How to Treat/Prevent Colon Cancer - Symptoms & Natural Remedies for Colon Cancer
How to Cure Prevent & Treatment of Colon Cancer Symptoms in Men and WomenColon Cancer with Natural Home Remedies 8 proven steps you can take right now to promote a healthy anti-cancer intestinal environment and fight colorectal cancer (bowel cancer) naturally. Colorectal cancer is a “food-related” cancer. (1) Everything you eat passes over the lining of your digestive tract. The lining of the large intestine and the rectum at the lower end of the digestive tube contains waste, digestive fluids, bile acids and fiber. That lining is bathed by chemicals in food, your own hormones and secretions, healthy and unhealthy bacteria. The contents of your intestines has a direct impact on the health of the tissue is touches as it passes through. Colorectal cancer is directly impacted by your diet. Eat Less Red Meat: Studies show that eating red meat “frequently” increases the incidence of colon cancer. Eating red meat daily and especially more than one serving pers day increased risk. Plant based diets showed lowest risk (1). Increased risk is associated with increased inflammation associated with chemicals released by digestion of red meat. These chemicals increase damage to and inhibit the repair of DNA (genetic material) in the cells lining your intestines. (2) Damage to DNA is a primary cause of all cancers. Eat More Garlic: According to the National Cancer Institute Fact Sheet on Garlic and Cancer Prevention, Preliminary studies suggest that garlic consumption may reduce the risk of developing several types of cancer, especially cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. Protective effects from garlic may arise from its antibacterial properties or from its ability to block the formation of cancer-causing substances, halt the activation of cancer-causing substances, enhance repair, reduce cell proliferation, or induce cell death. Garlic is high in the minerals sulfur and selenium as well as plant chemicals such as allicilin and flavonoids, all known to be beneficial to health. The World Health Organization’s (WHO) guidelines for general health promotion for adults is a daily dose of 2 to 5 g of fresh garlic (approximately one clove) daily. (3) (4) Other food plants in this family with similar properties include onions, leeks, scallions, and chives. Eat A Rainbow of Plant Antioxidants: The deep, bright colors of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices contributes a wide variety of antioxidants to the diet. Examples of antioxidant rich, deeply pigmented foods are blueberries, cranberries, pomegranates, carrots, apricots, canteloupe, kale, broccoli, spinach, avocado, tomato, apples, red cabbage, red and purple grapes, pink grapefruit, tumeric, saffron, oregano, sage, rosemary. Color signals the presence of anti oxidant plant chemicals that turn on cancer suppressor genes and turn off cancer promoter genes. Studies show increased levels of inflammation and oxidative stress in the colon with diets lacking plant antioxidants. Increased inflammation and low antioxidant levels is an environment that promotes colon cancer.(6) (7) Eat 6-10 servings daily. Use Olive Oil Olive oil contains plant chemicals that have anti-cancer properties. Olive oil reduces bile acid and increases enzymes that regulate cell turn over in the lining of the instestines promoting healthy tissue. Antioxidant compounds (phenolics) present in olive oil also exert a cancer protective antioxidant effect. (8) Include Selenium Rich Foods Studies show that selenium not only inhibits colon cancer but can also enhance or work with some cancer drugs. Selenium not only protects colon cancer cells but also inhibit growth and promotes death of colon cancer cells. How Does A Colon Cancer Look Like? Don't Miss The Symptoms & Prevention Tips - Herbs
How does a colon cancer look like? Cancer of the colon and the rectum (also known as colon cancer or colorectal cancer) is a malignant growth arising from the inner lining of the colon or rectum. Everyone is potentially at risk of developing colon cancer at some point in their lifetime. Although colon cancer occurs mostly in mature individuals, it can also occur in younger men and women as well. Some of the risk factors include a personal history of colonic or rectal polyps, a personal or family history of colon or rectal cancer, and certain conditions, such as chronic ulcerative colitis (CUC) and Crohn's disease. Diet also appears to be a factor in the development of colon cancer. Facts - Colon Cancer Is the second leading of death from cancer in the U.S. Over 50% of all new cases of colon cancer involve metastasis by the time of diagnosis Approximately 102,900 Americans will be diagnosed with colon cancer this year. Approximately 48,100 Americans will die from colon cancer this year. 80 to 90 million Americans are at risk of developing colon cancer If colon cancer is detected and treated early, the survival rate is high. Colon cancer prevention tips: 1. Stop Alcohol. If you are the type of person that likes to drink and you drink a lot, then you need to realize that excessive alcohol consumption has been proven to increase colon cancer risks significantly. 2. Stop Smoking. Smoking can transport dangerous carcinogens to your colon. Smoking has also been proven to increase the size of polyps found in the colon. 3. Get plenty of exercise. People who have a regular exercise regimen have been known to decrease their risk of colon cancer by as much as 40%. 4. Regular colon cancer screenings. This tip is very important if you are age 50 or older. The older you get, the higher your risk for cancer. Doctors recommend that anyone over the age of 50 have yearly screenings. An early diagnosis is the easiest to cure. 5. Lose weight. People who are obese are at a high risk for cancer. Many studies have been conducted on the effect of obesity and colon cancer. They have all concluded that people who are obese are at a much higher risk than those of a normal weight. 6. Change your diet. A high fat, low fiber diet, is the perfect diet to feed colon cancer. Get away from red meats, eat more fruits and vegetables and stay away from saturated fats. 7. Learn the symptoms. Know the symptoms of colon cancer. If you exhibit any of these symptoms, see your doctor right away. The earlier colon cancer is detected and treatment started the better your chances of survival. 8. Know your family history. Top 10 Cancer Causing Foods You Should Avoid
Cancer is an abnormal growth of cells. There are more than 100 types of cancer, including breast cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and lymphoma. Possible signs and symptoms include a lump, abnormal bleeding, prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss and a change in bowel movements. Many cancers can be prevented by not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, not drinking too much alcohol, eating plenty of vegetables, fruits and whole grains, not eating too much processed and red meat, and by avoiding many cancer causing foods that we have listed below. Microwave popcorn bags are lined with perfluorooctanoic acid, a compound that has been linked to various types of cancer, including liver, testicular and pancreatic cancer. Canned foods allow you to enjoy your favorite vegetables throughout the year. However, if you are concerned about your health, avoid canned food, especially canned tomatoes. The cans used to pack tomatoes and other foods are lined with a product called bisphenol A, BPA, an endocrine disruptor that may mimic or disrupt hormones and increase the risks for breast cancer, prostate cancer, early puberty, metabolic disorders, infertility, and several other problems. Farmed salmon is nowhere near as healthy as wild salmon, and eating farmed salmon puts you at a higher risk of developing cancer. Farm-raised fish are fed unnatural diets and contaminated with chemicals, antibiotics, pesticides and other known carcinogens found in materials like asbestos. Hydrogenated oils are vegetable oils, which cannot be naturally extracted like olive oil, soy or canola oil, they are chemically extracted from vegetables and is again chemically treated to change the smell and taste. This process turns unsaturated fat into a stable solid fat, resulting in trans fatty hydrogenated oil which is considered to be the worst type of fat and is known to cause cancer, heart disease, and immune system problems. Potato chips are deep-fried in temperatures above 120 degrees Celsius, which causes them to create a material called acrylamide, a well-known carcinogen found in cigarettes. Genetically modified foods (GMOs) are a rapidly growing industry and have made their way into the majority of our foods like corn, potatoes, grains and soybeans. Such food products are grown using harmful chemicals and, when consumed, can lead to immune system, brain and liver damage. Refined sugar, artificial sweeteners and fructose-rich sweeteners like high-fructose corn syrup are not good for your health. These products tend to rapidly spike insulin levels and feed the growth of cancer cells. Refined White flour contains excess carbohydrates that are not good for your health and even increase the risk of cancer. During the milling process, white flour is bleached with chlorine gas, which is highly toxic for the body. Processed meats such as ham, sausage and bacon have chemicals and preservatives like sodium nitrates, which make them bad for your health. In addition, processed meat contains excessive salt, which is also not good for you. Pickled and smoked foods are delicious but, at the same time, very harmful to the body. In fact, smoked meats that pick up tar from the smoking process cause extreme harm to your body. Plus, most pickled foods contain nitrates that turn into N-nitroso, which increases your risk of cancer.

Top 10 Foods to Prevent Cancer
The WHO (World Health Organization) has advised that a diet rich in plant-based foods (phytonutrients), prevents the growth of cancer cells. Furthermore, studies have shown that one-third of the cancers that occur every year, could be prevented by making healthier food choices. 1)Coffee: Studies display that coffee can be profitable to your health if used in moderate amounts. Coffee beans are abundant in antioxidants and several nutrients such as Vitamins B1,B2,B3,B5. Coffee is associated with the protection against some liver disorders, lowering the risk of liver cancer. Studies have also upheld the notion that caffeinated coffee may also reduce the chances of breast, colon, lung, skin and brain cancers. 2)Red Wine: Archaeology admits that wine was being made in primitive cultures some 10,000-12,000 years ago. Egyptian frescos have been discovered showing the gathering and treading of grapes, scenes hinting a festive spirit, that still prevail in the French grape harvest. Studies have revealed that one glass of red wine daily, has the ability to burn off unhealthy, excess fat. A chemical found in red grapes called "resveratrol", has been analyzed, showing tremendous results in the prevention of cancer. 3)Nuts: You don't have to go "nuts" over nuts. Only a mere handful daily, will provide all the nutrients they have to offer. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts are considered an excellent source of Vitamin E. Flowing with protein, fiber and essential fats, nuts are undoubtedly a profitable snack. Because of their superior antioxidant content, nuts and seeds reduce the formation of several kinds of cancers. 4)Berries: Whether it's blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or blackberries, they are frequently named "Very Berry Cancer Protection Agents". Berries are a super source of Vitamin C plus antioxidants that protect the body against cell damage that could result to skin, bladder, lung and breast cancers. Berries are anti-carcinogens(carcinogen is an agent causing cancer), thus they contain a high amount of ellagic acid which prohibits the formation of tumors. 5)Turmeric: A perennial plant of the ginger family whose rootstalks are dried and used as a spicy flavoring for certain dishes. Also used as an ingredient of curry powder and prepared mustards. Turmeric has an active ingredient called curcumin, a compound having powerful anti-inflammatory effects and strong antioxidants. Various studies have concluded that turmeric can help prevent and perhaps even treat cancer. 6)Tea: Known to prevent the growth of cancer cells, tea is the most widely drunk hot beverages for the past sixteen centuries. Scientists have theorized that the elements found in tea called "catechins", could stop the growth of cancer cells and prevent cellular multiplications that develop cancer. All types of tea appear to have value as cancer preventive means. 7)Wild Salmon: Efficiently high levels of Vitamin D, which could prevent the formation of cancerous cells of the colon and breast. Medical experts speculate that Vitamin D blocks the growth of blood vessels that feed growing tumors. Wild salmon is considered a powerful food, enriched in Omega-3 necessary fatty acids which convey a wide number of health benefits. According to a variety of numerous studies by health experts, adding wild salmon to your diet could have a great impact on the prevention of cancer-causing cells. 8)Ground Flaxseed: Flax is a blue-flowered plant grown for its fiber and oily seeds. Research indicates that flaxseeds may possess a guarding effect against breast, prostate and colon cancers. Most nutrition advisers recommend grounded flaxseeds over whole seeds. Ground flaxseeds are easier for the body to digest, therefore you obtain all the healthy nutrients which they provide. Sources of flaxseed include: fiber, minerals, antioxidants, numerous vitamins, rich amount of mono-unsaturated fatty acids. 9)Green Leafy Vegetables: The "Green Power House" is often a term used to describe every edible green vegetable. Greens are undoubtedly the best food on the menu, regular consumption will maintain your health. Leafy vegetables are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and plant-based substances that contribute to the prevention of cancer. Some varieties of green vegetables include:spinach, broccoli, chard, lettuce, peas, arugula, asparagus, okra and green beans. 10)Fruits: Our body is composed of 80% water, precisely the amount of water almost each fruit contains. Fresh fruits combine a multiple of dietary advantages, having elevated sources such as Vitamin C, fiber and water. The risks of indefinite number of diseases could be prevented by including fruits in your daily diet. Fruits are a plant-based diet, rich in nutrients, that elevate your immune system to battle against the formation of cancer cells. 5 Foods For Colon Health
Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com If we want to have good overall health and function at our best, then it is important that we maintain the health of our colon. It serves many important bodily functions, such as eliminating food and bodily waste and removing toxins from the intestines, lymph system, blood and more. The colon is also essential when it comes to proper digestion, which is key to our overall health. There are many health conditions related to colon health which we want to avoid, such as irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease and colonic polyps. Fortunately, there are foods we can consume to increase the health of our colon and its proper functioning. Lets now discuss these foods for colon health. 1. First, fruits such as raspberries or blueberries are important for the overall health of our colon. One reason is because they are loaded with important fibre that can help flush our digestive system and promote bowel movement. Fibre is incredibly important for colon health. Raspberries, in just a one cup serving, contain about 8 grams of fibre. Along with this, they are also a great source of important vitamins, minerals and nutrients, as well as antioxidants and phytochemicals. Blueberries are especially well known for being an antioxidant powerhouse. 2. Dairy products such as yogurt and milk are also great for the overall health of our colon. This is due to the high amounts of vitamin D these products contain. Vitamin D may be able to help reduce the risk of colorectal cancer as some studies have indicated. Yogurt is especially helpful for the health of our colon since it contains healthy active bacterial cultures. These healthy bacteria help to maintain proper balance between good and bad bacteria in our bodies and support gastrointestinal health. If that wasn’t enough, dairy products also contain good amounts of calcium, which can also lower the risk of colon-related diseases and ailments. 3. If we want to improve the health of our colon, then salmon can be very beneficial for this goal. This is because salmon is a great source of healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Research suggests that when omega-3 fatty acids are consumed regularly, this may help to reduce inflammation through out the entire body, and perhaps more importantly, improve the overall function and health of colon cells. As well, salmon contains many different nutrients, as well as protein and antioxidants to support colon health. 4. Dark colored vegetables, such as broccoli and artichokes are also great for colon health for a number of different reasons. These vegetables are great sources of antioxidants and phytochemical as well as different vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Broccoli is a great source of vitamin C, a potent antioxidant. Important for overall colon health, these vegetables are packed healthy fibre. Artichokes are especially high in dietary fibre, with just one heart containing about 10 grams of fibre. These vegetables are more than just nutritious as they can help with digestion, promote bowel movements, help with the elimination of toxins in the body and may reduce the risk of colon cancer. 5. Lastly, for improved colon health, beans such as black and kidney beans are incredibly helpful in this regard. They are an excellent lean protein that can be consumed as an alternative to fatty red meats. They also contain excellent amounts of vitamins, minerals and nutrients, especially magnesium, iron and calcium. They are surprisingly high in antioxidants which can reduce inflammation through out the entire body as well as eliminate free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, benefiting our colon. Most importantly, they are a great source of fibre with 100 grams of black beans containing 16 grams of dietary fibre. Thank you for watching the video! Please like, comment and share. What You Can Do To Reduce Your Risk of Colon Cancer - Colorectal Cancer is Preventable
Colon cancer is the third most common cancer in the U.S. However, it is also one of the most preventable cancers. According to experts at the American Institute of Cancer Research (AICR), Americans can prevent colon cancer by having a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and managing their weight. By making a few changes in what you eat and drink, and getting at least 30 minutes of activity in every day, you have the power to significantly lower your risk of developing colon cancer. Experts at the AICR believe that adopting these lifestyle changes and trying to maintain a healthy weight can help prevent a whopping 63,000 cases in the U.S. yearly. Research shows that drinking alcohol can increase your colon cancer risk. Try to limit alcohol to two standard drinks daily for men and one for women. A standard drink is 12 ounces (oz) of beer, 1.5 oz of liquor, and 5 oz of wine. Eating foods rich in fiber can lower your risk of colon cancer. Every 10 g of fiber, or about a cup of beans, reduces colon cancer risk by 10 percent. Consuming more vegetables can lower your risk since they contain an array of antioxidants and other disease-fighting compounds that are very difficult to get anywhere else, like magnesium. Results from one meta-analysis indicated that for every 100-milligram increase in magnesium intake, the risk of colon tumors decreased by 13 percent, while the risk of colon cancer was lowered by 12 percent. Regularly eating a lot of red meat and small amounts of processed meat, can increase your colon cancer risk. Skip the bacon, hot dogs, and sausages. Eat some fresh roasted fish, hummus, or peanut butter sandwiches instead. Eating garlic regularly can help reduce the risk of colon cancer. Garlic has been shown to kill cancer cells in laboratory studies. One study showed that women who regularly ate garlic had a 35 percent lower risk of colon cancer. When consuming raw garlic, please remember to chop the garlic and wait about 5 minutes for the health promoting allicin to form before eating. Adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D may help prevent colorectal cancer. It's a "reasonable approach" to stick with the recommended daily allowance of both nutrients, 1,000 mg of calcium daily for women and men plus 600 International Units of vitamin D. Research revealed that excess body fat is connected to an increased risk of colon cancer. Having too much belly fat, even if you’re not overweight, is still a risk factor. Eat more colorful vegetables, and limit your intake of calorie-rich foods like meats and cheese. If you don’t have time to go to the gym, moderate physical activity like housecleaning or walking, can also help reduce the risk of colon cancer. Spend at least 10 minutes every day exercising or take several breaks from work, then gradually increase this to 30 minutes. Try to eat more colorful fruits, herbs, spices, and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants. Such as avocados, blueberries, cranberries, oregano, pomegranates, red cabbage, red and purple grapes, spinach, tomato, and turmeric. Following a diet full of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty, EPA and DHA can lower your risk of colon cancer. Sources include cold water fish like cod, mackerel, salmon, and sardines, along with flax seed oil. Olive oil has plant chemicals with anti-cancer properties. It also reduces bile acid and increases enzymes that control cell turnover in the lining of the intestines which promotes healthy tissue. Olive oil also contains phenols which are plant compounds that have a cancer-protective antioxidant effect. Spices and herbs, like garlic, ginger, peppermint, rosemary, sage, spearmint, thyme, and turmeric can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. People of all ages dread getting a diagnosis proclaiming that they may have cancer. Since colon cancer is preventable, if possible, let's then try to avoid it in the first place. And if you are currently battling cancer, adopting the right diet now can help maintain your strength and boost your emotional wellbeing as you go through treatment. Avoiding cigarettes, limiting alcohol, reaching a healthy weight, and getting regular exercise are all great steps for preventing cancer http://bit.ly/2zAsyGz. Adopting a healthy diet can also play a vital role. What you eat—and don’t eat—can have a powerful effect on your health, including your risk for cancer. While research tends to point to associations between specific foods and cancer, rather than solid cause-and-effect relationships, there are certain dietary habits that can have a major influence on your risk. For example, eating a traditional Mediterranean diet rich in fruit, vegetables, and healthy fats like olive oil can lower your risk for a variety of common cancers, including breast cancer. Conversely, a diet that includes a daily serving of processed meat increases your risk of colorectal cancer http://bit.ly/2yHDV2E. If you have a history of cancer in your family, making small changes to your diet and behaviors now can make a big difference to your long-term health. And if you’ve already been diagnosed with cancer, eating a nutritious diet can help support your mood and strengthen your body during this challenging time. Simple ways to build your cancer-prevention diet http://bit.ly/2yMk3L2 To lower your risk for many types of cancer—as well as other serious disease—aim to build your diet around a variety of antioxidant-rich fruit and vegetables, nuts, beans, whole grains, and healthy fats. At the same time, try to limit the amount of processed and fried foods, unhealthy fats, sugars and refined carbs you consume. Lower your risk with antioxidants http://bit.ly/2yHVsrE Plant-based foods are rich in nutrients known as antioxidants that boost your immune system and help protect against cancer cells. Diets high in fruit may lower the risk of stomach and lung cancer. Eating vegetables containing carotenoids, such as carrots, Brussels sprouts, and squash, may reduce the risk of lung, mouth, pharynx, and larynx cancers. Diets high in non-starchy vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, and beans, may help protect against stomach and esophageal cancer. Eating oranges, berries, peas, bell peppers, dark leafy greens and other foods high in vitamin C may also protect against esophageal cancer. Foods high in lycopene, such as tomatoes, guava, and watermelon, may lower the risk of prostate cancer. Add more fruit and veggies to your diet Currently, most of us fall well short of the recommended daily minimum of five servings of fruit and vegetables. To add more to your diet, focus on adding “whole” foods, as close to their natural state as possible. For example, eat an unpeeled apple instead of drinking apple juice. Breakfast: Add fresh fruit, seeds, and nuts to your whole grain, low-sugar breakfast cereal (such as oatmeal). Lunch: Eat a salad filled with your favorite beans and peas or other combo of veggies. Add lettuce, tomato, and avocado to a whole grain sandwich. Have a side of carrots, sauerkraut, or fruit. Snacks: Grab an apple or banana on your way out the door. Dip carrots, celery, cucumbers, jicama, and peppers in hummus. Keep trail mix made with nuts and dried fruit on hand. Dinner: Add fresh or frozen veggies to your favorite pasta sauce or rice dish. Top a baked potato with broccoli, sautéed veggies, or salsa. Dessert: Choose fruit instead of sugary desserts. Fill up on fiber Fiber, also called roughage or bulk, is found in fruit, vegetables, and whole grains and plays a key role in keeping your digestive system clean and healthy. It helps keep cancer-causing compounds moving through your digestive tract before they can create harm. Eating a diet high in fiber may help prevent colorectal cancer and other common digestive system cancers, including stomach, mouth, and pharynx.

Dr. Monte Troutman - Health Tips for Colon Cancer Prevention
In this episode of UNTHSC Know Your Health, Monte Troutman, DO, FACOI, Associate Professor at UNT Health Science Center, shares important information about colon cancer prevention.
Colon & Rectal Cancer best treatment in Bangladesh. Prof. Erfan
Colon & Rectal Cancer best treatment in Bangladesh. Prof. Erfan Colorectal cancer is cancer that starts in the colon or rectum. The colon and the rectum are parts of the large intestine, which is the lower part of the body’s digestive system. During digestion, food moves through the stomach and small intestine into the colon. The colon absorbs water and nutrients from the food and stores waste matter (stool). Stool moves from the colon into the rectum before it leaves the body. Most colorectal cancers are adenocarcinomas (cancers that begin in cells that make and release mucus and other fluids). Colorectal cancer often begins as a growth called a polyp, which may form on the inner wall of the colon or rectum. Some polyps become cancer over time. Finding and removing polyps can prevent colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer is the fourth most common type of cancer diagnosed in the United States. Deaths from colorectal cancer have decreased with the use of colonoscopies and fecal occult blood tests, which check for blood in the stool. https://www.facebook.com/proferfan/ Helpline : 018 65 55 55 11, 016 26 55 55 11

Protect YOU AGAINST CANCER By Eating These 4 AntiCANCER Foods To Drop Your CANCER Rates Dramatically
Cancer Prevention – These Foods Are The Best Fighters Against Cancer! For many people the thought of cancer is so terrifying that they would skip this article only because they do not want to invoke the devil. Cancer takes millions of lives every year and can happen to you in any age in life and it often affects people who live completely healthy lives. But regardless, the fact is that having information on the prevention is the best thing you can do so you do not have the same fate as the others. About 33% of all cancers can be prevented through lifestyle. This refers primarily to healthy eating and physical activity. Recommendations for cancer prevention: Eat 5 meals of fresh fruit daily (a meal has about 100 grams) Reduce salt intake (max 6 grams daily) Reduce your intake of red meat (associated with colon cancer) max 500 grams a week Fiber intake from a variety of foods such as cereals, fruits and vegetables Increase physical activity Reduce the consumption of alcohol (one drink a day for women, two for men) Do not sunbathe a lot and be sure to apply sunscreen when you are on the beach Keep a normal body weight (obesity is associated with increased risk of cancer of the esophagus, pancreas, and kidney) Do not smoke cigarettes Eat more plant foods instead of animal Breastfeed because breastfeeding has many benefits for the mother and the child Which foods are the best fighters against cancer? Fruits and non-starch vegetables -- against cancer of the lungs, mouth, larynx, esophagus and stomach Carotenoids -- against cancer of the lungs, mouth, larynx and esophagus Tomato -- against prostate cancer White and red onions -- against cancer of the stomach, colon, rectum Folic acid -- against pancreatic cancer Fibers -- against cancer of the colon and the rectum Milk and calcium -- cancer of the colon and the rectum Vitamin C -- against cancer of the esophagus You can even enter the vitamins and minerals through supplements, but despite the supplements the reason why natural food is always recommended is because the fruits and vegetables contain hundreds of other phytonutrients beside vitamins which are not found in multivitamin tablets. Some of these substances are: flavonoids (from citrus, berries fruits, wine and dark chocolate), various pigments with antioxidant activity (from grapes, eggplant, radishes and red cabbage), quercetin (from apples, onions, tea and wine) carotenoids (from carrots, melons and apricots), lycopene (from tomatoes), lutein for the eyes (from spinach and kale)… Natural Cancer-Fighting Spice Reduces Tumors By 81% Used in the ancient Chinese and Indian systems of medicine, curcumin is a naturally powerful anticancer compound that has been found to decrease brain tumor size in animals by 81 percent in more than 9 studies. A derivative of turmeric, curcumin is the pigment responsible for turmeric’s yellow-orange color. Each 100 grams of turmeric contains around 3 to 5 grams of curcumin, though turmeric is a also very powerful on its own. New studies are shedding light on curcumin, and illuminating its numerous benefits on cancer and other diseases. Researchers experimenting with curcumin in the treatment of a fatal brain cancer known as glioblastoma (GBMs) published their groundbreaking findings in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry in July. Adding scientific basis to previous findings surrounding the positive effects of curcumin, they showed that the compound dramatically decreased brain tumors in 9 out of the 11 studies examined by 81 percent. Furthermore, there was no evidence of toxicity, whereas chemotherapy and other cancer treatments often result in extreme side effects that are sometimes worse than the actual disease. Curcumin is not only effective against brain cancer, however. According to a study conducted in 2008 and published in Cancer Prevention Research, curcumin also inhibits the growth and spread of breast cancer cells by directly impacting the function of alpha6beta4 integrin, responsible for cancer progression. Another study, performed in 2010, found that curcumin also has the potential to target cancer stem cells. Following the wave of information of curcumin, researchers who posted their findings in Molecular Pharmacology classified curcumin as a pancreatic cancer cell inhibitor back in 2009. Even more interesting is the fact that in most of these studies the researchers concluded that curcumin may also aid many different types of cancer that were not included in the trials. While an amazing anticancer substance, studies have also pinpointed curcumin as a tool against more than 572 other diseases. Some of these include, in order of study count: oxidative stress, inflammation, DNA damage, lipid peroxidation, chemically-induced liver disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and liver fibrosis. Curcumin has even been found to influence more than 700 genes, which could explain its link to DNA repair.

Chlorophyll is known as the ‘life-blood’ of the plants. This important phytonutrient is what your cells need to heal and to thrive. Drinking wheatgrass juice is like drinking liquid sunshine. http://hippocratesinst.org/benefits-of-wheatgrass-2 is the video which explains how to sprout it. ~Wheatgrass is a blood cleanser, and blood purifier. It increases oxygenation throughout the body, and is an extremely high vibration. Love to use this an an intro to essential oils as it dilates the blood vessels. This video focuses primarily on cancer prevention and DNA correction using the wheatgrass, including colon cleansing... Cover many helpful tips in this video as well as the benefits of this glorious grass. Will shoot multiple videos on wheatgrass in hopes that this information helps others~ Thank you~ My videos are not instructional, and make no claims of anything regarding healing. IF one is extremely ill/toxic, seek advice of natural holistic doctor of organic medicine. Wheatgrass lessens effects of certain medications(as these are all toxic to the liver), so please use common sense with this healing medicinal if you do take harmful drugs(even harmful over the counter medications). Wheatgrass does not play nice with toxins, and many times we can have very negative reactions if the body is extremely acidic. Thank you~ Peace and love to you and yours. Very grateful for your love, support and kind comments. Please feel free to leave any testimonials on any of these videos regarding healing. This is how we help others, is by sharing what we know, and what has worked for us. Have a beautiful day~
