https://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-low-blood-pressure-causes-correlation-adrenal-fatigue/19097/ This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and today we are going to talk about low blood pressure consistently. Now, blood pressure is an automatically regulated mechanism in our body. It is designed to provide oxygen through blood, through our brain, as well as various parts of our body. The regulation of blood pressure falls within many factors. Blood volume can effect the blood pressure, the endothelial wall of the blood vessel itself constricting and dialating through what we call baroreceptors or blood pressure sensitive receptors can help modulate the blood pressure, and of course electrolytes and the sodium balance can also play an important factor. The organs responsible including the kidneys, the adrenals, as well as the brain, can also make a big factor in regulating the blood pressure on a 24/7 basis without us knowing. Of course we can not discount the role that the heart plays as well. So maintaining normal blood pressure is a very important part of survival. Just going from a sitting to a standing position requires that it activates all the systems in various degrees so that we can stand up, not feel dizzy, and are able to walk and not feel dizzy and then have normal activity. Any time the blood pressure is not regular the brain is not getting enough profusion or blood flow, and then the body will suffer. In the case of adrenal fatigue, what happens is, because the adrenal glands regulate the sodium and potassium balance, there is a tendancy, as the adrenals get weaker, that the body is not able to regulate this as much as it should. As a result, the sodium is usually lost through the deficieny or the subclinical effectiveness of aldosterone: the hormone that is regulating the blood flow and the water flow. Now this hormone is critical because in adrenal fatigue this hormone aldosterone tends to be low. As a result the sodium is not going to be easily maintained in the body. At this time the labratory values may be the same, or when I say the same I mean normal. People come in a lot of them with low blood pressure because they are losing sodium, and without sodium your water does not flow. So in other words the water stays with the sodium, wherever the sodium goes the water goes. So as long as the sodium is high the water will be retained in the body. When the sodium is low then the body will tend to lose water, and if you lose water, then your blood pressure will go down; it will stay down consistently. That is why many people with low blood pressure tend to do better when they eat more salt they can be perked up and feel much better. But of course, you have to be careful because too much salt can lead to another set of problems including hypertension, as well as swelling in the legs, what we call edema. So first we have to understand that low blood pressure is a symptom and not a disease. Number two you have to look at the big picture of how everything else comes together. In an adrenal fatigue situation, oftentimes low blood pressure does not stand alone; it comes along with other clinical signs and symptoms that you have to put the pieces together. It is one of many symptoms that presents itself. Usually the more advanced the adrenal fatigue the more prominent this is. A very interesting thing that you also have to understand is that in the early stages of adrenal fatigue, blood pressure tends to rise because of the vessel constriction of blood vessels narrowing as a result of hormones; and then in later stages it tends to go down. So if you look at the blood pressure, it can be high and still have adrenal fatigue in early stages, if it stays low consistently then it could mean the body is in a state of advanced adrenal fatigue if all other medical workup is normal. So, low blood pressure constistently is an important symptom to look for in adrenal fatigue and it points us to the underlying dysfunction that is maybe happening in the adrenal glands. Most people worry about high blood pressure, and with good reason as it portends numerous health risks, such as the possibility of an increased risk of heart attacks and strokes. But… Low blood pressure brings a different set of problems, such as reduced brain function and increased mortality risk. If the upper or lower number deviates by more than 10 from 120/80, it pays to be aware low blood pressure may be affecting your health. Think of it like this. The function of your blood pressure is to push the blood out of your blood vessels by permeating out of them to the rest of the body. High blood pressure is often a compensatory response to something that is going on in the body. If you cover up the end response of your body you can get other symptoms. Such as, a very common side effect of blood pressure medications is brain fog or mental “unclarity”. Which really makes perfect sense. Your brain is now not getting the blood (or oxygen) it needs to function, which equals……uhhhhhhhh? What? As a side note I often find that in the elderly, if they have not taken care of themselves and their arteries are already starting to harden, this will lead to decreased permeability of the blood vessels. As a result, blood pressure goes up to compensate and get blood to the brain. If you lower blood pressure too much, you no think too much! ;-) Blood pressure pushes blood through about 100,000 miles of veins, arteries, and capillaries in the body, carrying oxygen, nutrients, immune cells, hormones, neurotransmitters, and other vital compounds. High blood pressure strains blood vessels. However, low blood pressure means not enough blood is getting to capillaries and tissues, particularly in your hands, feet, and brain. This deprives those tissues of sufficient oxygen and nutrients. You may have chronic nail fungal infections and cold hands and feet if so. These can also be signs of an immune system that is deficient as well. So it pays to check both. Adrenal fatigue as a cause of low blood pressure The most common cause of low blood pressure (other than taking blood pressure medications) in a functional medicine model is poor adrenal function. The adrenals are two walnut-sized glands that sit atop the kidneys. They produce stress hormones and help regulate blood pressure. Many people today suffer from adrenal fatigue due to chronic stress. Other causes of adrenal fatigue are poor diets, low blood sugar, chronic infections, gut problems, inflammation, and unmanaged autoimmunity — all stressors. Blood pressure is generated by the heart that pumps blood into the arteries and is regulated by the arteries' response to blood flow. Blood pressure is one of the vital signs of the body. It refers to the force that blood applies to the walls of blood vessels during contraction and relaxation of the heart muscle. Blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries, the vessels that carry blood away from the heart. The ability of arteries to respond to blood flow determines blood pressure. What is low blood pressure? Low blood pressure is a difficult clinical finding to address for a health professional. While high blood pressure is known as the "silent killer", since it is associated with few acute symptoms, hypotension (hypo = low + tension = pressure) may be normal for a patient if it does not have symptoms but may be great importance if it is associated with abnormal body function. Sometimes, the low is good, a goal that must be achieved to keep blood pressure under control. Sometimes, the low is bad because there is not enough pressure to provide blood flow to the organs of the body. Blood pressure ratio The blood pressure readings have two parts and are expressed as a ratio: "Normal" blood pressure for example, it is 120/80 (120 over 80) and measures the pressure inside the arteries of the body. Systolic pressure, the upper number, measures the pressure inside the arteries when the heart contracts (systole) to pump blood to the body. Diastolic pressure the lowest number measures the resting pressures inside the arteries when the heart is at rest. Medical conditions that can cause low blood pressure include: The pregnancy. Because the circulatory system expands rapidly during pregnancy, blood pressure is likely to decrease. This is normal, and blood pressure usually returns to its pre-pregnancy level after giving birth. Heart problems. Some heart conditions that can cause low blood pressure include an extremely low heart rate (bradycardia), heart valve problems, myocardial infarction, and heart failure. Dehydration. When your body loses more water than it absorbs, it can cause weakness, dizziness, and fatigue. Fever, vomiting, severe diarrhea, excessive use of diuretics and strenuous exercise can lead to dehydration. Loss of blood. Losing a lot of blood, such as from a major injury or internal bleeding, reduces the amount of blood in your body, which causes a serious decrease in blood pressure. Severe infection (septicemia). When an infection in the body enters the bloodstream, it can lead to a life-threatening drop in blood pressure called septic shock. Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis). Common triggers of this serious and life-threatening reaction include food, certain medications, insect poisons and latex. Anaphylaxis can cause respiratory problems, hives, itching, swelling of the throat and a dangerous drop in blood pressure. The lack of nutrients in your diet. The lack of vitamins B-12 and folic acid can prevent your body from producing enough red blood cells (anemia), causing low blood pressure.

BLOOD PRESSURE | LOW BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI Low Blood Pressure When person’s Systolic pressure falls below normal then blood pressure also falls and when blood pressure falls below normal, less blood circulates to the vital organs of the body like heart, lungs and liver. This is referred as low blood pressure. The heart, which pumps blood into arteries, generates blood pressure; but less blood is supplied to the heart when a person is suffering from Low Blood Pressure leading to less amount of blood supply to all the parts of the body. When less blood is supplied to the important parts of the body kidney, lungs and brain they will not function normally and they might be temporarily or permanently damaged. The good news for people suffering from Low Blood pressure is that they tend to live longer than the people suffering from high or even normal blood pressure. Low Blood Pressure Symptoms: Most of the people with lower blood pressure don’t have any sudden symptoms. Some of the symptoms that can be taken into account are as follow: Patient feels lazy and weak. Light headache and temporary blindness Panic attacks Sudden change in heart beats and finding hard to breath Feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or even faint as less oxygen and nutrients and oxygen is supplied to brain as a result it stops responding. Suddenly standing up while sitting or lying. A sudden shock and this is also a most threatening symptom. Shock occurs because persistently low blood pressure causes organs to fail rapidly. Low Blood Pressure Causes: There are many causes of low blood pressure some of them are listed below. When sugar levels of a diabetes patient rises then blood pressure falls down to a critical point. Dehydration is the major cause of low blood pressure. Patients suffering from diseases like diarrhea and vomiting are likely to suffer from Low Blood Pressure as a lot of water is lost in diarrhea and vomiting. Bleeding also drops down the blood pressure level of the body. Weak heart muscle cause heart to pump the blood with less pressure thus it results in low blood pressure. A slow heart rate can also decrease the amount of the blood pumped by the heart. Excessive usage of alcohol also drops down the blood pressure of the body. Low Blood Pressure Cures: The best way to cure the Low Blood Pressure is to find the root cause of low blood pressure. It is always useful to consult the doctor but here we will mention little measure that can be taken into account. Drink as much water as possible because if low blood pressure is caused be dehydration then its only cure is to drink a lot water to pull the body back to the normal water level. Salt can also be used but don’t use it excessively because it can also increase the blood pressure. Eating food full of vitamins and proteins is also helpful. Support the deeper cause of a slow metabolism: Insulin & Glucose Support: https://shop.drberg.com/insulin-gluco... Support Healthy Insulin & Blood Sugar Levels Take the Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/TakeBodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about signs and symptoms of Hypoglycemia. "Hypo" means low and "glycemia" is blood sugar. So when you have low blood sugar, this is the time when you have Hypoglycemia and you might show hypoglycemia symptoms like feeling dizzy, irritable, craving for sweet, thirsty, depressed etc. Having either low or high sugar in the body is not good for health. Stress in adrenal glands can also cause Hypoglycemia. Too much sugar in the body causes the reverse effect and is called Hyperglycemia. There's a big confusion on the deeper cause of hypoglycemia. If someone consumes excess sugars it creates a whiplash effect of the pancreas pumping out the insulin. This over-reaction will create a drop in blood sugar. But never then add sugar when you have low sugar unless you want to continue this problem. These are some signs of hypoglycemia. Please visit http://www.diseasesandtreatment.com for more information about diseases and treatment option. Hypotension, Low Blood Pressure Hypotension is low blood pressure, especially in the arteries of the systemic circulation. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. A systolic blood pressure of less than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or diastolic of less than 60 mm Hg is generally considered to be hypotension. However, in practice, blood pressure is considered too low only if noticeable symptoms are present. Hypotension is the opposite of hypertension, which is high blood pressure. It is best understood as a physiological state, rather than a disease. Severely low blood pressure can deprive the brain and other vital organs of oxygen and nutrients, leading to a life-threatening condition called shock. Though often associated with shock, hypotension is not necessarily indicative of it. For some people who exercise and are in top physical condition, low blood pressure is a sign of good health and fitness. For many people, excessively low blood pressure can cause dizziness and fainting or indicate serious heart, endocrine or neurological disorders.

Naturally low blood pressure is unlikely to cause any symptoms and is normally nothing to worry about. But if your blood pressure drops too low, it can restrict the amount of blood flowing to your brain and other vital organs, which can cause unsteadiness, dizziness or fainting. See your GP if you experience any symptoms of low blood pressure and are concerned. All adults should have their blood pressure checked at least every five years. If you haven't had yours measured or don't know what your reading is, ask your GP to check it. Read more about the symptoms of low blood pressure. What is low blood pressure? The heart pumps a constant supply of blood around the body through arteries, veins and capillaries. Blood pressure is a measure of the force of the blood on the walls of the arteries as the blood flows through them. It's measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and recorded as two measurements: systolic pressure – the pressure when your heart beats and squeezes blood into your arteries diastolic pressure – the pressure when your heart rests between beats For example, if your systolic blood pressure is 120mmHg and your diastolic blood pressure is 80mmHg, your blood pressure is 120 over 80, which is commonly written as 120/80. Normal blood pressure is between 90/60 and 140/90. If you have a reading of 140/90 or more, you have high blood pressure (hypertension). This puts you at greater risk of developing serious health conditions, such as heart attack or stroke. People with a blood pressure reading under 90/60 are usually regarded as having low blood pressure. Read more about diagnosing low blood pressure. Why do I have low blood pressure? Causes of Low Blood Pressure During Pregnancy Low blood pressure is also called hypotension. Some symptoms of hypotension include dizziness, fainting and fatigue. Severe hypotension in pregnancy indicates a more life-threatening condition, like a heart condition. Typically, pregnant women have temporary bouts of hypotension that are due to normal body changes. Get My Diabetes Guide Here https://goo.gl/bYLBEz You may think this is a weird question for a diabetes channel to tackle. But a 2015 study by Chloe Eldridge found that “Current evidence shows hypoglycaemia is considerably prevalent amongst people with type 2 diabetes, particularly for those on insulin, yet still fairly common for other treatment regimens. This highlights the subsequent need for educational interventions and individualisation of therapies to reduce the risk of hypoglycaemia.” First let’s define what we mean by hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia happens when the amount of blood glucose (sugar in the blood) drops to a level that's too low to sustain normal functioning; in most people, this is defined as a blood-sugar level below 70 mg/dl. Left untreated, hypoglycemia can lead to a coma and even death. It is very important that those with diabetes monitor sugar levels and treat hypoglycemia when it is present and right away. It happens more often than we think. So what does it feel like to have hypoglycemia? Let’s look at the most common symptoms. There are two classes of hypoglycemic symptoms - those due to lack of sugar in the brain and those due to the adrenalin response of your body. When blood sugar levels get too low, the body will signal for the adrenal glands to kick in. This signals the liver for more sugar. Symptoms from the adrenalin response: One of the first signs you might notice is an insatiable hunger. You’ve eaten but nothing you eat can seem to fill you up. If you have this feeling and you just can’t get enough to eat, check your blood sugar immediately. If it is lower than 70, get 15 grams of fast acting carbs in your body. This can come from a variety of sources: 4 ounces fruit juice 6 ounces regular soda (not diet) 4 or 5 saltine crackers 1 tablespoon of jelly or honey 8 pieces of hard candy Inability to rest at night. This could be due to nocturnal hypoglycemia. Signs of Nocturnal Hypoglycemia are: Restlessness. Making unusual noises. Attempting to get out of bed or accidentally rolling out of bed. Sleepwalking. Nightmares. Sweating. You may wake up with a headache in the morning if your blood sugar was low during the night. Sometimes a snack before bed can reduce the frequency and severity of these sleep disturbances. Some people have a strong feeling of anxiety. This is caused by that rush of adrenalin. This overload of adrenalin can cause some very anxious moments and can also make you feel panicked. You may have uncontrollable sweating even if you aren’t hot. This can be one of the very first signs of hypoglycemia. The central nervous system kicks in after the adrenalin has been pushed from the adrenal glands and this causes the autonomic nervous system to issue a “sweat order” to the skin. Shakes and tremors. Because of the adrenalin rush, the central nervous system starts to malfunction. As a result, it releases chemicals that encourage glucose production and also produce the tremors. Symptoms from lack of sugar in the brain: Fatigue can actually fall in both categories. There is a fatigue that can set in after an adrenalin rush, but also a fatigue from the lack of sugar in the brain. Either can be very serious. Emotional instability. Mood swings and sudden emotional episodes not typical of your normal behavior are among the neurological symptoms of hypoglycemia. These could include irrational outbursts, random crying for no reason which may become uncontrollable, extreme anger without cause, and a strong desire to be left alone. Mild mood changes that may not be as severe, such as general irritability or becoming easily annoyed, can also be a signal that your blood sugar may be dropping. Dizziness and light-headedness. If you experience these common symptoms of hypoglycemia, heed them and treat the hypoglycemia quickly. Dropping blood sugar levels can result in fainting. If you feel dizzy or light headed, sit or lie down immediately to avoid injuring yourself. Because the brain is especially sensitive to a drop in sugar, you may experience a sense of confusion and an inability to concentrate on one thing at a time. Your mind seems to wander all over the place. If your vision suddenly becomes blurry or you see double, a drop in blood sugar may be to blame. This is also a result of the brain’s lack of sugar affecting the optic nerve. Your sugar-starved brain may cause you to slur your words. To others this may resemble someone who has been drinking. But you may not even notice. These lists are not exhaustive, but are the more common symptoms of hypoglycemia. According to WebMD, Some people have no symptoms of low blood sugar. The only symptom you may have is confusion. Or you may become unconscious before anyone realizes you have low blood sugar...

And having hypertension is one of the leading causes of a heart attack or stroke.(1) Now, there are lots of ways to naturally lower your blood pressure and under this video, in the description area, I’ve listed some of my favorites. However, don’t go there yet because most people, including doctors, mistakenly consume less salt to lower blood pressure. However, low-salt diets typically don’t make much of a difference. What does make a big difference is lowering sugar in your diet and more specifically, “high fructose corn syrup” In a recent study in the journal Open Heart (2), the authors write: “Evidence from epidemiological studies and experimental trials in animals and humans suggests that added sugars, particularly fructose, may increase blood pressure and blood pressure variability, increase heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, and contribute to inflammation, insulin resistance and broader metabolic dysfunction. Thus, while there is no argument that recommendations to reduce consumption of processed foods are highly appropriate and advisable, the arguments in this review are that the benefits of such recommendations have less to do with sodium—minimally related to blood pressure and perhaps even inversely related to cardiovascular risk—and more to do with highly-refined carbohydrates and sugars." The Problem Started In The 1970s Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) was far cheaper to use in their products. In fact, HFCS is the #1 source of calories in America!!!( 3) It’s found in almost everything you can think of. More specifically, in sodas and fruit juices. But also in many pre-packaged foods. This also includes “healthy sugars” sweetened with agave. My Proven “Prescription” and Recommendation For You You must do your best to limit and eliminate all HFCS and to do this, make sure you read labels. Again, the LESS pre-packaged the food, the better. Limit your TOTAL fructose to 25 grams or less, that’s about 100 calories daily. This includes the natural fructose found in fruits. If you are already suffering from high blood pressure or signs of insulin resistance like diabetes, overweight and high cholesterol, you should be particularly careful to limit your fructose, including that from whole fruits, to 15 grams per day or less. That’s about 60 calories daily. So there you have it. Focus more on limiting your sugars, this includes fruit sugar, fructose … and especially “high fructose corn syrup” which is found in most pre-packaged foods, especially sodas and fruit juices. Now, I wanted to keep this video short and simple so you have something to implement today and start get results right away. If you want more details on how to lower your blood pressure naturally, under this video I’ve got simple and proven solutions that you can utilize and you do NOT even have to change your diet or exercise. How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/HBPFormula Or the best foods for loweing hypertension: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGnVNS63NdU Refferences: Sprint Research Group, Wright JT, Jr., Williamson JD, et al. I’ve done this because hypertension is called the “silent killer” because there are no symptoms for it. And of course, high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack or stroke and it’s more of a problem in my opinion, than having “high” cholesterol. Additionally, going from a high blood pressure (over 140/90 mmHg) to normal levels (120/80 mmHG ), let alone to ideal blood pressure levels (115/75 mmHG) dramatically improves your life by1 38% lower risk of heart failure; 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death; 27% lower risk of mortality overall. However, today I’m going to reveal the #1 cause of high blood pressure and NO, it’s not your diet, lack of exercise or stress! It’s because of the negative changes in your hormones, due to AGING! First, take a look at the stats and chart from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) of high blood pressure among adults2 over the age of 18 between 2015-2016 The first bar on the left that’s kinda black, shows the TOTAL number of people who have high blood pressure. Basically, it’s 30% of the population over the age of 18. That’s a lot. What’s worse is that this does NOT take into account PRE-hypertension numbers, which means even more people have “almost” high blood pressure and don’t even know it. The second, gray bar, shows the % from age 18-39. Men are 9.2% and women 5.6%. It’s not much, but the numbers are higher by 2% compared to 2013, just 2-3 years before and their even high in 2018.3 The third, green bar, shows the % for age 40-59. Men are at 37.2% and women 29.4%. This is a MASSIVE jump, up 420% for men and a whopping 525% for women!!! Why such a huge jump all of a sudden?... Because men’s testosterone starts to declined in his late 20’s and even more so in his 30’s. However, there’s a huge drop starting in his 40’s and it’s called “andropause”. And women, they start “menopause” in their 40’s as well, which causes massive negative changes in all their hormones - estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, adrenal and thyroid hormones Finally, the forth, lighter-green bar, shows the % for age 60 and over. Men are 58.5% and women 66.8%. Both age groups are significantly worse. But the women are much worse because the negative changes in hormones because of menopause is more dramatic than men’s “andropause” So What Does This Mean For You? Well, you’re probably thinking “great, there’s nothing I can do. I can’t turn back time, so I guess this is it?!!” No, this just means you have to be more proactive about monitoring and improving your blood pressure levels as you age, especially after the age of 40. Now, the best way to find solutions to problems, is to know the CAUSE of it. So what you need to do is make some simple lifestyle changes and utilize specific nutrients that a more “mature” body needs, because of the changes in hormones, ... so your body can help heal itself naturally, from within. This is the ONLY long-term, safe solution for improving your blood pressure and overall health… and I think you’d agree with this. In fact, this is why there are over 75 different blood pressure drugs with over a dozen different mechanism. This is also why most people with hypertension end up taking on average 2 drugs AT THE SAME TIME, to make improvements. Of course, if you have extremely high blood pressure, such as 180/120, then you MUST take a drug right away to lower it fast and get it under control immediately. YES, lifestyle matters because DIET - what you put in your body (food and liquids), EXERCISE - How much, how often and what kind. STRESS MANAGEMENT - emotional and physical SUPPLEMENTS - herbs, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals and amino acids ======================================== Thank you for watching. Key Signs and Symptoms of Low Blood Pressure People frequently talk about high blood pressure, as it can lead to heart attacks, strokes and kidney failure. But low blood pressure, also known as hypotension, can also cause damage to your body. While a blood pressure reading of 140/90 mm Hg or above is considered high, a reading of less than 90/60 mm Hg is considered low. Everyone’s blood pressure drops at one time or another and doesn’t cause any noticeable symptoms. For instance, the transition from sitting or lying down to standing can cause a drop in blood pressure. Some people may experience low blood pressure right after eating or from prolonged standing. However, certain conditions can cause prolonged periods of hypotension that can be bad for your health. Such conditions include pregnancy, significant blood loss due to an injury, poor circulation caused by a heart condition, weakness that accompanies dehydration, dieting to lose weight, anaphylactic shock, infections of the bloodstream and endocrine disorders, such as diabetes, adrenal insufficiency and thyroid disease. Certain medications like beta-blockers, diuretics, tricyclic antidepressants and erectile dysfunction drugs can also cause hypotension. A deficiency of the essential vitamins B12 and folic acid can cause anemia, which in turn can lead to low blood pressure. Having persistent low blood pressure is not good. If the blood pressure gets severely low, your body will not receive enough oxygen to carry out its normal functions. A decreased oxygen level can lead to impaired functioning of the heart and brain as well as cause difficulty breathing. In certain cases, people with low blood pressure can lose consciousness or go into shock (when the organs shut down). This makes it more important to be aware of the signs and symptoms of low blood pressure, so that timely treatment can be provided. Here are the key signs and symptoms of low blood pressure.

Low Blood Sugar Symptoms You Should be Aware of! Visit: http://www.tipsforhealths.com/hcg-ultra-diet-trial Claim your HCG Ultra diet trial You may have these symptoms when your blood sugar has dropped below 70 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL): Headache * Sweating Check for sweating on the back of your neck at your * hairline. * Shakiness * Weakness * Blurred vision * Nervousness * Extreme hunger * Dizziness * A fast heartbeat and feeling anxious * Slight nausea If your blood sugar continues to drop (Below 40 mg/dL), your behavior may change. Symptoms may include: * Inability to concentrate. * Confusion and irritability * Slurred speech * Unsteadiness when standing or walking * Muscle twitching * Personality changes, such as anger or crying. Symptoms of severe low blood sugar: Symptoms of severe low blood sugar (usually below 20 mg/dL) include: * Seizure. * Loss of consciousness (coma). * Stroke. * Death. ------------------------------------------------------- The body uses glucose or sugar as fuel to work. The brain needs sugar almost exclusively. The brain cannot produce its own sugar and depends on the body for its supply. If glucose level in the blood falls, brain may cease to function normally. Body gets required sugar or glucose from foods. Nervousness, intense hunger, palpitations, sweating, trembling, weakness, are normally the common symptoms of hypoglycemia. This is a chronic disease and cannot be cured by medicine. Low blood sugar is the typical cause for Hyperglycemia. If the sugar level in your body falls below 60 mg/dl, liver releases glucose. This is normal biological cycle. If liver fails to releases the required extra sugar, it becomes a case of hypoglycemia. For a patient who suffers from hypoglycemia losses sugar through urination. In a normal person excess sugar is stored in liver as glycogen. During strenuous physical labor or long periods of fasting, body gets its sugar supply from liver. Gluco-neo-genesis is the biological process which converts glycogen to glucose. The problem in imbalance of sugar level in body happens due to malfunctioning of Pancreas. Patients with diabetes (Type1 diabetes or Type 2 diabetes) who have insulin resistance can also have low sugars. Prolonged fasting can trigger this process further. There are other causes for hypoglycemia, like insulin producing tumors (insulinomas) and certain medications. The primarily cause of hypoglycemia is diabetes mellitus. When the glucose level in circulating blood falls, the brain actually senses the drop. Brain sends an alert to the affected person in the form of hunger. Brain also starts several biological actions to increase sugar level. There will be decrease in insulin secretion and increase in glucagon; cortisol secretion as these hormones boosts higher blood glucose level. If blood glucose sugar level falls to 45 mg/dl range, patient starts to feel confusion, drowsiness, changes in behavior, coma and seizure. This is the case of acute hypoglycemia. http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free guide to shopping for dietary supplements! If there is no glucose in the bloodstream or very little, then this is called hypoglycemia. You probably have experienced some of this when you exercised really hard or have gone a while without eating. Other causes of it would be an illness like kidney or pancreas problems. Using too much prescription medicine, as well as consuming a lot of alcohol can also bring about this problem. The most common indicator someone has low blood sugars would be hunger, since the body is crying out for energy in order to operate correctly. Your heart could be beating faster and you may be feeling nervous or jittery as your body enters into survival mode. Next your skin might turn cold and clammy as fuel is prioritized to important organs to keep the body running. If blood sugar levels drop even further it will bring about worse symptoms. A person's vision could be blurry and they could feel lightheaded, confused and short tempered. I know that If I go without food for a while I begin to get irritable and bad tempered. Also the person might have difficulties with walking, keeping their balance or driving a car. Since the body needs sugar to run and if it stops completely what do you think will happen? Exactly a person could easily pass out, and their body could shut down. Seizures can take place and lastly with no sugar the body will cease to operate, and a person could die. One of the best ways to control blood sugar levels is by ensuring you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. For instance B vitamins have a lot to do with cell health. Various studies show that low levels of vitamin D increases insulin resistance and causes poor control over blood glucose levels. Someone can get these vitamins through eating food, but it's very risky. The truth is that most of the food we eat does not have the vitamins and minerals like it used to. I would highly recommend getting a good multi-vitamin to ensure you're not going to be deficient in any vitamins, which can cause many problems. There are also some herbal remedies that help with blood sugar levels like ginseng. This herb reverses fatigue, strengthens the heart, nervous system and helps someone think. Consuming a green tea supplement or drinking the beverage can help. What it does is boost insulin activity that can transport more glucose to where it's needed. Many of these herbal remedies someone can get by consuming a dietary supplement. I'm a huge fan of dietary supplements simply because they are convenient to take, and can provide a person with tons of benefits. The bad news with dietary supplements is the fact that nobody really checks to ensure these products are safe and do what they say. The fact is many government agencies around the world don't have the resources to check these products before they are sold. They also think it's up to companies to make sure their product is safe and does what it states. We both know that in a competitive world it's going to be tempting for an organization to do whatever it can to earn the most amount of money. The sad fact is that many supplements on the marketplace have problems. The famous Consumerlabs tested many of the top selling supplement brands and they discovered almost half either have harmful ingredients or they are mislabeled. To make things a little easier on you I have created a guide that I feel can really help someone in their quest of finding supplements to enhance their health. This guide can share with you a few warning signs you might not be aware of that a product will most likely be harmful to you. It goes over various herbal remedies as well as a few common ones found in everyday items that are actually dangerous. It also offers some online resources and much more. The best part is that it's completely free. You can take a look at this guide by clicking on http://utahtexans.com/.

Watch it !!! http://bit.ly/29kvGJS ★ A Breakthrough in diabetes has been achieved ► Read On To Find Out Exactly How You Can Change Your Life By Following A Simple Diet That Anyone Can Do... Causes of High Diastolic Blood Pressure Nearly 1 in 3 American adults has high blood pressure. Your heart has to work harder when blood pressure is high, and your risk for heart disease, stroke and other problems goes up. High blood pressure won't go away without treatment. That could include lifestyle changes and, if your doctor prescribes it, medicine. What Is Blood Pressure? Blood pressure is the force of blood flow inside your blood vessels. Your doctor records your blood pressure as two numbers, such as 120/80, which you may hear them say as "120 over 80." Both numbers are important. The first number is the pressure as your heart beats and pushes blood through the blood vessels. Health care providers call this the "systolic" pressure. The second number is the pressure when the vessels relax between heartbeats. It's called the "diastolic" pressure. Here's what the numbers mean: Healthy blood pressure: below 120/80 Early high blood pressure: between 120/80 and 140/90 High blood pressure: 140/90 or higher The lower your blood pressure, the better your chances of delaying or preventing a heart attack or a stroke. When your blood moves through your vessels with too much force, you have high blood pressure or hypertension. Your heart has to work harder when blood pressure is high, and your risk for heart disease and diabetes goes up. High blood pressure raises your risk for heart attack, stroke, eye problems and kidney disease. High blood pressure is a problem that won't go away without treatment and changes to your diet and lifestyle. You should always have an idea of what your blood pressure is, just as you know your height and weight. How will I know if I have high blood pressure? High blood pressure is a silent problem — you won't know you have it unless your health care provider checks your blood pressure. Have your blood pressure checked at each regular health care visit, or at least once every two years (people without diabetes or other risk factors for heart disease). What can I do about high blood pressure? Here are some easy tips to help reduce your blood pressure: Work with your health care provider to find a treatment plan that's right for you. Eat whole-grain breads and cereals. Try herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods. Check food labels and choose foods with less than 400 mg of sodium per serving. Lose weight or take steps to prevent weight gain. Limit alcohol consumption and consult your health care provider about whether it is safe to drink alcohol at all. If you smoke, get help to quit. Ask your health care provider about medications to help reduce high blood pressure. Samples of these types of medications include ACE inhibitors, ARBs, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and diuretics. source:http://www.diabetes.org Topic are cover: causes of high blood pressure high blood pressure causes cause of high blood pressure what cause high blood pressure causes for high blood pressure causes high blood pressure what causes high diastolic blood pressure high diastolic blood pressure causes causes of high diastolic blood pressure what are the causes of high blood pressure high diastolic pressure causes what are causes of high blood pressure what causes blood pressure to be high what can cause high blood pressure readings http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA76U-q15HU

How to Lower Diastolic causes of high diastolic blood pressure normal systolic Disclaimer:This Video only For Educational Purpose Diastolic blood pressure is the amount of pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats. A normal, healthy diastolic blood pressure should be between 70 and 80 mmHg, while diastolic blood pressure numbers of 90 and higher can increase your risk for heart attack, stroke, and other health problems. Your diastolic blood pressure can be lowered in the same way your systolic blood pressure is lowered: by practicing a series of healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes, and in some cases, by using medical treatments. 1 Following a Heart-Healthy Diet 1 Eat a diet comprised of healthy whole foods. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, low-fat dairy products, and foods high in potassium naturally help improve heart health and lower diastolic blood pressure. Start consuming more whole foods, and cut back on foods that are processed and high in sugar and fat. On a daily basis, try to get 6 to 8 servings of whole grains (1 slice of bread is one serving), 4 to 5 servings of vegetables (½ cup cooked veggies is one serving), and 4 to 5 servings of fruits (½ cup fruit juice is one serving). You should also aim for 2 to 3 servings of dairy (1 cup fat-free milk is one serving), 6 servings or fewer of lean meat/poultry/fish (3 oz. of cooked meat is one serving), and 4 to 5 servings of nuts/seeds/legumes per day (2 tbsp peanut butter is one serving) per day. Limit your consumption of sweets to 5 servings or fewer per week. Foods rich in potassium can help balance out the effect of sodium, so consider eating more potassium-rich fruits and vegetables in particular, including oranges, avocados, beans, greens, potatoes, and tomatoes 2 Reduce your sodium intake. Excess sodium consumption causes water retention and forces your heart and arteries to work harder to pump blood throughout your body. Consume no more than 1,500 mg of sodium per day. Use sea salt instead of table salt, which often contains man-made additives that can worsen your health. Keep in mind that one teaspoon of table salt contains 2,300 mg of sodium on average. The average person consumes about 3,400 mg of sodium daily--more than twice the recommended amount. Excess sodium can cause your body to retain water, which increases the amount of work your heart and blood vessels must do. As a result, excess sodium increases your diastolic blood pressure just as it increases your systolic blood pressure. Check food labels and recipes, and stick with foods that contain 140 mg or less of sodium per serving. Limit salt, MSG, baking soda, baking powder, disodium phosphate, and any compound with "sodium" or "Na" in it. Rely on other herbs, spices, and naturally flavorful ingredients to enhance the taste of food instead of reaching for the salt. 3 Consume less alcohol. Studies show that moderate alcohol consumption can improve heart health, but consuming more than one or two alcoholic beverages per day increases blood pressure and has adverse health effects. Lower your alcohol intake, and consult with your healthcare provider for recommendations on alcohol consumption. Note that "one drink" equals 12 oz of beer, 5 oz of wine, or 1.5 oz of 80-proof liquor. 4 Reduce caffeine intake. Caffeine is linked to higher diastolic blood pressure levels, which occurs when caffeine blocks the hormone responsible for keeping arteries widened. Reduce your current caffeine intake, and switch from drinking coffee, energy drinks, and sodas to natural white, green, and black teas when you need an energy boost. Technically, caffeine may or may not have a significant effect on your blood pressure. If you don't drink it often, caffeine can cause a dramatic spike in overall blood pressure, but it generally has a less significant effect if you've been consuming it regularly for an extended period of time. Check your blood pressure within 30 minutes of drinking a caffeinated beverage; if either diastolic or systolic blood pressure increases by 5 to 10 mmHg, that's too much, and you should look at cutting back. If you decide to reduce your caffeine, take several days to do so and lower your average consumption to about 200 mg daily--roughly two 12 oz (355 ml) cups of coffee. However, most people don’t realize that having high blood pressure ALSO causes erectile problems.3 In fact, high blood pressure also causes a decrease in libido and loss of interest in sex for women as well!3 And this is important to know because 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worse yet, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 So statistically speaking, if you’re watching this video … you probably do NOT have “optimal” blood pressure levels. And if you’re experiencing any form of erectile dysfunction … or a decrease in your libido … or you simply want to improve your “performance” in the bedroom, it’s extremely important that you improve your blood pressure. Hypertension & Physical Causes Blood vessel damage from high blood pressure (HBP or hypertension) reduces blood flow throughout your body. Lower blood flow to the pelvis can negatively affect the sex lives of both men and women. Men - High Blood Pressure and Erectile Dysfunction In a man, the effects of high blood pressure on sexual function are more physically apparent than they are with women. Erectile dysfunction happens when there’s not enough blood flow to the penis to allow for an erection. Basically, a common cause of erectile dysfunction (impotence) is damage to the lining of the arteries to the penis. Because of this, there’s less blood getting to the penis and thus, you end up have a “limp dick”. Blood pressure can damage your arteries by causing them to become thicker, or even to burst. This can restrict blood flow to your penis, which can cause impotence. Women - High Blood Pressure, Loss of libido & Interest Women with high blood pressure may have lower libido and less interest in sex, especially if the condition is contributing to fatigue. If a woman’s blood flow to her vagina is reduced, it may also affect how her body responds both before and during intercourse. Blood Pressure Drugs and Impotence So if high blood pressure wasn’t bad enough for your sex life, the typical solutions are even worse! Unfortunately, most doctors will simply prescribe blood pressure drugs, which are known to cause erectile dysfunction.4 In fact, it’s estimated that over 70% of men who take blood pressure medications, decide to get off of them because of these negative side-effects.4,5 Natural Solutions As I’ve stated in all of my videos, you do NOT need to take drugs to help fix your health challenges. Nature already has the solutions. Under today’s video, I’ve given you links to proven, all-natural solutions for lowering your blood pressure. In fact, it’s the SAME formula that my dad and I use personally. So whether you’re a man or women and you want to improve your sex drive, libido and help fix any erectile problems, make sure you optimize your hormones and lower your high blood pressure. ======================================== Thank you for watching. In physiology and medicine, hypotension is low blood pressure, especially in the arteries of the systemic circulation. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. Hypotension is generally considered systolic blood pressure less than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or diastolic less than 60 mm Hg. However, in practice, blood pressure is considered too low only if noticeable symptoms are present. Hypotension is the opposite of hypertension, which is high blood pressure. It is best understood as a physiological state, rather than a disease. It is often associated with shock, though not necessarily indicative of it. This video is targeted to blind users. SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/DrJohnKiel FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/medicinelifestyle TWITTER: https://twitter.com/LifestyleMedYou I wanted to take a moment to talk about salt and it's effects on your body. Specifically, I wanted to talk about how it can raise your blood pressure. By better understanding the effects of salt on your blood pressure, you may be better able to manage that aspect of your health moving forward. Before I get started, I want to mention that salt has many roles in the human body and I'm going to specifically focus on blood pressure in this lecture. In a nutshell, sodium (or Na+), which I'll just refer to as salt ( NaCl) for now, helps your kidneys retain water. This serves a very essential function to our overall health and well being. The salt circulating in our bloodstream, and in the rest of our body, helps keep our circulatory system filled and allows the heart to do its job of delivering oxygen around the body. It is the job of your kidneys to regulate the amount of salt in your circulatory system. If total salt goes up, your kidneys will filter more out. If total salt goes down, those filters will close and your body will try to retain salt. This affects your blood pressure directly because the water "follows" the salt if you will. It does this through a physical process called osmosis. According to the American Heart Association, we require about 1500 mgs of salt per day. As Americans, we consume about 3,400 mg/day, more than twice what we need. Furthermore, 75% of the salt we consume comes from processed food and restaurant, and less than 25% from what we add ourselves. It's also worth noting that some people are more sensitive to salt intake than others. So if you have no heart or kidney problems, you're most likely able to filter out the excess salt. However, if you have heart or kidney issues, or you are particularly sensitive, then the excess salt can start causing problems and potentially damage some of your organ systems. Salt has several names including sodium, Na, Na+, NaCl, KCl and low sodium. Unsalted, no salt added, sodium free are terms you should look for on a nutrition facts label. Elevated sodium levels are associated with heart disease, heart attack, myocardial infarction, CAD or coronary artery disease, embolisms and blood clots, brain disease, stroke, dementia, vascular disease, atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, arteriostenosis, kidney disease, kidney failure, osteoporosis, stomach cancer, kidney stones and headaches. Symptoms of too much salt include dehydration, bloating, puffiness, weight gain, increased thirst, and excessive thirst. There are many ways to lower, decrease salt intake. One example is DASH diet or dietary approaches to stop hypertension (high blood pressure).

http://www.stopdrinkingexpert.com Does alcohol cause high blood pressure? Many drinkers have high blood pressure and often wonder if alcohol is the root cause. The answer I am afraid is; most likely yes. It is so common that the medical industry has a term for it. Alcohol induced hyper tension. You may expect the problem to be the result of alcohol affecting blood vessels but it is a little more complex and dangerous than that. Your body is an amazing machine, breathtaking in it’s power and complexity. Even while you are sleeping there is a part of your being that constantly keeps watch on all your vital functions. Your heart beats without any conscious desire or input. Your breathing is always at the correct rate. Your body temperature is kept to an optimum level. The central nervous system is responsible for doing all this and much more. does alcohol cause high blood pressureAlcohol badly interferes with the way your central nervous system operates. It becomes over energetic and starts to make mistakes. I am sure you can see how bad a mistake it is to allow this part of your body to make mistakes. Essentially your central nervous system is drunk. You probably wouldn’t want a drunk surgeon to operate on you and it is just as crazy to allow a drunk to control your heart and respiratory system. Back when I was a drinker I always had borderline hypertension. I was shocked when I stopped drinking alcohol because within one month. My blood pressure had not only improved but returned to a perfectly normal level. I was so surprised I asked the doctor to take my blood pressure three times. Alcohol induced hypertension causes strokes, heart attacks and a whole heap of health problems you don’t want!
