Hey Girl!! So in this video I am slaying it! I am walking you behind the scenes to lesson planning like a BOSS! That's right! A Childcare Boss! It's time to get your plans together and make it work for your business model. My business model is built off of learning and ensuring that children have the very best a childcare business can offer. My childcare businesses are not "TextBook" and neither are a majority of my clients but I don't let that stop me. I keep moving forward with my vision for inner city children to learn and grow successfully! So if you want to have a business that produces greatness in others, you must first have a vision of greatness! The products that I use are: The Classroom Planner: My assistant suggested that everyone use a classroom planner inside their classrooms. I created it from a need to keep my staff operating on point while I was managing a different aspect of my childcare businesses. It can be found at www.TheStaffOrganizer.com The Staff Organizer/Quarterly Agenda- I use this as a base to plan my curriculum and teach my teachers how to use this tool to stay organized in their classrooms. It can be found at www.TheStaffOrganizer.com CONNECT WITH ME: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/IOwnADaycare/ Personal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SuccessfulDaycare Business Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/IOwnADaycare/ Business Blog: http://www.iownadaycare.com/blog/ Lifestyle Blog: http://mydreamchildcarelife.com/ Website: http://www.iownadaycare.com/ MY FREE RESOURCES: 3 Week E-Coaching Program Childcare Made Easy http://childcaremadeeasy.com/ I Own A Daycare Childcare Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/IOwnADaycare/ My PUBLISHED BOOKS: How I Did It Daycare Success: http://www.mcssl.com/store/dickersa20031/catalog/product/58f5d343d5d242389ad9cdd95bb37727 Child Care Boss Jewelry/Shirts/Cups/Pillows and more Found At http://www.mcssl.com/store/dickersa20031/clothing-and-cups MAILING ADDRESS I Own A Daycare 3312 Norwich Street Brunswick, GA 31520 EMAIL: info@IOwnADaycare.com About: My first experience in the childcare industry came by divine inspiration. I had no childcare experience, no formal business experience, I had never walked into a childcare business before nor did I have children of my own. But while in prayer, I asked God for his direction for my life and clearly I heard the word, ‘daycare.’ I immediately got started and moved confidently in the directions of my dreams. When I started my first childcare I struggled with enrollment, business management and staffing. I had no idea how to successfully grow my childcare business. Enrollment was dwindling in but not quite how I had envisioned. I was stuck with a building licensed for more than 200 children and I only had 60. I was the driving force of my business. I, literally worked in every position of my business - from the front desk receptionist, after- school bus driver, cook and occasionally I worked in the classroom as a substitute provider. I left work every day feeling overwhelmed and tired. The next day I’d start all over again – feeling overwhelmed. I needed relief. Weak in faith and without guidance, I made a decision to sell that location. After giving birth to my first born, my passion to care for children intensified. I realized it never left me so I began to pray again. This time I had no money, my credit score was low and there was no one to go to for help. I started with what I had and began babysitting for $10 per day. As my baby-sitting services began to grow, I applied and obtained the license for family. We continued to grow so I obtained the license for group, then we grew to two groups and on to a large center. I moved into two large facilities to care for over 160 children each day. All of this happened in less than five years. I had purpose, promise and passion but there was no payoff until I realized there was a better way to achieving childcare success. Through many years of hard work through trial and error, I finally found the formula to grow my childcare business. When I look at my wonderful life now, I realize it was determination and hard work that helped to build the childcare business of my dreams. My income grew successfully from $10 per day to $3000 per day in my childcare business. I created systems which make childcare easy. Today I am dedicated to sharing with others and want you to know – you too, can truly build a childcare business that generates wealth and happiness as you manage the childcare business you love!

Learning how to fall down and get back up This video is not meant to be an instructional video, I am just sharing the exciting moment when I got to start teaching my nephews how to stilt walk, I don't get to see them very often. Prior to shooting this footage the boys had both learned off the stilts how to balance, fall safely, and get back up before even getting on the stilts. They also each had a chunk of one on one time with me before I left them to their dad to walk around "on their own". http://shop.pegstilts.com/disclaimer.aspx This was a stilt walking lesson with my nephews in NY, it was their first time on strap on Peg Stilts. As the owner of PegStilts.com, I am so proud to have been able to teach them on the 1' Kids Stilts I built, for them. I was particularly excited to be able to teach them because I live in Oregon, and they live in New York and I don't get to visit as often as I would like to. This shared reading video takes place in a kindergarten classroom using the story, "I Went Walking." Shared Reading is a great time to bring the students to the carpet for a short amount of time (10 minutes) and have everyone's eyes on one text. Each day is focused on a specific reading foundational skill and reading literature standard. As I introduce the book, I want to emphasize how we are using the pictures FIRST by looking at the cover, back of the book, title, and even the title page to "get our brains ready" before we even start reading the book. We are doing inferential work by looking at the pictures and thinking which animals will come up next and how the little boy feels at the end when all the animals follow him. The text nicely lends itself for students to chime in because the structure of the book has great repetition. It's evident that this kindergarten class has structures and routines in place thanks to Mrs. Hackman who is an awesome kindergarten teacher! The students are highly engaged and are able to retell the story across their fingers.

Walking Bass and Chords is one of the greatest ways to comp if you are the only one playing behind a soloist like a horn or a singer. In this lesson I am going to go over a Walking bass comp on a 12 bar Bb Jazz Blues and how you play it on guitar. The video is based on a recording I made and transcribed. Some of the things I discuss are on making walking bass lines on guitar, how to play them and how to add chords to your bassline. I also discuss shell voicings and drop3 voicings as being very useful for this type of guitar comping 🔴 Subscribe for more free Jazz Guitar Lessons and Videos: https://bit.ly/JensLessons ☑️ Support me on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/jenslarsen/ ✅DOWNLOAD A FREE E-BOOK with 15 II Valt I licks! This 4k guitar tutorial will show you how to play a Walking Blues in the key of A. Even though this lesson will use single notes, it is more of a rhythm guitar part than a lead part. This part will also sound good if the bass is doubling the line or you have another guitar playing a tradition Blues pattern. Since we are in the key of A the only chords used are A7, D7, and E7. You will notice that the pattern used for the A chord, D chord, and the E chord are the same except played on different strings. You can also try and play this blues muted by using your right hand to create a more realistic Blues sound. I will show you how to do it in the video. Practice this slowly and build up the tempo. Faster tempos are always easier to play once you get the patterns memorized. Terry Carter plays a Taylor 914 CE acoustic guitar. This video is beginning Feldenkrais lesson by Annie Thoe to improve barefoot walking, improve flexibility in the feet, foot and ankle alignment, and overall balance for the foot, ankle and leg. Great for lightening your step, agility, and graceful movement. Also, ground your nervous system to feel calmer, grounded and peaceful. Practice outside or indoors, though outdoors provides greater "grounding" in the electrical connection of your nervous system with the earth or "earthing." Great for skeletal alignment. More articles on barefoot walking on www.sensingvitality.com and MP3 downloads available with in depth lessons for purchase at www.senisngvitality.com. The lesson series: Align For Balance is helpful for barefoot walking.

WALKING IN THE FIRE is available through AMAZON.COM. A reading from my essay, The Mind Owner's Manual (Chapter 3 in Walking In The Fire). All Kabbalah teachings actually discuss universal psychological truths. Any other way of understanding Kabbalah is less than complete. The ultimate goal is exploration, discovery, and transformation of one's inner "higher" Self.

Playing Walking Bass Jazz Guitar Comping is really a great full way to comp in a duo setting. The walking bass really helps you lay down the groove and you can add the chords to make the harmony clear but also as accents in the rhythm. All The Things You Are is a great jazz standard to check this out on and you probably are already familiar with the song. Playing these two layers at the same time is challenging in this lesson I am going to discuss some of the things that you want to check out like playing bass lines over several bars of one chord. Adding variation in the bass line rhythms and dealing with higher tempos. 🔴 Subscribe for more free Jazz Guitar Lessons and Videos: https://bit.ly/JensLessons ☑️ Support me on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/jenslarsen/ ✅DOWNLOAD A FREE E-BOOK with 15 II Valt I licks!
