Hypothyroidism increases blood pressure Mark Starr MD

Hi, this is Larry Hobbs @ FatNews.com. http://fatnews.com/ https://twitter.com/fatnews Mark Starr, MD tells how Broda Barnes, MD, PhD found that low thyroid increases blood pressure. Mark Starr is the author of the wonderful book "Hypothyroidism Type 2: The Epidemic". Mark Starr, MD defines Type 2 hypothyroidism. "Type 1 Hypothyroidism I’ve defined as failure of the thyroid gland to produce sufficient amounts of thyroid hormones necessary to maintain normal blood levels of those hormones and normal blood levels of the thyroid stimulating hormone, the TSH, produced by the pituitary gland." "Type 2 Hypothyroidism is peripheral resistance to thyroid hormones at the cellular level." "It is NOT due to a lack of thyroid hormones." "Normal amounts of thyroid hormones and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) are usually detected by blood tests." "Therefore, blood tests do NOT detect Type 2 Hypothyroidism." "Type 2 Hypothyroidism is usually inherited however, environmental toxins may also cause or exacerbate the problem." "Type 2 Hypothyroidism has yet to be recognized by mainstream medicine, but is already epidemic." "There is a lot of ‘Subclinical Hypothyroidism’ but I can guarantee you that it is anything but subclinical." Mark Starr, MD 21st Century Pain & Sports Medicine 10565 N. Most Thyroid Issues Are Secondary to Other Problems

07:30
Take Dr. Berg's Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about the thyroid gland and what could be the potential thyroid problems (it is mostly secondary). The thyroid symptoms include hair loss, dry hair, loss of eyebrows, abnormal thyroid glands and hormones, all these are caused due to low thyroid levels in the body. Dr. Berg discusses about the major thyroid problems and their associated thyroid treatment. The main cause for thyroid issues is liver and gall bladder. The next possible cause of thyroid symptoms could be the adrenals. In this case you can have either high quantity of thyroid (hyper thyroid) or low quantity of thyroid (hypo thyroid), both if which are triggered by high amount of stress levels. The third most probable cause could be ovaries. In this case the estrogen depletes the activity of thyroid over time which causes a thyroid disorder. It is very rare that you have primary thyroid problem. Dr. Berg explains the root cause and how to make your thyroid come back. Why Do People Get Thyroid Problems? - Sadhguru

15:18
Sadhguru looks at the reason behind the widespread manifestation of thyroid imbalance in the world today. Sadhguru Talks @ Isha Yoga Center, Mar 2017 **************************************** Transcript: http://isha.sadhguru.org/blog/video/why-do-people-get-thyroid-problems/ Questioner: Sadhguru, these days, many people are diagnosed with thyroid problems, either hypothyroidism or… hyper or hypothyroidism. Even though we are consuming iodized salt, still thyroid problems are prevalent. What is the cause for the increase in these problems? Is it stress-related like diabetes or hypertension? Can we overcome these conditions with hatha yoga, or kriya, or being in a consecrated space like Isha Yoga Center? What are the things we can do to come out of it? Sadhguru: I think a whole lot of people have come out of it with hatha yoga practice, no question about it. Being in a consecrated place definitely adds to it. But, this pretty widespread manifestation of thyroid imbalance. See, we must understand this. What you’re calling as thyroid - in yoga, we don’t look at the glands like that but medically, what you’re calling as thyroid is that secretion within you, which is trying to calibrate your system on a daily basis. It’s just calibrating how much digestion should happen, how much energy should be produced, how much fat should be produced, how much muscle should be built, everything, it’s trying to calibrate your physical structure. Your physical structure is very closely related to your psychological structure. Today, there is substantial evidence to show you that if you sit here and think of the mountain, your glandular function will happen in a certain way, if you think about a tiger, it’ll happen another way, you think about a ocean, it’ll happen another way, you think of a man or a woman, it’ll happen another way. Just a thought – nothing, no contact with mountain, no contact with tiger, no contact with man, woman or ocean – just a thought will fluctuate the glandular function. I’m saying that is how fine the system is that it is trying to calibrate everything to keep you in a good place. The problem with you is you need a bullock cart because you are the missing link (Laughs). You need a bullock cart but they gave you a fine spaceship, tch. Every little thing will do a world of things. Simply if you touch it, it’ll go boom, waves of stuff happening in the system. Simply if you look like this (Gestures) and make one conclusion about the tree, this (Referring to oneself) will go into many varieties of chemical and other kinds of variations. Glandular functions will change. Wherever you may be, whether you’re in Mumbai, or New York, or London, wherever – just look at the situation in which you’re walking. Maybe socially, you’ve gotten used to those things. But look at the kind of atmosphere you’re walking in, the number of things that are happening. None of them are conducive for this life (Referring to oneself). You might have gotten adjusted to it, maybe now you can’t live out of those cities, that’s another matter but the life that you are, is not seeking that kind of atmosphere. So the number of variations that are happening within you are not in your favor. Glandular dysfunction is just one manifestation. A very highly calibrated function of glandular function, one thing is the thyroid. It’s easily noticeable, the first thing, your physiological and psychological parameters get thrown off a bit, simply because disturbance. And another dimension is what’s the disturbance that’s happening from within you – your own psychological patterns. Another dimension of disturbance is what kind of food is getting into you. There is no way you can eat anything today, which is not chemically infested. If you’re eating very organic food, it’s little organic chemicals they’re using. It’s come to that place (A participant laughs). It’s very difficult to eat something that’s just grown in the wild forest, you can pluck out something and eat. That’s very, very little. Not even a small percentage of people are... Why do high blood sugar and blood pressure lead to thyroid problems? - Dr. Sanjay Gupta

03:16
We already know that diabetes patients having a high blood sugars are having a high blood pressure also but there is one more arena, one more angle which most commonly patient’s in the middle community comes across is the thyroid problems. So thyroid problems are a very big word. We come across more hypothyroid patients. That means it is more underactive thyroid. It is not inactive, but underactive thyroid. It is a preexisting or a coexisting problem in diabetes patients. Infact it is the other way round. Recent studies have been telling that maybe the thyroid patients especially the hypothyroid can be a harbeinger of diabetic conditions. But there is still more research on this. Still there are studies going on. Blood pressure, blood sugar and thyroid. They are commonly coexisting problems and each one should be equally given importance. Diabetes is a syndrome, it is a condition, it can accomplish, it can encompass a lot of things, a lot of other organs in the body. But if you see diabetes and thyroid, they come under endocrine problems; they come under the endocrine system, majorly involving hormones. Diabetes is involving hormones, especially insulin and thyroid involves thyroid hormones and trending more towards hypothyroidism. We have found more coexisting conditions and we treat thyroid disorder as a thyroid disorder. We generally look for screening when we come to thyroid problems and to look for screening when we come across diabetes and vice versa. So it is not exactly pathognomonic, but we cannot ignore it also. So right now we are dealing with a syndrome which has multiple factors and multiple areas of treatment and multiple areas of management. Hypothyroidism has to be taken good care and these are very common but remember that they can also exist in isolation. Not all hypothyroid patients can end up with diabetes.

http://royalstout.com/can-thyroid-problems-cause-headaches Get in video format a explanation on How Can thyroid problems cause headaches. A cause or consequence of hypothyroidism can thyroid problems cause headaches ? There is no question that thyroid disease can be a headache, but did you know that it may actually cause headaches? Brain swelling can be part of this edema, and this may explain why hypothyroidism, is so commonly present in people complaining of migraine and tension headaches. Many conditions can cause headache, but hypothyroidism should be at the top of the list, when evaluating chronic headaches, especially those which happen when fatigue is pronounced. Thyroid disease however, is a condition that is a frequent Migraine trigger, for those patients unlucky enough to have both conditions, called a co-morbidity. Thyroid dysfunction can be diagnosed and treated, but patients MUST have the correct information, and be proactive so they don’t suffer needlessly. It is important to note that low thyroid function, is not the cause of every migraine or headache. Other causes include hormonal imbalance, low progesterone, allergies, infectious disease, liver and gall bladder disturbances, high blood pressure, and low blood sugar. Here Is How To Reduce Hypertension or High Blood Pressure At Home!

04:54
Here Is How To Reduce Hypertension or High Blood Pressure At Home! The hypertension or high blood pressure can be caused by genetics, thyroid disorders, toxic body burden, smoking, unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle, chronic stress, weight and age. People usually have combination of these factors. It is important to remember that it is one of the ‘silent killers’. That is why it is important to do the periodic blood pressure tests. A healthy blood pressure is 120 over 80. The 1st number measures the heart beating pressure and the 2nd measures the pressure of the resting heart. As there are numerous factors that can cause hypertension, there are many problems that can happen if it is left untreated. Hypertension increases the blood flow resistance in the vessels and forces the heart to work harder. High blood pressure contributes to hardening of the arteries. It is also associated with sexual dysfunction, blindness, aneurysms, dementia, kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. To control it, you need to make some changes in your lifestyle, diet and other contributing factors. If the blood pressure is reduces by 5-6 pints, the risk of stroke is cut by 40% and heart disease by 15%. There are numerous effective medications like ACE inhibitors, diuretics and beta blockers, but they can produce some side effects like rapid heartbeat, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, respiratory problems, depression, leg cramps and insomnia. The high blood pressure is profitable market for the drug companies as it is a common and chronic disease. Once a person starts on these drugs, they take them often for the long term. Drugs aren’t the only choice. There are numerous ways that it can be controlled naturally. If you have hypertension and you’re on medication, you shouldn’t stop taking them without medical advice from the health care provider. -For those who try to control the blood pressure, it is recommended to address potential weight issues. It is important to increase the physical activity and consume anti-inflammatory foods like lean proteins, healthy fats and fresh fruits and vegetables. You need to lower the intake of sodium as the salt retains body fluids and increases the blood volume. Reduce the salty snack like salted nuts, crackers and chips and choose mineral-rich and natural salt like Himalayan and Celtic. Smoking and consuming alcohol also affects the cardiovascular health. They can put a lot of stress on the heart and lead to hypertension and arterial hardening. The body evolved many mechanisms to respond to dangers. One of them is a rapid heartbeat to increase the blood flow and it is accompanied by increased blood pressure. But the real problem is the chronic stress and the background anxiety has huge physiological impact. The cortisol and the other stress hormones stay elevated wearing down the defenses and fueling chronic inflammation. The results are increased risk of cardiovascular disease and hypertension and many degenerative diseases. Meditation is a proven way to reduce the chronic stress. Another way to relieve stress is long walks. -The diet is one of the most critical approaches to high blood pressure controlling. The DASH diet is a specific diet that can lower the blood pressure. It means Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. It recommends whole grains, veggies and fruits. Also, part of this diet is the potassium-rich foods like bananas and green leafy veggies like kale and spinach. Reduce the trans fats and sugar because these foods fuel inflammation which can increase the risk of hypertension, damage heart health and harden the arteries. https://youtu.be/EQ9t3iPaj-0

7 Warning Signs You May Have a Thyroid Problem

04:28
The thyroid gland may be small, but any imbalance in its functionality can potentially damage your health. This hormone-producing gland, which resembles a butterfly is located in the front of the neck. When the hormone level dips too low, your body will send several warning signals. In today’s video, we will describe seven indicators that are calling for your attention. 1. Throat Discomfort With its location being so close to the skin, you will be able to feel it. People experience high levels of discomfort and inflammation in the neck and throat areas. Constant sore throats and changes in a person’s voice should be viewed as flashing lights that are signaling something’s wrong. 2. Difficulty concentrating Confusion is often attributable to aging. But if the situation continues to worsen and you begin forgetting normal day-to-day routines and lack the ability to focus, it’s time to visit your physician. Middle-aged women may falsely associate these types of symptoms with menopause or other age-related conditions. Luckily, when patients with hypothyroidism receive proper treatment, they are pleasantly surprised at how quickly their memories return to normal. When in doubt, always remember to consult your doctor and avoid temptations to self-diagnose. 3. Hair loss and dry skin Many people notice hair loss, especially in spring and winter. If the hair loss is really pronounced or lasts beyond these seasons, it may indicate trouble is brewing in your thyroid gland. Another visible symptom to watch for is a significant change in your skin and its texture. Dry, itchy skin is the result of a slower metabolism and reduced perspiration. This is a signal that there’s a change in the thyroid’s hormone secretion. 4. Weight changes A sudden increase or decrease in weight for no apparent reason should be a cause for concern. In fact, it’s one of the most common symptoms of hypothyroidism. As the thyroid continues to function poorly, the entire body – including your senses - will be affected. You will experience noticeable changes in taste; foods no longer taste the same. 5. Constant fatigue If you begin to notice that your body is requiring more sleep each night, this may be a signal that your thyroid gland is malfunctioning. When you do manage to sleep longer and the fatigue remains, it’s time to make an appointment with your doctor. Something else to watch for is unexplained muscle aches and cramps. 6. Mood changes and stomach pressure An excess or deficit supply of thyroid hormones can increase irritability, anxiety and agitation. This may spark feelings of constant sadness and depression because it alters the levels of serotonin in the brain. Also, you may experience difficulties with digestion and stomach pressure that doesn’t improve with a balanced diet and physical exercise. 7. Palpitations, high blood pressure and other symptoms If you begin to notice palpitations in your neck, this is a reason to contact your physician. Another symptom that accompanies the palpitations is high blood pressure. Bad cholesterol levels may also rise. As you can see, the thyroid has command over many body functions. When things aren’t working right inside this small gland, it can trigger many symptoms from weight gain to something more serious. If these warning signs are ignored, the problem will only worsen. Address your concerns with your doctor as soon as possible. Test Your Thyroid At Home | Hypothyroidism Patients Diet Food Plan | Thyroid Problems For Women & men Lead To Depression, Thyroid Patients Diet Plan | Tips To Lose Weight During Thyroid | Thyroid Treatment Thyroid problems take place due to the dysfunction of thyroid gland. You will suffer from various health problems when thyroid gland produces either too much or too little thyroid hormone. Ted Ed shares that Depression is the leading cause of disability in the world; close to ten percent of adults struggle with the disease. Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are the two of the most common types of thyroid problems. Common symptoms of thyroid include weight gain, fatigue, constipation, fluid retention, chronic pain, low blood pressure, slow reflexes, and depression. Hyperthyroidism commonly produces symptoms like high blood pressure, diarrhea, eye sensitivity, vision problems, rapid pulse, insomnia, rapid weight loss, insomnia, and anxiety. Undergoing testing as soon as experiencing these symptoms is extremely important to detect the problem early enough and take corrective measures. isecause the thyroid gland plays a role in regulating our metabolism. A sudden loss or gain in weight can be associated with problems with the thyroid gland. Thyroid problems that often cause weight changes include hypothyroidism, Graves’ disease, Hashimoto’s disease, silent thyroiditis, and thyroid nodules. Importance of turmeric | Blood Pressure | Thyroid Treatment

07:07
American researchers have approved turmeric as beneficial and charismatic in treating various diseases except piles due to its anti-bacterial, pain relieving, depression and blood pressure combating qualities. Take half spoon water melon seeds or dalchini for regulating blood pressure. Drink hot turmeric milk in which munakka (raisins) have been boiled to cure constipation and piles. Thyroid patients should introduce boiled coriander seeds' water in their morning regimen till 6 months; press ring finger under the grip of thumb. Weight reduction is possible by including mixed roasted flour of wheat, barley and gram for preparing chapattis; by covering the belly with damp cotton cloth over which tie a woolen cloth till half an hour. Soak your feet in warm water in which alum and salt should be mixed then, apply the paste of roasted turmeric and honey at night to heal chapped heels. Get rid of knee pain by dipping them into warm water having salt, alum and lime (choona) in it. Level uric acid by eating cooked vegetable of small brinjals and have hot water following every meal and at the interval of every 2 hours.

► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. Become a Heath Coach: https://www.drberg.com/health-coach See if you qualify for a scholarship for our training: https://www.drberg.com/strategy-consult Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. Does the Ketogenic Diet Cause Hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

In past videos he mentions that hypothyroid conditions are usually secondary to high estrogen or liver or gallbladder issues, since T4 (inactive thyroid hormone) converts to T3 (active thyroid hormone) in the liver - about 80% of it. The rest is converted by the kidney. If TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) is high, this means the thyroid is low. If TSH is low, then this means the thyroid is high, making too many hormones. When people tell you keto and intermittent fasting worsens the thyroid, realize that it's not a worsening of thyroid, instead its the thyroid becoming more efficient and your body needing less thyroid hormones. Glyphosate from GMO foods acts as a toxin to cause a dysfunction to your detoxification systems of the body, esp. the liver. This then can trigger an immune condition (autoimmune) - Hashimotos. To avoid this condition, start doing organic foods. TEST GLYPHOSATE: https://detoxproject.org/testing/glyphosate-testing-test-yourself/ INTERESTING RESEARCH & DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3945755/ http://www.naturalendocrinesolutions.com/articles/does-glyphosate-have-a-negative-effect-on-thyroid-health/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23046013 https://thyroidnation.com/glyphosate-ruining-your-gut-triggering-autoimmune/ https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/pesticide-use-thyroid-disease/ https://academic.oup.com/aje/article/171/4/455/157410 https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/135689340/hashimotos-study Hi guys, today we are going to talk about the thyroid. In the past videos I talked about the real underlying cause of thyroid, it is either too much estrogen because estrogen has affinity for the thyroid that blocks it coming from the ovary, the environment, being pregnant or the liver gallbladder. Let’s say the liver is dysfunctional or the gallbladder is not working and you can’t convert this hormones because T4 cannot convert to T3 unless the liver and the gallbladder is really healthy. But I want to give you the basics first, thyroid stimulating hormone is made by the pituitary gland in your brain and its sent down to the thyroid to basically tell the thyroid to make its hormones. If the thyroid stimulating hormone is high that means the thyroid is low, it is a hypo and it is not connecting because it can start increasing the communication to try to drive it through the same thing with insulin. When the insulin is high, it’s because the receptors are resisting it and it is not working so it raises it same thing with right here. When TSH is low usually it is a hyperthyroid that is making too much so it will turn this hormone down to zero. If it is high, it is hypo. If it is low, it is hyper. T4 and T3 represents the number of iodine molecules and that’s what the difference is and T4 is the inactive thyroid hormone and T3 is the active form but there has to be a conversion in here. To convert these hormones, you need selenium. To make hormones you need iodine and zine, these are trace minerals that you need. What Causes High Blood Pressure

What Causes High Blood Pressure FREE 15min Consultation: http://eastwesthealing.com/get-start-with-a-private-consultation Visit https://eastwesthealingandperformance.leadpages.net/srmyoutube/ to download your FREE e-book! Hypothyroid people have low BP initially from adrenal insufficiency (blood sugar handling issues), which creates low circulating BV through loss of Na (holds water in the body). The kidneys and body compensate by producing more angiotensin, which raises BP. With hypothyroidism and the compensation with adrenaline, blood is shunted from extremities to the core, which raises BP through pushing blood through small network of vessels. All this is due to the body trying to raise blood sugar. ================================================ Click Below To SUBSCRIBE for more Videos: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=joshrubineastwest ================================================ Josh and Jeanne Rubin "Revolutionizing Nutrition For Thyroid Health" http://www.eastwesthealing.com The Metabolic Blueprint Cookbook http://www.thembcookbook.com The Metabolic Blueprint Program http://www.themetabolicblueprint.com Fight Fatigue With Food Program http://www.fightfatiguewithfood.com Amazon eBooks http://amzn.to/17NIYg4 ==================================================== Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/eastwesthealingperformance Twitter: https://twitter.com/eastwesthealing ===================================================== What Causes High Blood Pressure https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2nlJLK_7ds Check out our last video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkkEP41K0VA

💔 Salt Does NOT Cause High Blood Pressure, It LOWERS It - Backed By Clinical Studies

I’ve listened to my doctor, I’ve changed my diet and I’ve removed all the salt and still, there’s barely any improvement! ” However, in regards to salt and hypertension, that’s a myth! So here’s the reality check based on facts and clinical studies - not what so-called “expert” or “website” said. High quality salt is essential for life. So logically it makes sense that salt is important and needed. As far as clinical evidence, in one study of over 6250 people, cutting salt intake did NOT reduce the risk for heart attacks, strokes or death.1 In another study in 2013, it showed that lower salt consumption actually INCREASED your risk of death from heart disease.2 A review of the available research reveals that much of the science behind the supposed link between “salt and high blood pressure” is dubious and doubtful at best. According to Scientific American:3 "Intersalt, a large study published in 19884, compared sodium intake with blood pressure in subjects from 52 international research centers and found NO relationship between sodium intake and the prevalence of hypertension. In fact, the population that ate the most salt, about 14 grams a day, had a lower median blood pressure than the population that ate the least, about 7.2 grams a day... For every study that suggests that salt is unhealthy, multiple ones reveal that it does not." So what about the studies that show lowering salt is good for blood pressure? A 2004 analysis of 11 salt-reduction trials found that over the long-term, low-salt diets decreased systolic blood pressure by 1.1 millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and diastolic blood pressure by 0.6 mmHg. That equates to reducing your blood pressure from 120/80 to 119/79.6 A 2006 study in the American Journal of Medicine study compared the reported daily sodium intakes of 78 million Americans to their risk of dying from heart disease over the course of 14 years. The study concluded that lower sodium diets led to HIGHER death rates among those with cardiovascular disease!7 I can go on and on, but I hope you see where this is leading. Salt is good for you. Not only is salt relatively benign, it's actually a nutritional goldmine,... Regular table salt will damage your health, while natural salts are profoundly healing. Here's a quick break-down of their basic ingredients: Natural salt: 84 percent sodium chloride, 16 percent naturally-occurring trace minerals, including silicon, phosphorous, vanadium, magnesium, potassium, etc. Processed (table) salt: 97.5 percent sodium chloride, 2.5 percent man-made chemicals, such as moisture absorbents and flow agents. These are dangerous chemicals. Processing table salt also radically alters and damages the structure of the salt. While natural salts, containing the minerals and electrolytes, are vital for water balance, enzyme production, stress reduction, immune system, adrenal and thyroid function. What’s The Best Salt? You want to use unrefined natural salts, such as Himalayan Salt or Celtic Sea Salt. Celtic salt is slightly better because it has a little less sodium and more magnesium. Why Diabetics Get High Blood Pressure

Learn About Keto: http://amzn.to/2ypFAXw Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about why diabetics tend to get higher blood pressure. This is because they have higher amounts of insulin. So insulin is not working in the cell, and the body makes more (5-7 more). Insulin causes the retention of sodium. This then causes the retention of fluid, which then raises the blood pressure. Most people then cut out the salt but they do not fix the high insulin. This creates a sodium deficiency. Sodium is needed to prevent muscle and nerve weakness. Side effects include muscle weakness, fatigue and even cramping. To top it off - people take a diuretic, which has a side-effect of causing potassium loss, which worsens the sodium-potassium ratio. Also it has a side-effect of causing insulin resistance, which worsens things. It produces hormones that work to keep our metabolic rate stable and keep energy-producing processes in balance. The thyroid is essential in protein synthesis, growth, temperature regulation, and oxygen consumption of cells. Hypothyroidism is a health problem that occurs due to underactive thyroid gland. Due to hypothyroidism the metabolism rate of the body gets affected as metabolism is controlled mainly by the help of thyroid gland. Diabetes An unhealthy lifestyle can cause many diseases. So it is better to avoid a diet high in fat, salt and refined oil, carbohydrates, smoking, excess consumption of alcohol and high stress levels. It is estimated that there are approximately 33 million adults with diabetes in India. Diabetes mellitus is a complex metabolic disorder resulting from either insulin insufficiency or insulin dysfunction. B.P, Thyroid, Sugar Problems - Nadipathy

01:40
Hypertension (B.P) Treatment in Nadipathy Hypertension (B.P) is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the arteries. Your heart pumps blood through a network of arteries, veins, and capillaries. The moving blood pushes against the arterial walls, and this force is measured as blood pressure. Blood pressure results from two forces. The heart creates one force as it pumps blood into the arteries and through the circulatory system. The other is the force of the arteries as they resist the blood flow. The higher, systolic number represents the pressure while the heart contracts to pump blood to the body. The lower, diastolic number represents the pressure when the heart relaxes between beats. The systolic pressure is always stated first and the diastolic pressure second. The blood pressure below 120 over 80 mmHg (millimeters of mercury) is considered ideal for adults. A systolic pressure of 120 to 139 mmHg or a diastolic pressure of 80 to 89 mmHg is considered "pre–hypertension" and needs to be watched carefully. A blood pressure reading of 140 over 90 or higher is considered elevated or high. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms. In fact, many people have high blood pressure for years without knowing it. That's why it's called the "silent killer." Affects of Hypertension:  Enlarged heart  Eye damage  Liver damage For more information: Blog:http://hypertensiontreatmentinnadipathy.blogspot.in/ Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo6P3QEBwN8&list=PLmYxb4HnTMmHIAKF_JBxXug8C4yD34KBX THYROID TREATMENT IN NADIPATHY The Thyroid is a butterfly shaped gland that found in the neck region. It is one of the largest endocrine gland to maintain metabolic activities in our body. The Thyroid gland controls how quickly the body uses energy, makes proteins and controls how sensitive the body should be to the other hormones. It participates in these processes by producing thyroid hormones, the principle ones being triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxin (T4). These hormones regulate the rate of metabolism and affect the growth and rate of function of many other systems in the body. T3 and T4 are synthesized from both iodine and tyrosine. The thyroid also produces calcitonin, which plays a role in calcium homeostasis. Hormonal output from the thyroid is regulated by thyroid –stimulating hormone (T.S.H) produced by the anterior pituitary, which itself is regulated by thyrotropin – releasing hormone (T.R.H) produced by the hypothalamus The most common problems of the thyroid consist of an over-active thyroid gland, referred to as hyperthyroidism and under-active thyroid gland is referred as hypothyroidism. Symptoms of hypothyroidism: Fatigue, Forgetfulness, Dry skin, Dry hair, Brittle nails, Constipation, Muscle cramps, Depression, Decreased menstrual flow, swelling in-front of neck (goitre). It was first known in the 17th century, later it became a dangerous devil to human life. Again Diabetes is differentiated in to two types’ diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus. Diabetes mellitus is mainly caused by deficiency of insulin due to either lack of energy in pancreas (or) any auto-immune disease. While diabetes insipidus is caused by defect in secretion of vasopressin (Antidiuretic hormone) which is secreted from pituitary gland present in hypothalamus. Its function is to reabsorb water from distal tubules in the kidney and due to this it control the concentration of urine. But its deficiency caused increased water excretion through urine even in low intake of water. Diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus are unrelated, although they have similar signs and symptoms like excessive thirst and excessive urination. Diabetes mellitus is more common than the Diabetes insipidus.
