http://com-bb.com/diabetesenglish/ Types Of Vitamins For Diabetics | Diabetes Supplements Vitamin | Supervitamin To Reverse Diabetes Nutritionists and the medical community appear to agree that consumption of whole foods - served as balanced meals and snacks - provide all of the nutrients the diabetic needs. There are exceptions to this rule, and pregnant women, diabetics on a low-calorie diet, and vegans might consider an intake of extra vitamins. What Type Of Multivitamin Should I Take If I Have Diabetes? - Vitamins - Vitamins for diabetics are also helpful for those with food allergies, kidney disease, some elderly individuals, and people whose gastrointestinal system fails to absorb the proper level of essential nutrients. It is thought that vitamin D supplements might possibly help a diabetic better control his blood sugar levels. This is not astonishing news, as vitamin D is relatively uncommon in food; non-diabetics are also urged to increase vitamin D intake. Diabetics and non-diabetics can both feel safe taking a vitamin D supplement of 800 to 1,000 International Units (IU) per day. Vitamin C, might be physically disadvantageous for diabetic women. It can be taken, but the maximum daily dosage should not exceed 300 mg per day, Vitamin B6 should never be taken by a diabetic individual, due to its effect on blood sugar levels. The verdict is till out on vitamin E, as well as on mineral supplements such as chromium and magnesium. Research concerning vitamins for diabetics is sometimes contradictory, but the general consensus is that supplements are not required except in patients with special dietary needs or specific medical conditions. Safe vitamins for diabetics are considered those taken in very small doses; the amounts should not exceed 150 percent of the recommended daily allowance. Further, supplements containing iron should be avoided by men and post-menopausal women. A single daily multi-vitamin or mineral supplement is likely the safest route for a diabetic who wishes to integrate a supplement into his treatment and health maintenance plan. Best Diet For Multiple Sclerosis? What we recommend might surprise you

12:08
Best Diet For Multiple Sclerosis? What we recommend might surprise you! Nutrition matters in Multiple Sclerosis. Unfortunately, there is NO magic diet that fixes MS. OK. Also there is paucity of scientific evidence to support any of the current so-called "MS diets." Now that doesn't mean that they do not work, it just means that I lack adequate objective evidence to recommend them. So where does that leave us? Are there ANY solid medically supported recommendations out there? YES. Yes there are. It turns out that a Heart Healthy diet is recommended for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Uncontrolled cardio-vascular risk factors (things like morbid obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure) actually drive the MS disease process FASTER! This is separate from the cardio-vascular concerns themselves. So, for this reason, it's a reasonable for people with Multiple Sclerosis to consider a heart health diet. This video reviews what a heart healthy diet entails, broken down into 4 sections. Then I included a bonus section on dietary supplements! 1. Watch equation calories in (mouth) vs calories out (exercise). Recommendations for daily physical activity and portion control are reviewed. Also discuss drinking more water! 2. Foods that are "Good to Eat" with a Heart Healthy Diet: These include all variety of fruits and veg, fiber rich Whole grain, Skinless poultry and fish (fish at least twice weekly), non tropical vegetable cooking oils (e.g. canola, corn, olive, peanut, soybean, sunflower), Low fat (1%) or fat free (skim) dairy products and low sodium foods (cook w/o or w/ little added salt). 3. Foods to "Limit/Avoid": These include foods with high saturated fats (fatty beef, lamb, port, poultry w/ skin, beef fat, lard, cream, butter, cheese). If you to have red meat, choose the leanest cut. This section also includes foods high in trans fats: This includes things like doughnuts, cookies, crackers, muffins, pies & cakes, commercially fried foods /baked goods with shortening or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. It's important to avoid sweets and sugar sweetened beverages. Also important to avoid foods high in sodium. prepare foods with little/no salt. 4. Alcohol and Tobacco: The heart healthy diet recommends limited alcohol intake to 1 drink a day for women and 2 drinks a day for men. It recommends that you DON'T SMOKE. BONUS: I included a bonus section of the video on SUPPLEMENTS: I discuss my opinions, and talk about MVI, vitD3, vit B12, high dose biotin, fiber, water and probiotics. Levo-carnitine and immune boosters are also discussed. DISCLAIMER: This video (and all our videos for that matter) is intended to provide education only. Losing weight is difficult as it is but it is an even bigger challenge when you have diabetes. Moreover, the reason is due to your change in hormones. When you are diabetic, you have two main challenges. First is that your body is not producing the proper amount of insulin and thus, you tend to have elevated blood sugar and glucose levels. Second is that your body is typically “insulin insensitive”, which means that your cells don’t react properly to insulin. In this video you will discover how to maximize your fat loss, how to optimize your fat burning hormones which means a faster metabolism, more energy and easier fat loss. I will show you an all-natural solution that works almost as well as a drug without any of the negatives. Fastest & Safest Way To Lose Fat Quickly! There are really 3 main keys to permanent fat loss and I’m going to simplify it for you. 1. Diet- is the most important, since you can easily consume more calories than you can burn. 2. Exercise – by doing the right form of exercise you will burn more calories, which will allow you to eat more food or not diet as hard. 3. Supplements – the right kind will turn on your “fat burning genes”, which means faster fat loss with less effort. WHAT IS YOUR BEST & SAFEST SOLUTION? We all need something “EXTRA”…Something that will improve your fat burning hormones naturally. I created an “All-In One” solution called Lean Optimizer™. Anti-Type II Diabetes Rap - Nutritional Management for Preventing Type II Diabetes

04:52
Anti-Type II Diabetes Rap - Nutritional Management for Preventing Type II Diabetes. Course: KIN 130 - Human Nutrition Professor: Leah Esplen Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada SONG ARTISTS Chris "Panchris" Velasco Vanessa "Intestinessa" Prescott Jennifer "Juojenum" Lai PUN ON WORDS Panchris, representing a pancreas Intestinessa, representing an intestine Juojenum, representing a duodenum This project is a rap song that uses modern-day slang language to educate high school students and young adults about what they should and should not consume in their diets in order to prevent the acquisition of Type II Diabetes. The rap song starts off with a statistic from the journal, Current Problems in Pediatric and Adolescent Health Care (2004), projecting that "one out of every three children born in the year 2000 onwards will go on to develop diabetes." This is done to get the attention of the young adults and to get them to continue listening to the song and to teach them that if they do not take action from a nutritional standpoint to prevent acquiring Type II Diabetes, they may be one of the 33% who acquires it. The song first informs the listener about an original research article by Melissa M. Kaczmarczyk from the Division of Nutritional Sciences, along with her colleagues Michael J. Miller and Gregory G. Freund from the University of Illinois (2012), showing that dietary fiber helps prevent Type II Diabetes by reducing the digestion and absorption speed of macronutrients; the digestive process is slowed down so that nutrients will remain. Dietary fiber also reduces the amount of time that cancer causing agents attempt to cause damage in the intestine; for example, hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, and hyperglycemia are all reduced through proper intake of dietary fiber. After informing the listener about how dietary fiber prevents Type II Diabetes, it recommends eating foods that are rich in dietary fiber, such as beans, lentis, peanutes, peace, whole wheat foods, avocado, and broccoli. Next, the song cites a research article from Diabetic Medicine (2012) to show that Vitamin D supplements stabilize blood pressure in the sunless seasons and would therefore be good for combatting Type II Diabetes. It then informs the listener that they should avoid high sugar intake to prevent acquiring Type II Diabetes, but complex carbohydrates such as more vegetables, minerals, fiber, and less refined grains are important for preventing them (Henrikson & Kolset, 2007). The song does bring to light an opposing viewpoint, showing that high-cocoa polyphenol-rich chocolate can improve HDL cholesterol to deal with Type II Diabetes (Mellor et al., 2010). The song points out that this is fine, as long as it is eaten in moderation as opposed to in excess. The song concludes with a summary of the recommendations for preventing Type II Diabetes: consume dietary fiber and Vitamin D regularly, eat less sugar, but adequate amounts of dark chocolate. Diet Sodas Increase Risk of Type 2 Diabetes

04:07
A French study on 66,000 middle aged women over 14 years that was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in February of 2013, showed that drinking 12 oz per week of a diet soda increased the risk for type 2 diabetes by 33%. Increasing the amount to 20 oz per week increased the risk to 66%. It is interesting that the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association both recommend diet sodas for people who are obese and who have type 2 diabetes. The likely mechanism is that when a person consumes a diet beverage that the brain anticipates that sugar is coming into the blood stream. When this happens insulin is secreted to handle the load of suger that is expected, but it never comes and consequently blood sugar levels drop and make us hungry. Take Dr. Saputo's Type 2 Diabetes Health Assessment Dr. Saputo's Type 2 Health Assessment assesses what you what your risk factors are for type 2 diabetes, what are doing to control your diabetes in terms of drugs, supplements, and lifestyle, and reviews medications that can predispose to developing type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is usually a preventable and reversible disease once it has come on. It develops largely because of poor lifestyle habits related to diet, exercise, sleep, stress, weight, and toxic exposures (includes pharmaceutical drugs). While mainstream medicine relies mostly on drugs to manage blood sugar levels, all of these drugs have side effects, many of which are serious and even life-threatening. Dr. Saputo recommends lifestyle, dietary, and supplements as treatment for type 2 diabetes as strategies before using pharmaceutical drugs. Type 2 Diabetes Diet

06:14
Learn how to destroy diabetes: http://theictmstore.org When I recently read the American Diabetes Association's 2013 Standards of Medical Care for Type 2 Diabetes, I found many extremely alarming guidelines. Foremost is the complete over-reliance on the pharmaceutical management of diabetes and its complications, along with a complete absence of recommendations for use of critical nutritional support. The major shortcoming of pharmaceutical interventions in Type 2 diabetes is that they don't impact the progression of the disease, and in many cases actually accelerate the underlying disease process and increase mortality. Yet this approach is the only one offered by conventional medicine. The key issue that's not addressed by the ADA or other conventional medical groups dealing with diabetes is that drugs are only biochemical band-aids. There is one fundamental truth that is rarely explained to the patient: Type 2 diabetes in almost every case is a disease caused by diet and lifestyle. Findings from the U.S. government’s Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES III) clearly support this statement. Of individuals with type 2 diabetes, 69% did not exercise at all or did not engage in regular exercise; 62% ate fewer than five servings of fruits and vegetables per day; and 82% were either overweight or obese. Among patients with pre-diabetes, a minimum of 150 minutes a week of physical activity similar in intensity to brisk walking was associated with a 58% reduced risk of developing diabetes. This study, the Diabetes Prevention Program, also looked at early drug therapy with metformin as a possible prevention strategy. The metformin reduced the risk by 31%. In other words, walking was nearly twice as effective! Natural Approaches to Type 2 Diabetes Diet alone can often be effective as the sole factor in treating and reversing Type 2. Other lifestyle factors and supplements are important, but treatment of Type 2 begins with diet. There is considerable evidence from clinical trials that a diet low in refined carbohydrates is emerging as the most scientifically proven approach, especially when considering not only its effect on blood glucose levels, but also the effects it exerts in reducing the sequelae of diabetes, such as high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and other complications. The treatment of diabetes with natural medicine also involves trying to achieve ideal blood glucose control and metabolic targets, as well as reducing the risk of the complications of diabetes by focusing on the following four areas: Providing optimal nutrient status. Reducing after-meal elevations in blood glucose levels. Improving insulin function and sensitivity. Preventing nutritional and oxidative stress. One of the centerpiece supplements for Type 2 diabetes is highly viscous dietary fiber products. A good high-potency multiple vitamin and mineral formula is also a must and should provide 200 to 400 mcg of chromium – a key mineral in the proper utilization of insulin. Other considerations include: Alpha lipoic acid (400 to 600 mg), which not only helps improve insulin action, but also helps prevent and reverse diabetic nerve disease. Flavonoid-rich extracts like bilberry, grape seed, or pine bark, which are extremely important in protecting against the long-term complications of diabetes. Onions and garlic, which have demonstrated blood-sugar-lowering action in several studies and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The oral administration of mulberry extract, cinnamon extract, or extracts of Gymnema sylvestre, which have all been shown to produce very good results in improving blood sugar control. Before you swallow everything the American Diabetes Association recommends in terms of medications for your Type 2 diabetes, do yourself a favor and learn more about natural approaches that include a healthy diet, superfoods for diabetes, exercise, and nutritional supplements.

The surprisingly dramatic role of nutrition in mental health | Julia Rucklidge | TEDxChristchurch

17:43
NOTE FROM TED: Please consult with a mental health professional and do not look to this talk for medical advice as the intersection of mental health and nutrition is still an emerging field of study. We've flagged this talk for falling outside TEDx's curatorial guidelines because it oversimplifies interpretations of legitimate studies. TEDx events are independently organized by volunteers. The guidelines we give TEDx organizers are described in more detail here: http://storage.ted.com/tedx/manuals/tedx_content_guidelines.pdf This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. In this critically important talk, clinical psychologist Julia Rucklidge explores a range of scientific research, including her own, showing the significant role played by nutrition in mental health or illness. Julia J Rucklidge, PhD is a Professor of Clinical Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand. Originally from Toronto, she did her training in neurobiology (McGill) and Clinical Psychology (University of Calgary). Her interests in nutrition and mental illness grew out of her own research showing poor outcomes for children with significant psychiatric illness despite receiving conventional treatments for their conditions. For the last 6 years, she has been investigating the role of micronutrients in the expression of mental illness, specifically ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety and more recently, stress and PTSD associated with the Canterbury earthquakes. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Why Are Children Developing Diabetes at Such an Alarming Rate

03:21
Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY Dr. Berg talks about why children are getting diabetes at such an alarming rate. From 2000 to 2009, diabetes type 1 increased at 21%, and in type 2 increased 30%. This video is my opinion and meant to give the consumer new data to research and come up with their own conclusions about the cause and effect relationship between diabetes and it's cause. If someone tells you that this video is untrue and there is no possibility this could happen - simply ask them, "then causes diabetes 1 in children - why the sudden increase?" This is where it breaks down. They will tell you, we don't know. Then ask them, "then why are you so sure that there is no connection between vaccinations, GMO foods, etc. and diabetes - and see what they say. Our children have without a doubt experienced way more vaccinations and GMO foods than most parents ever had. What Causes Diabetes: 1. Vaccinations 2. Alloxan 3. Mother who has insulin resistance 4. The REAAL Scam - How the Wolfe EAA Study is Fake News | Tiger Fitness

15:25
ARTICLE - Do BCAAs Cause Cancer and Diabetes? : https://www.tigerfitness.com/blogs/supplements/do-bcaas-cause-cancer-and-diabetes VIDEO - The Big Fat EAA Lie - NOT Better Than BCAA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycgOBgAUTMs&t=260s The Debate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3trtZrjtCMk SUBSCRIBE to our channel: http://bit.ly/subTigerFitness Keep it healthy at home with our Cooking w/Kara Playlist! http://bit.ly/cookwkara The post from Instagram: savage_ginger_beard_Ugh, things are going from bad to worse for @reaalmuscle . • Via a confidential source, I came to possess a marketing pitch that Wolfe and Ferrando were making for an EAA supplement called “Kroton.” That document, produced seven years ago in 2011, references “23 clinical studies.” (Meaning only one additional study has been produced in seven/eight years.) • I previously thought that the “24 clinical studies” that TwinLab refers to are unpublished. Well, turns out some of them are published - and the results are terrible for @reaalmuscle. This screenshot is from a study that Wolfe and Ferrando conducted on elderly, pre-diabetic patients taking 22g of EAA + arginine for 16 weeks. Like his 2017 article, Wolfe interprets the data in an “interesting” way, here. • At 12 weeks, the total LBM gain was measured at 1.14kg +/- .36kg. This was sufficient for a statistically significant result, at p=0.038. But here’s the issue: that’s ONLY statistically significant at 12 weeks. At 16 weeks, the LBM gain is .6kg +/- .38kg. The error is half the mean effect. The researchers then apply the statistically significant result to the entire paper, despite receiving a result that was NOT significant. • In layman’s terms, Wolfe found a result at 16 weeks (within study parameters) that was not statistically significant, and therefore ought to have been discarded, and published it anyway with the p value for the 12 week result applied to the entire study. The study above is an egregious misrepresentation of the data to suit the researchers’ preferred conclusion. Worst of all, it fits an alarming pattern of a researcher willfully and explicitly misrepresenting research into a product he owns the patent for. With this study, we now see a clear and demonstrable pattern of Wolfe either deliberately ignoring counter factual information or alternative explanations for the data. All this combined in a ten year campaign to both monetize his product and conduct research on isimultaneously • I’ll be sharing more from the PowerPoint soon. #staytuned • @marclobliner @dougmillerpro @fitinformant @stack3dnews savage_ginger_beard_And just to be clear, @reaalmuscle would’ve been presented a variant on the presentation I’ve seen. Which means they know how inapplicable the data is to healthy, exercising populations, yet they continue to present the “24 clinical studies” as applying to that population in their marketing. 3 Signs that You're Magnesium Deficient

07:20
Please Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week + Live Broadcasts! http://ThomasDeLauer.com 3 Signs that You're Magnesium Deficient Causes of Deficiency Depleted soil conditions mean that plants (and meat from animals that feed on these plants) are lower in magnesium. Use of chemicals like fluoride and chlorine in the water supply make magnesium less available in water since these chemicals can bind to magnesium Both a high sugar intake and elevated insulin levels (which can result from a high intake of refined carbs, including sugar) have been shown to increase the excretion of magnesium by the kidneys, by inhibiting tubular reabsorption (the same process that leads to calcium excretion) and by guzzling through the body’s magnesium reserves during sugar metabolism *Tubular reabsorption is the process by which solutes and water are removed from the tubular fluid and transported into the blood* Partly why people with diabetes or chronically high insulin tend to have higher magnesium requirements and more rapid magnesium depletion 3 Signs of Magnesium Deficiency - Cramps/Tight Muscles, Anxiety/Stress, Sleeplessness Cramps/Tight Muscles Magnesium directly interacts with your muscle tissue through a process called ion transportation. When magnesium contacts your cell membranes, it bonds with specific receptor sites that open up the cell membrane and allow other mineral ions to enter, such as calcium and potassium. These ions help regulate muscle contractions and might ease muscle tension Too much calcium: Calcium and magnesium have a partnership in the body - calcium causes muscles to contract and magnesium causes them to relax. If there is too much calcium in your body, which is common in the typical American diet, –there won’t be enough magnesium to balance out the calcium –so your muscles won’t be able to properly relax (3) Sleeplessness In order to fall asleep your body and brain need to relax Magnesium aids this process by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the system responsible for getting you calm and relaxed Magnesium regulates neurotransmitters, which send signals throughout the nervous system and brain and regulates melatonin, which guides sleep-wake cycles in your body It also binds to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors and activates them. GABA is the neurotransmitter responsible for quieting down nerve activity A lack of magnesium can result in low GABA levels, and when GABA is low, your brain gets stuck in the “on” position and it becomes impossible to relax (4) Magnesium also plays a part in helping you achieve deep and restful sleep as well (6) Anxiety/Stress Increasing GABA not only promotes sleep, but also reduces anxiety and stress Low GABA is associated with numerous stress-related disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, and irritable bowel syndrome And, as mentioned, magnesium is important for binding and activating GABA receptors. Without adequate magnesium, we are unable to effectively activate GABA receptors and utilize GABA effectively Magnesium regulates cortisol A 2012 report, published in the Journal of Neuropharmacology, Magnesium deficiency caused an increase in the production of cortisol in the brains of the mice, specifically by activating the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, a part of the brain that controls responses to stress and anxiety Concluded: Magnesium calms your nervous system and prevents excessive cortisol by restricting its release and acting as a filter to prevent it from entering the brain (7) References 1) Magnesium — Health Professional Fact Sheet. diabetes click website : http://diabetescure30day.pagedemo.co/ dietitian diabetes treatment at home in 30 days diet instructions Treatment of diabetes at home quickly and efficiently Diabetes means your blood glucose, or blood sugar, levels are too high. If you can't control your diabetes with wise food choices and physical activity, you may need diabetes medicines. The kind of medicine you take depends on your type of diabetes, your schedule, and your other health conditions. With type 1 diabetes, your pancreas does not make insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps glucose get into your cells to give them energy. Without insulin, too much glucose stays in your blood. If you have type 1 diabetes, you will need to take insulin. Type 2 diabetes, the most common type, can start when the body doesn't use insulin as it should. If your body can't keep up with the need for insulin, you may need to take pills. Along with meal planning and physical activity, diabetes pills help people with type 2 diabetes or gestational diabetes keep their blood glucose levels on target. Several kinds of pills are available. Each works in a different way. Many people take two or three kinds of pills. Some people take combination pills. Combination pills contain two kinds of diabetes medicine in one tablet. The Function & Malfunction of the Pancreas

05:06
Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: https://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Dr. Berg talks about the pancreas. Normally it produces hormones (insulin and glucagon) to regulate blood sugars. However, the pancreas also produced enzymes to help in every aspect of digestion. Bicarbondates are also produced to help neutralize the acids coming down from the stomach. If there is a gallstone obstructing the flow of enzymes, those protein enzymes then can eat up itself and cause pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas). This leads to endocrine pancreatic insufficiency. There are other causes too: cystic fibrosis, viruses (autoimmune) and alcohol. However, high fructose corn syrup can also act like alcohol in causes pancreatic insufficiency. In fact, it can cause a cytotoxic effect on the cells that make insulin (beta cells). ■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination

05:32
See how Blood Sugar Optimizer can help you here: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBloodSugar =============================================== ■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination =============================================== Excessive thirst and increased urination are classic diabetes symptoms. When you have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, excess sugar (glucose) builds up in your blood. Your kidneys are then forced to work overtime to filter and absorb the excess sugar. If your kidneys can’t keep up, the excess sugar is excreted into your urine along with fluids drawn from your tissues. This triggers more frequent urination, which may leave you dehydrated. As you drink more fluids to quench your thirst, you’ll urinate even more. Other “diabetic” symptoms to watch out for are fatigue weight fluctuations – gaining or losing blurred vision tingling hands and feet red, swollen, tender gums symptoms-of-diabetes The BAD News It’s very important for you to do something right now because diabetes is the 7th leading cause of death in America. It’s known to be the catalyst to most health problems – heart disease, inflammation and arthritis, wrinkling, hair loss, gaining weight, high blood pressure – just to name a few. And the worst news of all?… Almost 90 million Americans (1/3 of the population) age 20 and older have pre-diabetes… and it’s growing by 2% every year! Oh… and the scary part is that 83% don’t even know it!… it goes “undiagnosed”! Which means it can quickly and permanently lead to Type 2 Diabetes. Pre Diabetic Stats … And Now The Good News: Almost all of it can be prevented and even reversed!… And I’ll get to this in a minute. Remember, you’re in control and there are simple solutions. You just need to take some action right now, before this situation gets worse and leads to additional health problems. Best Ways To Stablize Your Blood Sugar, Naturally lower-blood-sugar-diet-exercicseWith some minor life-style changes, you can see and feel big improvements quickly. Here are some things you should focus on: Lose Unwanted Fat This may not be fun, but it’s very important and it’s the first step in keeping your glucose in check. Eat Better – Natural Foods This means “low glycemic” foods, less carbohydrates, healthy proteins and fats. It also means to stay AWAY from processed, man-made foods. Also, make sure you eat often – smaller meals throughout the day to stabilize your blood sugar and have lots of fiber as well. Exercise Daily – Aerobic & Anaerobic Exercise utilizes the carbohydrates you eat, so it keeps your blood sugar stable. Having more muscle also improves insulin sensitivity, which means less insulin is needed. Proper Supplementation (for faster results) There are specific natural herbs, vitamins and minerals that can help stabilize your blood sugar, while also improving insulin sensitivity. Clinical studies have shown that people who are diabetic or pre-diabetic are lacking in certain nutrients and taking the correct supplements can quickly help fix this and get you faster results. Simply making some small adjustments in each of these categories will mean fast results for you. Which means more energy, less body fat, better cognition and you’ll simply look and feel YOUNGER!
