Circulation. 2015;e29-322. 5. https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/004024.htm ======================================= 👉 #1 Most Popular Prescription Drug That Causes Erectile Dysfunction & Impotence ======================================= If you’re a guy who is having erectile problems or lowered libido, you’re not alone. I get emails about this topic almost daily if you can believe it. And yes there are lots of causes. However, most guys never even think about the prescription drugs they’re taking, which can cause erectile problems and for sure, make this situation much worse. And today I’m going to reveal the #1 - most prescribed and popular drug, that is one of the biggest causes of impotence. Okay, so what drug is the biggest problem?... It’s blood pressure drugs.3 And if you're curious, the #2 worse drugs are antidepressants and other psychiatric medications… which I’ll get into in a future video. There are over 35 different hypertension drugs, which all cause some form erectile or libido problems.6 In fact, it’s estimated that over 70% of men who take blood pressure medications, decide to get off of them because of these negative side-effects.1,2 Also, these drugs cause “sexual” problems in women as well. Unfortunately, you can’t just get off your blood pressure medication and say “oh, who cares” because high blood pressure is known to cause heart disease, a heart attack or stroke. The sad part is that having high blood pressure ALSO causes erectile problems and lowered libido because of poor blood flow and stress on your veins, arteries and blood vessels. And the worse part is that 75% of the people who have high blood pressure, don’t even know it!4 So… what are you supposed to do? You have to lower your blood pressure?... And you can’t take prescription drugs?... Natural Solutions As I’ve stated in all of my videos, you do NOT need to take drugs to help fix your health challenges. Nature already has the solutions. Under today’s video, I’ve given you links to proven, all-natural solutions for lowering your blood pressure. In fact, it’s the SAME formula that my dad and I use personally. So whether you’re a man or women and you want to improve your sex drive, libido and help fix any erectile problems, make sure lower your high blood pressure, stay away from hypertension drugs and do it naturally! ======================================== Thank you for watching. Opiate withdrawal remedies. Comfort meds.

02:44
Still day 2. The following are medications and doses I recommend. But that being said again I am no doctor. Just someone who's been here many many times and knows a lot about these medications. If you do have questions the safest bet is to contact your doctor. Any doctor. .1 mg clonodine. .1-.2 mg 2-3 times a day depending on severity of symptoms. I currently only use this at night as it makes me so so weak and tired. It's a blood pressure med and old school bit of withdrawal arsenal. I wouldn't take for more then a week due to possible rebound hypertension. .25-1 mg xanax, or whatever benzo. Don't substitute one addiction for another!!! Use sparingly, and only at night if possible. Don't use for more then a few days if possible. 50 mg trazodone. Old school med used for a variety of things including most commonly depression and insomnia. Some people need a higher dose. 100 mg is really good for me. I wouldn't go higher then 150 mg ever. Above meds are prescription meds that most doctors will give you for opiate withdrawal. 15-30 mg loperamide(Imodium) every 6-8 hours if needed. Or every 12-24 as needed. Dose can be higher or lower depending on severity of addiction. People have become dependent on this. This honestly is only something I do if I have no other option. With the prescriptions that I have during this detox the loperamide isn't usually needed. Last resort...So again don't substitute addictions!! In high doses it can almost completely eliminate w/d for some people. And some only need the loperamide. I personally only take this for a day or two and taper my last couple doses down. As I believe having a BM is better then not, to continue to clean you out. (Please note high doses taken for a long period, or even a short period can prolong the length of your w/d, similar to the way a Suboxone taper would.. So this choice is entirely up to you. Taken as directed will at least help with diarrhea). Other helpful meds and things: ibuprofen. Ginger. Fish oil. Multivitamins. Healthy food. Hot baths and showers. Exercise. Magnesium. Epsom salt. Electrolytes. Sugar and caffeine at times. Marijuana. Distraction. Distraction. Distraction. If I can do this after over a decade. You can to. Do your research. Listen to people's stories of recovery. Find and keep a hobby. Anything. Get your soul back. ❤️

How L-Theanine Lowers Blood Pressure.

05:09
This is a review of L-Theanine amino acid for high blood pressure. Benefits of L-Theanine for stress, anxiety, and blood pressure reduction. I've been taking 200 mg on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and 200mg in the afternoon about 3pm. This video is about what L-Theanine has done to reduce my blood pressure which was caused by stress. If your hypertension is high for other reasons, L-Theanine may not work for you. This is my own personal experience and beliefs. Statements have not be evaluated by the FDA. This video is not medical advice. Please consult with your doctor if your blood pressure is high. Stopping blood pressure medicine is very dangerous and should only be done under a doctor's supervision.

Day 36 benzo cold turkey, DOCTOR prescribed, never abused benzos.

02:08
UPDATE: I am now about 2 years off. doing much better than i was in this video but not fully healed. I've had lots of good comments, and lots of comments calling me a pussy. It's pretty funny honestly. People have asked what i'm feeling in this video, if it's just anxiety. It's not, it's severe pain and muscle tensing. I would feel what i thought was a hot knife travelling from my brain, down my neck, and it caused my entire body to tense up like there was acid or salt in my blood. The pressure and pain would travel down my neck into my back. I had about 5 of these episodes, this was the last one. I still have the feeling sometimes though. I used benzos for 5-6 years, on and off. Not knowing how much i was damaging myself. I reinstated 3 different times, and cold turkeyed twice. This video is my second cold turkey after my third reinstatement. I have many other videos documenting my withdrawal process. It has been hell, i've been to the darkest places of my mind and physical pain. But I push on, and won't give up, for my daughter. I love you Kyrie!

10 Warning Signs Your Heart Isn't Working Properly

09:25
How to Prevent Heart Disease. About 610,000 people die from heart disease each year in the U.S. alone. There are tons of factors that can cause a person to develop heart problems, but most of them come down to poor lifestyle choices. Your body gives you warning signs early on so that you can catch an illness in its early stages or even prevent it altogether and save your life. Here are 10 of the most common red flags that indicate bad heart health. A cough that won't quit 1:38 A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. For instance, a chronic cough that produces a pinkish bloody liquid is very common in people with heart failure. Despite what it sounds like, heart failure doesn't mean that the heart completely stops beating. It just means that a person’s heart isn’t pumping blood as well as it should be. As a result, the body doesn't get enough oxygen since it’s carried to all the tissues by the blood. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. The reason for that is built-up fluid around the liver and intestines that interferes with proper digestion. These symptoms are usually accompanied by abdominal pain, upset stomach, or feeling bloated. In fact, abdominal cramps that come and go in short spurts are extremely common right before a heart attack. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 Being naturally pale doesn’t necessarily mean you have a heart condition. But sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. Shock, which can be caused by any condition that prevents the blood in your body from circulating properly, is the main reason why people who are suffering from a heart attack or heart failure turn pale all of a sudden. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 Fatigue can be one of the main symptoms indicating an impending heart attack. Women are more likely to experience heart-related fatigue than men, with 70% of female heart attack patients reporting that they’d felt extremely tired before their episode. Physical or mental activity isn't the reason for such exhaustion, and it increases by the end of the day if it’s due to a failing heart. It’s really hard for this symptom to go unnoticed. Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower. Music: The 126ers - Darkness of My Sun Density & Time - City of Jewels https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS 10. Pain that spreads to the arm 1:01 9. A cough that won't quit 1:38 8. Swollen legs, ankles, and feet 2:25 7. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 6. Extreme levels of anxiety 3:47 5. Lightheadedness or fainting 4:26 4. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 3. Skin rashes or unusual spots 6:20 2. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 1. Increased perspiration 7:45 SUMMARY -If their heart isn’t working properly, a lot of men feel pain in their left arm, while women experience the same pain in either or both arms. -A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. -When your heart isn’t pumping enough blood through the body, fluid from your blood vessels leaks into surrounding tissues. Your lower extremities are the most affected simply due to gravity. -A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. -People who suffer from extreme anxiety from a very early age or most of their life are more prone to developing coronary heart disease. -Feeling lightheaded and experiencing temporary loss of consciousness, also known in the scientific community as “syncope”, is super common among heart patients. -Sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. -People with eczema were found to have a 48% chance of suffering from high blood pressure and a 29% possibility of having high cholesterol. -Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower before a heart attack. -People experience flu-like symptoms, have clammy skin, and sweat regardless of the air temperature or physical exertion. What Drugs INCREASE Your Risk of Dementia (Updated List 2018)

08:58
We take medication expecting it to make us better, or make us feel better. The last thing we want is to take a medication for one thing, and have it make something much more important get worse. If you are taking any of the Anti-Cholinergics as a long-term medication, then that is exactly what might be happening. You might be taking something to help you sleep or to lessen muscle spasms, and what it might be doing in the background is increasing your risk of developing dementia. Do you take any of the medications I discuss? Please leave me a comment below of the drug name if you have been taking one of these meds daily. Here is the list, it is not complete, but contains all the most common drugs: Amitriptyline (Elavil) [high AC activity] Atropine [high AC activity] Benztropine (Cogentin) [high AC activity] Chlorpheniramine (Actifed, Chlor-Trimeton, etc.) [high AC activity] Chlorpromazine (Thorazine) [high AC activity] Clomipramine (Anafranil) [high AC activity] Clozapine (Clozaril) [high AC activity] Cyclobenzaprine (Amrix, Fexmid, Flexeril) [moderate AC activity] Cyproheptadine (Periactin) [moderate AC activity] Desipramine (Norpramin) [high AC activity] Dexchlorpheniramine (Polaramine) [high AC activity] Dicyclomine (Bentyl) [high AC activity] Diphenhydramine (Advil PM, Aleve PM, Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Unisom, etc.) [high AC activity] Doxepin (Adapin, Silenor, Sinequan) [high AC activity] Fesoterodine (Toviaz) [moderate to high AC activity] Hydroxyzine (Atarax, Vistaril) [high AC activity] Hyoscyamine (Anaspaz, Levbid, Levsin, Levsinex) [high AC activity] Imipramine (Tofranil) [high AC activity] Meclizine (Antivert, Bonine) [high AC activity] Mepenzolate (Cantil) [high AC activity] Nortriptyline (Pamelor) [high AC activity] Olanzapine (Zyprexa) [high AC activity] Orphenadrine (Norflex) [high AC activity] Oxybutynin (Ditropan, Oxytrol) [high AC activity] Paroxetine (Brisdelle, Paxil) [low AC activity] Perphenazine (Trilafon) [high AC activity] Prochlorperazine (Compazine) [moderate AC activity] Promethazine (Phenergan) [high AC activity] Protriptyline (Vivactil) [high AC activity] Pseudoephedrine HCl [moderate to high AC activity] Scopolamine (Transderm Scop) [high AC activity] Thioridazine (Mellaril) [high AC activity] Tolterodine (Detrol) [high AC activity] Trifluoperazine (Stelazine) [high AC activity] Trimipramine (Surmontil) [high AC activity] Other drugs which have AC Activity and could pose a risk: Alprazolam (Xanax) [low to moderate AC activity] Amantadine (Symmetrel) [low AC activity] Baclofen [moderate AC activity] Brompheniramine [high AC activity] Carbamazepine (Tegretol) [moderate AC activity] Carbinoxamine (Arbinoxa) [moderate to high AC activity] Carisoprodol (Soma) [moderate AC activity] Cetirizine (Zyrtec) [moderate AC activity] Cimetidine (Tagamet) [moderate AC activity] Clemastine (Tavist) [moderate to high AC activity] Clidinium & chlordiazepoxide (Librax) [low to moderate AC activity] Clorazepate (Tranxene) [low AC activity] Codeine [low AC activity] Colchicine [low AC activity] Darifenacin (Enablex) [moderate to high AC activity] Digoxin (Lanoxicaps, Lanoxin) [low AC activity] Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine, Gravol, etc) [high AC activity] Diphenoxylate/atropine (Lomotil) [moderate to high AC activity] Disopyramide (Norpace) [low to moderate AC activity] Flavoxate (Urispas) [moderate AC activity] Fluphenazine (Prolixin) [moderate AC activity] Furosemide (Lasix) [low AC activity] Hydrochlorothiazide (Esidrix, Dyazide, HydroDIURIL, Maxzide & others) [low AC activity] Loperamide (Imodium) [moderate AC activity] Loratadine (Alavert, Claritin) [moderate AC activity] Loxapine (Loxitane) [moderate AC activity] Maprotiline [low to moderate AC activity] Meperidine (Demerol) [moderate AC activity] Methocarbamol (Robaxin) [moderate AC activity] Methotrimeprazine (Nozinan) [moderate AC activity] Nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia) [low AC activity] Olanzapine (Zyprexa) [moderate AC activity] Orphenadrine (Norflex) [moderate AC activity] Quetiapine (Seroquel) [moderate AC activity] Procyclidine (Kemadrin) [moderate AC activity] Propantheline (Pro-Banthine) [moderate to high AC activity] Ranitidine (Zantac) [low AC activity] Solifenacin (VESIcare) [low to moderate AC activityy] Thiothixene (Navane) [high AC activity] Tizanidine (Zanaflex) [high AC activity] Tramadol (Ultram) [low AC activity] Trihexyphenidyl (Artane) [high AC activity] Trospium (Sanctura, Spasmex) [high AC activity] ------- Join me and let's optimize your health! ------- FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/kendberry.md/ ▶Become a Patron here: https://goo.gl/kJJYws Ken D Berry, MD, FAAFP, is a Board Certified Family Physician and Fellow in The American Academy of Family Physicians. How Can I Treat Anxiety Related Hypertension?

03:09
How Can I Treat Anxiety Related Hypertension? There is one organ which causes high blood pressure (and it's not what you think!) and there are specific exercises you can use to target and fix your blood pressure easily. No diet, lifestyle changes or medication required: http://hibloodpressure.stream/ Answers from: Jordann, Pharm D Farukul Pulok Marc Lambert The best way to treat anxiety related hypertension is to identify your anxiety triggers and develop a plan of action for those triggers. Use a notebook and write down the last 5 times you felt anxious or had anxiety. Now, think about those situations that you were in... any common themes causing your response of anxiety? Any main triggers that you can identify? Write down 3 triggers/situations that you identified. Think about what has worked in the past to release your anxiety. Can you do that in the moment of anxiety to help, A lot of people have breathing techniques they use. One popular one is called box breathing. You breathe in for a count of 5, hold for a count of 5, exhale of a count of 5, and hold for a count of 5, then repeat.... the counting and the slow breathing are helpful to get the mind off of the initial trigger. If you can practice box breathing for 5 minutes every day and get used to how it can calm your mind and your body, when you are in an anxious situation you can start box breathing and because you have practiced it, your body will remember the calming practice. Hope this helps. Im doing a free 5-day email course that goes over stress and anxiety. Its called the Happy + Health with High Blood Pressure email course. L-Theanine Review: 7 Days on L-Theanine

06:14
This is my review of L-Theanine after taking it for 7 Days: After doing a lot of research myself on all different types of Nootropics (Cognitive Enhancers) I decided to try the most basic Nootropic that comes to mind and certainly the most efficacious and inexpensive: L-Theanine. It is a naturally occurring amino acid found in Green Tea and contributes to feelings of calmness by increasing GABA release in the brain. It's totally safe to use everyday even in high doses reported by many case studies. The many benefits reported of L-Theanine is that it helps with: stress, anxiety, mood, focus, depression and some ADHD symptoms. Dosage Information: 200-400mg L-Theanine daily, taken 1 or 2 times a day.
