypertension Medscape Log In says. The potential mechanisms for increased BP related to therapy with NSAIDs include effects on both blood volume and peripheral resistance. As discussed, inhibition of renal PG synthesis can lead to sodium and water retention, potentially increasing plasma volume. In addition, prostacyclin is a potent vasodilator, and inhibition of its synthesis under certain conditions may increase peripheral resistance. So, in short, by blocking cyclooxygenase 2 it causes salt and water retention, intravascular volume expansion, and most likely elevating peripheral vascular resistance too. If you have a fever, sore back or arthritis, it’s easy to reach into your medicine cabinet and grab a couple of ibuprofen to bring some pain relief. Millions of people do it, but Dr. Melissa Walton-Shirley says you should have full knowledge of all the side effects before taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID’s). Dr. Walton-Shirley, a cardiologist at Saint Thomas Heart in Nashville, says taking NSAID’s can increase your blood pressure and increase the risk of a heart attack or stroke, especially if you use it over a long period of time or take it in high doses. These NSAID’s, which include ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve, and Celebrex (just to name a few), can also cause ankle swelling, ulcers, or stomach bleeding Dr. Walton-Shirley advices if you’ve been placed on an anti-inflammatory for a sore knee or back, and now you’re feeling better, you should get off the medication immediately. Use Turmeric Before Ever Swallowing Ibuprofen Again! Whether it is a headache, back pain, joint pain or almost any other body ache, millions of people turn to drugs such as Advil or Motrin to help ease the pain. Most of us probably start out with the recommended amount, but when it does not seem to support, popping a few more is common practice. So common, in fact, that the FDA has ramped up its warnings about the risk of these drugs and their role in causing heart attacks and strokes. Other drugs included in the warning were Celebrex, Aleve, Naprosyn, and Toredol. These drugs have some serious side effects, and it is estimated that they cause at least 16,000 deaths per year and send 100,000 people to the emergency room in the United States. The FDA cautions us to never take more than the recommended amount of non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They also caution that no one should ever take two NSAIDs at the same time with the same active ingredients. The FDA is now requiring manufacturers of prescription NSAIDs to update their labels with more accurate information about heart attack and stroke risks. The most common problems these drugs cause are digestive ulcers and associated bleeding. Studies have also shown increased risk of other conditions, including atrial fibrillation, where the heart beats rapidly and becomes weak, kidney damage, and delayed healing of fractures and soft tissue injuries. Newer evidence, which led to these stronger warnings from the FDA, shows that even taking the drugs at their recommended doses for a short period of time can have serious side effects. These drugs do not sound like much of a solution anymore, do they? If only there were a way to treat aches and pains naturally, without all of the dangerous health risks associated with drugs. Here’s the good news: there is a much better, safer and more natural way to help relieve pain and inflammation, and you may already have it in your home. Turmeric has been known as a natural pain reliever for years and is effective without the serious side effects. The spice contains polyphenol, which has been shown to have hundreds of health benefits! A study published in the Alternative and Complementary Medicine Journal concluded that turmeric can be used as an effective alternative to ibuprofen for osteoarthritis. The spice has anti-inflammatory properties and modifies immune system responses. A supplemental study showed that turmeric was even more effective in preventing inflammation. Turmeric is not only safe, effective and natural, but it is also easily accessible and affordable. The list of uses for turmeric is almost endless. It can be used for arthritis, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, gas, liver problems, gallbladder disorders and more. The anti-inflammatory power of turmeric comes from its main active ingredient, curcumin, which is a very potent antioxidant that helps to fight inflammation. The most effective way to take turmeric is through an extract, which simplifies the absorption process, but you can also use the root. The next time you are experiencing pain or find yourself with a pounding headache, skip the bottle of pills and reach for some turmeric instead. You’ll get the pain relief you need, without the possibility of experiencing side effects that are dangerous to your health. https://youtu.be/VB0v2k295lY

Today's Alternative News Channel - SCIENTISTS CALL FOR RESTRICTIONS ON IBUPROFEN & OTHER OVER-THE-COUNTER PAINKILLERS AFTER DEADLY RISKS DISCOVERED Another study has emerged linking Ibuprofen, the popular over-the counter pain-killer, to harmful and life-threatening health effects in those with cardiac conditions. This time it’s from researchers in Denmark, who found that taking the over-the-counter drug caused a 31% increased risk of cardiac arrest, among other things. It wasn’t just Ibuprofen, but common painkillers that also fall under this category, known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). In fact, they found that other drugs in this category, like Tylenol, present an even higher risk. The study outlines how painkillers are considered completely harmless by the general public, and that few people think twice about hitting the drug store shelves the moment they experience slight pain or a headache. It’s time to start really paying attention to what we are doing here, especially given the fact that NSAIDs are among the most commonly used drugs in the world and easily available to anybody over the counter. According the the study’s lead author, Dr. Gunnar H. Gislason, a professor of cardiology at Cophenhagen University Hospital Gentofte: Allowing these drugs to be purchased without a prescription, and without any advice or restrictions, sends a message to the public that they must be safe The findings are a stark reminder that NSAIDs are not harmless. Diclofenac and ibuprofen, both commonly used drugs, were associated with significantly increased risk of cardiac arrest. . . . NSAIDs should be used with caution and for a valid indication. . . . The current message being sent to the public about NSAIDs is wrong. If you can buy these drugs in a convenience store then you probably think “they must be safe for me.” Our study adds to the evidence about the adverse cardiovascular effects of NSAIDs and confirms that they should be taken seriously, and used only after consulting a healthcare professional.” Professor Gislason does not think these drugs should be sold outside of pharmacies, where there would be no professional available to advise how best to take them and when to avoid them. The study collected data from all patients who had a cardiac arrest incident outside of a hospital in Denmark between 2001 and 2010, identified from the nationwide Danish Cardiac Arrest Registry. Data was collected on all redeemed prescriptions for NSAIDs from pharmacies in Denmark since 1995. The study, which examined a total of 28,947 patients who had an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Denmark, found that 3,376 of these patients were treated with an NSAID up to 30 days before their event. Ibuprofen was one of the most common used NSAIDs, making up 51% of total NSAID use. “NSAIDs exert numerous effects on the cardiovascular system which could explain the link with cardiac arrest. These include influencing platelet aggregation and causing blood clots, causing the arteries to constrict, increasing fluid retention, and raising blood pressure.” Not the Only Study The amount of literature available on this subject can be overwhelming. It really makes you question what science is allowing companies to get these products onto the market without the proper safety measures in place. Dr. Peter Gotzsche, co-founder of the Cochrane Collaboration (the world’s most foremost body in assessing medical evidence), hopes to make clear this very problem. He is currently working to inform the world about the dangers associated with several pharmaceutical grade drugs. Based on his research, he estimates that 100,000 people in the United States alone die each year from the side-effects of correctly used prescription drugs, noting that “it’s remarkable that nobody raises an eyebrow when we kill so many of our own citizens with drugs.” Gotzche’s two main areas of focus are painkillers, like Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Celecoxib, and Diclofenac, and Vioxx, which was actually withdrawn after it was discovered that it caused more than 100,000 cases of serious heart disease in the United States during the five years that it was on the market. This is probably why I’m an Endocrinology doctor - which is the “study of hormones”. As a woman’s natural estrogen levels and other female hormones decrease due to aging and menopause, her blood pressure starts to increase. Avoid Taking Daily Painkillers A report from the Harvard School of Medicine revealed that women taking painkillers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) increased their risk for high blood pressure by almost 100% So, take these drugs only as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. Aspirin does not cause hypertension, but it has its own set of negative side-effects. Take Natural Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals You don’t need to take harmful medications to have healthy blood pressure levels. Nature already has solutions that are proven to work and are safe. Herbs such as Hawthorne Berry, Grape Seed, Celery Seed, Pomegranate and Lycopene extract… Along with Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3, B6 and few others, will naturally lower your blood pressure and keep it in a healthy range. A new study suggests that nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs, may raise blood pressure in patients with arthritis. NSAIDs are among the most widely used drugs in the world, with almost 19 percent of Americans routinely using at least one NSAID. Warnings on the labels of these drugs caution against possible increases in blood pressure, but there is little evidence on the effects of specific drugs. Meanwhile, 30 million Americans have osteoarthritis, and 40 percent of those people also have high blood pressure. Managing high blood pressure in patients with arthritis could prevent more than 70,000 deaths from stroke and 60,000 deaths from heart disease each year. To examine any link between specific NSAIDs and high blood pressure, the researchers compared the effects of Celebrex with the NSAIDs naproxen, the active drug in Aleve, and ibuprofen, which is found in Advil and Motrin. After four months, the researchers found that the Celebrex lowered the patients' average systolic blood pressure slightly, but ibuprofen and naproxen increased it. Further analysis revealed that the percentage of patients with normal blood pressure who developed high blood pressure was roughly 23 percent for ibuprofen, 19 percent for naproxen and about 10 percent for Celebrex. https://www.upi.com/Health_News/2017/08/30/Common-painkillers-may-boost-blood-pressure-in-arthritis-patients/9461504141315/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

There’s a food and exercise plan so powerful that it can wipe out the need for blood pressure pills in as little as three days. About 1 in 3 U.S. adults has hypertension, or high blood pressure. Many are treated with drugs but wonder: "Is this my only option?" Find out about alternatives to taking blood pressure medication. What's proven effective? What isn't? Pritikin Program Seven studies have been published demonstrating that the Pritikin Program of eating, exercise, and lifestyle-change had quick and profound blood-pressure-lowering benefits for individuals with hypertension. Researchers combined the data from all seven studies, which totaled 1,117 people with hypertension who had come to the Pritikin Longevity Center for an average of three weeks. In this large population, blood pressure was reduced to normal or near normal levels. Moreover, a little more than half of the 598 patients initially taking blood pressure medications were able to stop taking their drugs.3

How To Fight High Blood Pressure And Heart Disease Without Deadly Medications The risk of hypertension can be affected by a wide range of risk factors, from smoking, stress, and overeating to excessive drinking and lack of physical activity. All of these factors impact people in a different manner, meaning that there isn’t any exact way to set the limits on what is too much. This is the reason why maintaining a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle is quite challenging, requiring elimination of the bad stuff and introducing more of right things in your daily routine. If you strive towards regulating your blood pressure levels, making certain lifestyle modifications is a must. High blood pressure levels make it much more difficult for the blood to get pumped through the body, which in turn increases the risk of disease by putting stress on the heart. Complications of hypertension are quite severe, including eye damage, stroke, hardening of the arteries, heart disease, and kidney disease. 4 Herbal Remedies that Help Lower Blood Pressure The good news is that there are a few herbs which can go a long way in regulating and lowering blood pressure levels in an all-natural way. 1. Oregano Oregano is highly accessible and quite popular these days. Its carvacrol content is known to lower blood pressure naturally, relaxing the heart rate and making it much easier to pump blood through the body. Interestingly, oregano works as healthier alterative to salt, which makes it a solid flavoring agent. This is very important given that excessive salt intake is known to increase blood pressure. Unfortunately, the standard American diet is loaded with sodium and deficient in nutrients. Oregano helps combat this problem by filling you up with its blood pressure regulating properties and robust nutritional profile. 2. Valerian Valerian has tranquilizing properties which help lower stress levels and help you relax. Consequently, its properties lower blood pressure levels, too. Note that stress is one of the critical risk factors for hypertension, so finding a way to deal with it helps keep the heart healthy. 3. Lavender Adding a few drops of lavender oil to a bath is one of the best and easiest ways to relax. Given that it expands the blood vessels, it also promotes easier blood flow and mental stress reduction. Its aromatic properties make it one of the best calming options on this list. It has been scientifically shown that it can help lower blood pressure levels by staggering 50 percent. 4. Passionflower Passionflower is typically used to promote sleep and is highly beneficial for those with high levels of anxiety or stress. Multiple clinical trials involving patients with generalized anxiety disorders have shown that it can be successfully used to alleviate drug withdrawal symptoms. Note: Although these herbs are a good and healthy way to maintain healthy systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels, they are not the only way! Staying hydrated, managing stress, following a healthy diet, and eliminating unhealthy habits are all good ways to improve the overall health. https://youtu.be/W1KTTG3PDNg

Turmeric has been the subject of nearly 6,000 peer-reviewed and published biomedical studies. Researchers have been studying the powerful spice for years. Thanks to piles of research, scientists have come to the conclusion that turmeric has some major health benefits for the body and brain. Its active ingredient – curcumin – is so powerful that turmeric can be used to replace many dangerous medications. It serves as a safer, more natural options sans harmful side effects. Here are seven drugs you can replace with turmeric 1.Aspirin (Blood Thinner) Studies have shown that curcumic contains anti-platelet effects, which indicates that it may be a safer and more natural treatment option than aspirin, for patients who are prone to vascular thrombosis. 2.Metformin (Diabetes Drug) In a 2009 study, researchers found that curcumin is able to activate AMPK, which increases glucose uptake. According to the study, curcumin was found to be 500 times to 10,000 times more potent than metformin in activating activated protein kinase (AMPK). 3.Atorvastatin (Cholesterol Medication) In a 2008 study, researchers found that a standard preparation of curcuminoids from turmeric performed better than the drug atorvastatin or Lipitor. Turmeric was more effective at reducing inflammation and oxidative-stress in patients with type-2 diabetes. 4.Anti-inflammatory Drugs According to a 2004 study published in the journal Oncogene, curcumin was found to be an effective alternative to many anti-inflammatory drugs, thanks to its powerful natural anti-inflammatory properties. The study showed that curcumin may be used instead of: • Ibuprofen • Sulindac • Naproxen • Diclofenac • Celecoxib And Tamoxifen. 5.Oxaliplatin (Chemotherapy-Drug) A study published in the International Journal of Cancer in 2009 found that curcumin was more effective as an anti-proliferative agent in colorectal cell lines, compared to the chemotherapy drug oxaliplatin. Other studies have shown that curcumin is able to target several different types of cancer, including lung-cancer, melanoma, breast-cancer, ovarian-cancer and gastrointestinal-cancers. 6.Corticosteroids (Steroid Medications) A study published in Pytotherapy Research found that curcumin, the primary polyphenol in turmeric, was able to better manage an inflammatory eye disease compared to steroids. Another study published in Critical Care Medicine found that curcumin was also more effective than steroids at regulating inflammatory genes. 7. Fluoxetine & Imipramine (Antidepressants) According to a 2011 study published in Acta Poloniae Pharmaceutica, cucumin was more effective than both Prozac and Imipramine at reducing depressive behavior in an animal model. Few ways to use Turmeric in your diet are Blend it into a smoothie. While fresh turmeric root is especially great in juices and smoothies, a pinch of ground spice is good, too. Use it in soups. A bowl of vegetable or chicken soup feels even more warming when it's tinged with golden turmeric. Try it with greens. Sprinkle turmeric into sautéed or braised greens like kale, collards, and cabbage Add it to rice. A dash of turmeric brings color and mild flavor to a pot of plain rice or a fancier pilaf. Toss it with roasted vegetables. Turmeric's slightly warm and peppery flavor works especially well with cauliflower, potatoes, and root vegetables.
