Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Constant high blood pressure can lead to life-threatening complications like: • Heart attack • Stroke • Kidney failure • Eye damage • Arteriosclerosis, etc. Normally, systolic and diastolic blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm/Hg. However, when it shoots up to 149 mm/Hg and 90 mm/Hg or more, then it is referred to as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract. Diastolic reading refers to the pressure exerted on the artery walls between heartbeats as the heart relaxes. The most common symptoms of this condition are: • Severe headache • Shortness of breath • Nausea • Dizziness • Nosebleed • Palpitation However, many people do not experience the symptoms even when the blood pressure readings are alarmingly high. Hypertension cannot be attributed to one single factor. It can be caused by a combination of factors such as: • Smoking • Alcoholism • High-salt diet • Lack of exercise • Stress • Obesity • Genetics • Increasing age • Chronic kidney disease • Pregnancy • Adrenal diseases • Certain medications, antidepressants, decongestants, oral contraceptives, etc. But don't lose heart. To keep the 'silent killer' at bay, some simple home remedies can be of use to you: Home Remedy 1 • Take a cup of warm water. • Squeeze half a lemon in it. To reduce sourness, you can add honey. • Mix it well. • Drink this on empty stomach, regularly. Home Remedy 2 • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). • Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening. • If you do not have poppy seeds, just add ground watermelon seeds in warm water and steep for half an hour. Strain the solution and drink it. Home Remedy 3 • Have 1-2 crushed garlic cloves daily. • If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Tips • Include watermelons and bananas in your diet. • Coconut water is also good for high blood pressure and nausea. • Have oats. • Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. • Reduce salt intake. To avoid salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices, even lemon.

My Favorite Formula For Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourPressure ======================================= ♥ WARNING: Painkillers Cause High Blood Pressure, Especially In Women ======================================= Most of us, when something hurts, we simply pop a couple pain killers and don’t give it a second thought. A headache, joint pain, muscle pain from working out, menstrual pain and so forth. However, recent research has found a direct connection between high blood pressure levels and the use non-aspirin painkillers - such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin). Additionally, the report reveals a much higher risk for women, than men! A Harvard study involved 5,123 women age 34 to 77, all having healthy blood pressure levels to start. However, here’s what the study revealed: For women not taking painkillers, the risk of developing high blood pressure levels was only about 1-3 percent a year. Women taking 400 mg a day of over-the-counter painkillers (the equivalent of two ibuprofen) had a 60-78 percent increased risk of developing high blood pressure levels. Women taking an average daily dose of 500 mg of acetaminophen (one extra-strength tablet) had a 93-99 percent increased risk of developing high blood pressure levels within three years. That’s DOUBLE! The cause of this is because of the fluid retention and decreased kidney function due to these drugs. Why Is It Worse For Women? This is because women have smaller blood vessels in the heart, making them more vulnerable to high blood pressure and inflammation of the blood vessels. Now, aging causes higher blood pressure for BOTH men and women. However, as women get closer to menopause, there is a dramatic drop in estrogen, which causes a woman’s arteries to become less elastic and more constrictive, thus contributing to high blood pressure. Unfortunately, giving women synthetic hormones (estrogen and especially progesterone) makes this situation only worse. Options You should only take these drugs occasionally, as needed and definitely not daily or more than 3x weekly. By the way, aspirin does not cause high blood pressure, but it has its own set of negative side-effects, such as stomach pain, ulcers, excessive bleeding, becoming acidic, etc. Most pain is related to inflammation. So drinking more water, taking higher dosages of Vitamin C, Magnesium and Curcummin will help. Lastly, make SURE you control your blood pressure using natural solutions, especially if you’re over the age of 40 - both men and women. It’s one of the primary causes of heart and brain aging. My favorite, clinically proven formula for naturally increasing your testosterone and sex drive: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/EDCure =============================================== 3 Powerful ED Drugs - Pros, Cons & Warnings =============================================== Today I’m going to discuss popular medications for Erectile Dysfunction (ED), pros, cons and important health warnings. I’ll quickly cover how they work, how you can make them work BETTER and lastly, natural alternatives. PDE-5 (Phosphodiesterase type 5) Inhibitors So the first type of drugs I’ll discuss, also happens to be the most popular and these are PDE-5 inhibitors, such as Viagra (sildenafil), Cialis (tadalafil) and Levitra (vardenafil). Viagra works the fastest, in about 30 minutes and lasts about 4 hours. While Cialis is the slowest -- takes about an hour or two to start working, but lasts about 2 days. Thus, known as the “weekender” pill. The “Negative” The biggest problem with these drugs is they do NOTHING for improving your sex drive and libido. Taking these drugs alone will not cause an erection. They must be taken in combination with some form of sexual stimulation. Another common problem with these drugs is side-effects such as low blood pressure, which is the original REASON these drugs were made. In fact, “erections” are a side-benefit of these drugs. There are other problems such as vision, sinus and headaches. Lastly, the lower your testosterone levels - your primary “sex drive” hormone - the LESS effective these drugs are. In fact, this is the primary reason they don’t work in about 25% of users, especially “older” guys who need it the most … Because they have “low” testosterone levels. However, there’s a way to make these drugs work better and I’ll show you how in a minute. Penile Injections Next is one of the least popular and that’s injections into your penis. A typical one is Caverject, which is a prostaglandin (PGE-1). Similar to the PDE-5 drugs, the shot increases blood flow to your penis. The results are instant and you do NOT need any kind of arousal for your penis to get hard. Unfortunately, not too many guys want to put a needle into their penis. And if you don’t do it correctly or take too much, your erection will just not go away for a long time and can actually cause tissue damage. This is best used when nothing else has worked and typically, for guys who have blood vessel problems. Increasing Testosterone Levels My personal favorite, healthiest and most long-term and “permanent” solution to erectile dysfunction is increasing your testosterone levels. The main benefit here, as stated earlier, is that testosterone is your primary “libido” hormone - in both men and women. It improves BOTH your physical and emotional sex drive. Higher testosterone also improves blood flow and nitric oxide levels, similar to Viagra. Higher testosterone also reduces many diseases (heart, diabetes, etc.) and cancers. YES - testosterone reduces cancer, it’s the higher ESTROGEN levels that cause cancer in both men and women. If you want to feel and look younger, testosterone is the primary way to do it. How To Increase Your Testosterone Levels? Now, there are 2 ways to increase testosterone: Method One For Higher Testosterone The first is “Exogenously” - which means from “external factors”, such as testosterone injections, creams, pellets, pills, etc. The second “negative” conversion is testosterone to DHT - the hair loss and prostate cancer hormone. Unfortunately, 99% of doctors are CLUELESS about the endocrine/hormonal system and thus, taking testosterone will end up causing MORE harm than good in the long-run. Oh, one other negative side-effect -- your testicles will shrink! But don’t worry, nothing will happen to your penis. Method Two For Higher Testosterone The second way to increase your testosterone is “Endogenously” - which means from “internal” factors. And this is done through eating specific foods, doing certain exercises and taking special herbs, vitamins and minerals. This is the BEST way to increase your testosterone because it’s natural, totally safe and long-term. 7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home : Heart attacks are caused by the blood supply to the heart being suddenly interrupted. Without this supply, heart muscles may be damaged and begin to die. fatty deposits called plaque buildup in your arteries, they can narrow the vessels and raise your risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease. Several supplements are available that, over time, might help dissolve plaque and improve the function of your arteries, lowering your risk of chronic circulatory problems. Here are 7supplements that can help you unclog your arteries 1. Take fish oil supplements. If you don’t like fish or don’t have access to fish, you can simply take fish oil supplements to help get omega-3 fats. Look for fish oils that contain EPA and DHA oils. Although you might expect consuming fat to increase arterial plaque, omega-3 fatty acids may help slow plaque deposition and, over time, reduce its amount, according to experts at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Consuming supplements containing these unsaturated, healthy fatty acids can lower levels of blood triglycerides while raising levels of HDL, helping to keep your blood cholesterol in a healthy range. They may also help prevent inflammation of the arterial lining and reduce the risk of blood clots, both of which promote plaque deposits. 2. Take psyllium supplements. If you have difficulty getting enough fiber from foods, you can take psyllium supplements. Psyllium is a water-soluble fiber available in pill and powder forms. 3. Increase soy protein through supplements. Soy proteins are commonly available as powders that you can mix into a variety of foods and beverages (juices, smoothies, etc.). Several studies have shown that soy protein supplementation can have a beneficial effect on your cholesterol levels. 4. Take niacin supplements. You can also take niacin (vitamin B3) to help lower cholesterol levels. However, talk to your physician and monitor niacin supplementation closely. Common side effects at high doses include: • Flushing of the skin • Stomach upset • Headaches • Dizziness • Blurred vision • Increased risk of liver damage 5. Garlic Supplement. Garlic isn't just a culinary herb but is also a useful supplement if you're concerned about arterial plaque and atherosclerosis, according to evidence summarized at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Garlic contains a compound that's converted into allicin when cloves are crushed. Allicin could help lower blood levels of cholesterol by suppressing a liver enzyme that makes cholesterol. This eventually reduces plaque so You can simply add more fresh garlic to your food or take garlic supplements if you don’t enjoy garlic in foods. 6. Take plant sterol supplements. Beta-sitosterol and sitostanol are two additional supplements that may have a positive impact on cholesterol. You can find these options in supplement form at most vitamin shops or health food stores. 7. Take coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) supplements. CoQ-10 is an essential nutrient used to treat a variety of heart and blood vessel conditions. It can also counteract muscle pain resulting from other cholesterol-lowering medications called “statins.” Consider taking CoQ-10 if your doctor has prescribed one of these medications. check out my other similar videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFE8MFBZURI 😍 15 Foods That Unclog Arteries Naturally And Protect Against Heart Attack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-yVQyl2k4s 😍 7 Lifestyle Changes That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart Attack NOTE: The materials and the information contained onNatural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. Welcome to my channel where we bring you insightful, fun and educational videos on all things pertaining to health In This video I am going to talk about how fasting can reduce blood pressure. In my practice I have seen several of my patients reduce their blood pressure through a combination of intermittent fasting and water fasting on a regular bases. I am going to go over 2 research articles supporting using fasting to lower blood pressure and then at the end of my video will go over one benefit of calorie restriction on cardiovascular health. So make sure to stay till the end of this video. The first study was done with 110 patients which consist with an average weight of 290 + pounds who were hospitalized for three weeks for the treatment of extreme obesity with the fasting diet. The patients were evaluated several times for changes in blood pressure, lipid profile, as well as glucose and insulin levels. The results of the study showed decrease in cholesterol levels, normal glucose tolerance levels in 88% of the patients and blood pressure decreased on average 11 + points systolic and 7+ points diastolic. Also their weight decreased on average 30 pounds. This second study is similar to the first but with greater results. It had 174 hypertension patients go through a pre-prep diet before a long 10-11 day water fast. The results was almost 90% of the patients had reduction in blood pressure by 37/13 mm Hg points and stage 3 hypertension cases had blood pressure reduction on average of 60/17 mm Hg points. Patients also on hypertensive medications were all successful coming off them during and after the study. The last study I am going to talk about has to do with calorie restriction benefiting lowering your chances of getting atherosclerosis and Heart disease. Within this study patients were fed 1100-1900 calories compared to the other group consuming 2000-3500 calories. They found that the group that consumed lesser calories had lower cholesterol, triglycerides which put them in the ultra healthy level of the top 5th percentile of 20 year olds as well as 40% less carotid wall thickness Wow this is amazing! You can see there is some profound effects of fasting when it comes to cardiovascular health. If you ever thought of doing a fast talk to your doctor first to see if you can benefit from it. Medicines For Hypertension Some people have high blood pressure caused by an underlying condition. This type of high blood pressure, called secondary hypertension, tends to appear suddenly and cause higher blood pressure than does primary hypertension. Various conditions and medications can lead to secondary hypertension, including: kidney problems, adrenal gland tumors, thyroid problems, certain defects in blood vessels you're born with (congenital), certain medications, such as birth control pills, cold remedies, decongestants, over-the-counter pain relievers and some prescription drugs, illegal drugs, such as cocaine and amphetamines, alcohol abuse or chronic alcohol use and obstructive sleep apnea. Medicines For Hypertension One of the most dangerous aspects of hypertension is that you may not know that you have it. In fact, nearly one-third of people who have high blood pressure don't know it. The only way to know if your blood pressure is high is through regular checkups. This is especially important if you have a close relative who has high blood pressure.
