BookkeepingForPainters.com Take Command Health (QSEHRA) https://www.takecommandhealth.com/online-bookkeep-qsehra Quick summary: Employees pay for health expenses, you reimburse them tax-free The mechanics of a QSEHRA are surprisingly simple. At a high-level, employees pay for their own health expenses and you reimburse them. Here’s how it works: Employers design their plan and set reimbursement allowances Employees pay for their own health insurance and medical bills Employees provide proof of their expenses Employers reimburse the employee up to the set limit Flexible: Small business HRA plans can be customized based on a company's needs. You can choose to reimburse premiums only, or reimburse qualified medical expenses as well. You can also choose who to offer the HRA to as long as everyone is treated the same under the criteria (i.e., age, part time). For employees, they can choose a plan that works best for their family and their needs. Affordable: The small business chooses an amount each month that works with their budget. Predictable: Monthly costs are fixed based on an amount a business owner can afford. Unlike traditional group plans, this amount will hold steady. Saves time: You don’t have to deal with the administrative tasks and manhours it takes to set up a group plan with health insurers.

How to Lose Belly Fat Fats? The real monster is the fat in the abdominal cavity, also known as belly fat. Not only does it bring you health problems, but also it is one of the most difficult types of fat to get rid of. However, you can get rid of it in just a single night. Each of us has some belly fat, even people who have flat tummies. That is normal, but too much of it can affect your health stronger than other types of fat. Being overweight does not always mean being unhealthy. There are many great examples of overweight people who have excellent health. On the contrary, there is the same amount of examples of people who are skinny but face some metabolic issues. TIMESTAMPS Metabolic issues 0:30 Do you have too much of belly fat? 1:39 The most effective diet ever 3:49 SUMMARY All that happens because the under skin fat does not cause so many health problems. It causes only discomforts from the cosmetic point of view, doesn’t it? The real monster is the fat in the abdominal cavity, also known as the belly fat. Not only does it bring you health problems, but also it is one of the most difficult types of fat to get rid of. Hence, belly fat is more than just an irritant that makes your clothes feel tight. How can it bring health problems? You might ask. Here is the answer: some fat is there right under your skin while other is deep inside around your organs – liver, heart, lungs. This type of fat is called ‘visceral’ fat. And this is the very type which is bad even for slim people. Well, don’t get disappointed so fast. We do need some of ‘visceral’ fat though. Guess why? Yes, because it acts as cushions around your organs. But again, you should know the measure. Because too much of it can cause high blood pressure, heart diseases and even some types of cancers. Do you have too much belly fat? Now, how to know if you have too much of belly fat? There is a straightforward way to do it. Get a measuring tape and put it around your waist. Did it? Now you can check your girth. Keep in mind that you should do it while you are in a standing position, not sitting. Ok? It will be easier if you start and finish at your belly button that will give you measurements that are more precise. Now, if you are a woman and your waist size is less than 35 inches – relax – everything is fine. However, if it is more than 35 inches then you definitely should consider this diet, the secret of which we are going to reveal very soon. And if you are a man, then the waist size less than 40 inches sounds pretty ok, while more than 40 inches should alarm you and the diet would be a good way out. Get 2 FREE Audiobooks of Your Choice on Audible | http://amzn.to/2b9GBJr I crafted this summary of the 48 Laws of Power in anger. It is the end result of 2 years of animating all chapters condensed for your viewing pleasure. Surely, you've heard the phrase "Hate the game, not the player." I'm exposing the game and the players for you. Being honest and speaking the truth has been a punishing and not at all rewarding experience, since most people will always shoot the messenger. I aim to raise awareness and arm the clueless for self-protection. I am not advocating becoming a manipulating and ruthless sociopath. I can't respect those who don't understand the difference. It's a self-improvement book, not the work of the devil. Robert Greene is all about intense realism. Seeing things for what they are, whether you like the truth or not. Hopefully you'll find the video helpful, learn from it and share it with others. I've received plenty of messages from good people claiming it changed their lives for the better. Don't let others use and abuse you. Don't live in a fantasy land. Be cautious. Read this book or don't. “The cost of living is going up and the chance of living is going down.” ~Flip Wilson According to the IRS, the average household in the US brings home about $50k. It may seem like a lot, but it’s peanuts when you consider: - Taxes and insurance - The rising cost of living - Amount of time required to make $50k Taxes and insurance strip that $50k to $35k. A modest $1k/month mortgage ($12k) brings it even lower, down to $22k. At this point, the amount left is $1k-$2k a month. People can criticize me for what I teach, but these numbers don’t lie. The average income isn’t enough, especially for someone wishing to live in a city where it costs $3k-$4k a month to get by. So what can be done about it? I recently recorded a live training that addresses this topic and covers a plan I recommend for anyone who wants to earn more income. Use the link below to catch the replay: https://tailopez.com/smmayoutube Some people would say the answer is spending less money. That is an option, but what most don’t consider is living frugally takes TIME. Cutting coupons for 2 hours might save $20. But when you do the math, it’s that’s only $10 an hour being saved. In just 2 hours, a better option would be to: - Learn how to use Insta story ads (30 mins) - Contact 10 local businesses in person or by the phone (45 mins) - Use Insta story ads to help local business get more customers (45 mins) When offering this type of service for a low rate, most businesses will say yes. In fact, they’ll be thrilled they’re probably losing money from using outdated marketing methods. Insta story ads are just one of many examples. In my SMMA program, me and several dozen other social media experts demonstrate our techniques, step by step. To learn more about the SMMA program, visit this link: https://tailopez.com/smmayoutube In 2016, I opened a private test group where I teach these techniques. It started with 5 videos and I kept adding more over time. Since then, thousands of people joined. Every day I get positive feedback about their results and how the SMMA program helped them earn income for their skills, not their time. There’s so much to cover about this program that I cannot explain everything in this post. This is why I created a special page on my website that summarizes the program. The link below has all the details. I’m not going to pressure anyone into joining. That’s not my style. I only want to help those who’re interested. To make a decision about the program, check out this no-cost training and summary of what’s included. https://tailopez.com/smmayoutube Stay Strong, Tai Lopez P.S. I just added a special bonus valued at $2,500. People who join before the deadline will get an invitation to my house for an in-person conference. During the conference, other successful agency owners and I will share our techniques in person. What’s the catch? There’s a limit to the number of people that can fit in my backyard, so invitations are reserved to 400 people only. 🔊 LISTEN TO DAILY PODCAST on ITUNES ▶︎ https://tailopez.com/podcastyt SUBSCRIBE FOR DAILY VIDEOS ▶︎ http://tailopez.com/subscribe 📚 Tai's Recommended Book List: https://www.tailopez.com/books FOLLOW ME ON: ★ INSTA → https://www.instagram.com/tailopez ★ SNAP → http://snapchat.com/add/TaiLopez ----------------------------------- ADD ME: Twitter: https://twitter.com/tailopez Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TaiLopezOfficial

Impress your colleagues by already knowing how by following these steps. Step 1: Bring a notebook Bring a notebook to the meeting with you. If you will be writing minutes often, you may want to buy a good notebook to keep your minutes in rather than a cheap one. Tip If you have a laptop, you should use it to save time later. Step 2: Send around a sign in sheet Create a simple sign-in sheet that has columns for name and contact information and pass it around. You will be able to refer to this record in order to document attendance. Tip Find out who was supposed to be there and make sure you include the people who did not attend in the minutes under regrets. Step 3: Begin note-taking Begin note-taking by noting the date of the meeting and the time the meeting was called to order. Step 4: Record old business Record old business, which is anything that needed a follow up from the last meeting. Note anything that was done or not done and by whom. Step 5: Record new business Record new business. For example, when someone has an issue to address they will make a motion. Note exactly what they said along with who seconded the motion and whether or not the motion passed. Step 6: Finish notes Write down any action items or things specific participants agreed to do, but don't transcribe word for word debates or discussions. End the notes with the time the meeting adjourned and the date of the next meeting. Step 7: Type and distribute Type up the minutes as soon as possible after the meeting so it's fresh in your mind. Once you have typed them, distribute them to members for review and approval at the next meeting. Did You Know? During one day, there is an average of 17 million meetings in America.

On the morning of June 6, 1944, nearly 160,000 allied soldiers crossed the English Channel and stormed five beaches along a 50-mile stretch of Normandy, France. The United States led the assault to try to retake the western coast of Europe from the Germans, who had conquered and been occupying it for four years. In the months and weeks leading up to the invasion, the allies used a variety of means to deceive the Germans, who knew an attack was coming, but didn't know where it be focused. After postponing the invasion by a day because of bad weather, the Supreme Commander of the Allied forces, American General Dwight D. Eisenhower, gave the go-ahead for the operation, codenamed Neptune. Shortly after midnight, 24,000 British, US, and Canadian airborne troops parachuted into France. Around the same time, minesweepers began clearing channels for the invasion fleet, which was comprised of almost 7,000 boats of all types--although around 4,100 of these were landing crafts carrying infantrymen. The Germans, by contrast, had just over 100 total ships in the area at the time and were heavily outnumbered. The same was true for the German Air Force, which could muster only 815 aircraft over Normandy in comparison to the Allies' 9,500. Naval bombardment of the beaches commenced at 05:45 AM, while it was still dark. Allied infantry and armoured divisions began landing on the coast of France starting at 06:30. The men landed under heavy fire from gun emplacements overlooking the beaches. The shore was mined and covered with wooden stakes, metal tripods, and barbed wire obstacles, making the work of the beach clearing teams difficult and dangerous. Casualties were heaviest at Omaha, with its high cliffs. At Gold, Juno, and Sword, several towns were cleared in house-to-house fighting. The Allies did not achieve all of their goals on D-Day. Only Juno and Gold beach were linked in the first 24 hours, and all five bridgeheads were not connected until nearly a week had passed. However, the operation was successful as the Allies gained a precious foothold that gradually expanded as they drove into Germany from the west over the coming months. German casualties on D-Day were around 1,000 men. Allied casualties were at least 12,000, with 4,414 confirmed dead. With Russia bearing down from the east, the European side of World War II ended with the surrender of Germany less than a year after the Normandy operation. Once Japan surrendered in September, 1945, the deadliest conflict in human history was over. It had taken the lives of anywhere from 50 to 85 million people. The outcome of the war has been critical in shaping the geopolitical landscape of the last 70 years. The victorious great powers—the United States, China, the United Kingdom, France, and what is now the Russian Federation—became the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council. Thanks for watching this historic episode of the daily conversation, I'm Bryce Plank.

'Deep work' will make you better at what you do. You will achieve more in less time. And feel the sense of true fulfillment that comes from the mastery of a skill. Cal Newport is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Georgetown University. In addition to studying the theoretical foundations of our digital age, Newport also writes about the impact of these technologies on the world of work. His most recent book, Deep Work, argues that focus is the new I.Q. in the modern workplace and that the ability to concentrate without distraction is becoming increasingly valuable. He previously wrote So Good They Can’t Ignore You, a book which debunks the long-held belief that “follow your passion” is good advice, and three popular books of unconventional advice for students. When I consider purchasing an individual health insurance plan for myself or my family, do I have any financial obligations beyond the monthly premium and annual deductible? Answers: It depends on the plan, but some plans have the following cost-sharing elements that you should be aware of. Co-Payments: Some plans include a co-payment, which is typically a specific flat fee you pay for each medical service, such as $30 for an office visit. After the co-payment is made, the insurance company typically pays the remainder of the covered medical charges. Deductibles: Some plans include a deductible, which typically refers to the amount of money you must pay each year before your health insurance plan starts to pay for covered medical expenses. Coinsurance: Some plans include coinsurance. Coinsurance is a cost sharing requirement that makes you responsible for paying a certain percentage of any costs. The insurance company pays the remaining percentage of the covered medical expenses after your insurance deductible is met. Out-of-pocket limit: Some plans include an out-of-pocket limit. Typically, the out-of-pocket limit is the maximum amount you will pay out of your own pocket for covered medical expenses in a given year. The out-of-pocket limit typically includes deductibles and coinsurance. But, out-of-pocket limits don't typically apply to co-payments. Lifetime maximum: Most plans include a lifetime maximum. Typically the lifetime maximum is the amount your insurance plan will pay for covered medical expenses in the course of your lifetime. Exclusions & Limitations: Most health insurance carriers disclose exclusions & limitations of their plans. It is always a good idea to know what benefits are limited and which services are excluded on your plan. You will be obligated to pay for 100% of services that are excluded on your policy. Beginning September 23, 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (health care reform) begins to phase out annual dollar limits. Starting on September 23, 2012, annual limits on health insurance plans must be at least $2 million. By 2014 no new health insurance plan will be permitted to have an annual dollar limit on most covered benefits. Some health insurance plans purchased before March 23, 2010 have what is called "grandfathered status." Health Insurance Plans with Grandfathered status are exempt from several changes required by health care reform including this phase out of annual limits on health coverage. If you purchased your health insurance policy after March 23, 2010 and you're due for a routine preventive care screening like a mammogram or colonoscopy, you may be able to receive that preventive care screening without making a co-payment. You can talk to your insurer or your licensed eHealthInsurance agent if you need help determining whether or not you qualify for a screening without a co-payment. There are five important changes that occurred with individual and family health insurance policies on September 23, 2010. Those changes are: 1. Added protection from rate increases: Insurance companies will need to publically disclose any rate increases and provide justification before raising your monthly premiums. 2. Added protection from having insurance canceled: An insurance company cannot cancel your policy except in cases of intentional misrepresentations or fraud. 3. Coverage for preventive care: Certain recommended preventive services, immunizations, and screenings will be covered with no cost sharing requirement. 4. No lifetime maximums on health coverage: No lifetime limits on the dollar value of those health benefits deemed to be essential by the Department of Health and Human Services. 5. No pre-existing condition exclusions for children: If you have children under the age of 19 with pre-existing medical conditions, their application for health insurance cannot be declined due to a pre-existing medical condition. In some states a child may need to wait for the state's open-enrollment period before their application will be approved.

I think this goes without saying, but this video contains Spoilers. Download the song on Bandcamp: http://animatedjames.bandcamp.com Here's the song on soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/animatedjames/marvel-musical I haven't done a solo project in a LONG time. The last one I did was my first video: Getting Noticed. But where as that video sucked this one is... better. Back in April, with Iron Man 3 coming out, I wanted to do a tribute to Phase One of the Marvel movie universe, because these movies are some of my all time favorites. Yeah, even Thor and Iron Man 2. So I was wondering how I could pay tribute to these movies in a way that will surely be entertaining... well, Jon Cozart is really popular on the web, so I decided to make a musical out of the 6 movies. Plus, I always wanted to show off my semi-good singing/composing skills. Besides, I'm a New Yorker. I LOVE Broadway musicals, but if you don't like musicals, or if you're just homophobic... you might not wanna watch this. Now with this out of the way, Time to work on the project that EVERYONE has been constantly telling me me to do ... Sonic Lost World Plot. (Kidding... Amy VS Pinkie is the next cartoon.) Executive director of Stanford’s design program at the d.School, Bill Burnett uses design thinking, a career’s worth of starting companies and coaching students, and a childhood spent drawing cars and airplanes under his Grandmother’s sewing machine to inform his work on how to design your life. In five eyebrow-raising findings, Burnett offers simple but life-changing advice on designing the life you want, whether you are contemplating college or retirement. After years of drawing cars and airplanes under his Grandmother’s sewing machine, Bill Burnett went to college where he discovered that there were people in the world who did this kind of thing every day (without the sewing machine), and they were called designers. Thirty years, five companies, and a couple thousand students later, Burnett is still drawing and building things, teaching others how to do the same, and quietly enjoying the fact that no one has discovered that he is having too much fun. As Executive Director of the Design Program at Stanford, he runs undergraduate and graduate programs in design, both interdepartmental programs between the mechanical engineering and art departments. Burnett worked on design of the award-winning Apple PowerBooks and the original Hasbro Star Wars action figures. He holds a number of mechanical and design patents. With arms outstretched, the man fills the irreconcilable spaces of a circle and a square -- symbolizing the Renaissance-era belief in the mutable nature of humankind. James Earle explains the geometric, religious and philosophical significance of this deceptively simple drawing. Lesson by James Earle, animation by TED-Ed.

Get the DVD @ http://infowars-shop.stores.yahoo.net/obdedvd.html The Obama Deception is a hard-hitting film that completely destroys the myth that Barack Obama is working for the best interests of the American people. The Obama phenomenon is a hoax carefully crafted by the captains of the New World Order. He is being pushed as savior in an attempt to con the American people into accepting global slavery. We have reached a critical juncture in the New World Order's plans. It's not about Left or Right: it's about a One World Government. The international banks plan to loot the people of the United States and turn them into slaves on a Global Plantation. Covered in this film: who Obama works for, what lies he has told, and his real agenda. If you want to know the facts and cut through all the hype, this is the film for you. Watch the Obama Deception and learn how: - Obama is continuing the process of transforming America into something that resembles Nazi Germany, with forced National Service, domestic civilian spies, warrantless wiretaps, the destruction of the Second Amendment, FEMA camps and Martial Law. - Obama's handlers are openly announcing the creation of a new Bank of the World that will dominate every nation on earth through carbon taxes and military force. - International bankers purposefully engineered the worldwide financial meltdown to bankrupt the nations of the planet and bring in World Government. - Obama plans to loot the middle class, destroy pensions and federalize the states so that the population is completely dependent on the Central Government. - The Elite are using Obama to pacify the public so they can usher in the North American Union by stealth, launch a new Cold War and continue the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan. http://www.infowars.com http://www.prisonplanet.tv

Taking you on a grand journey through the Netherlands, starting with a visit to Haarlem, travelling then down to Leiden, spending three nights in Leiden, doing a few day trips out from there. Then I’ll take you to Delft for three more nights and excursions out from Delft such as to The Hague which is the political capital of the nation. http://tourvideos.com/ And then on to Rotterdam the great modern city of the Netherlands, continuing to Utrecht, a university town with a very large historic center and then down to Maastricht in the southern part of the country. I'll also be going up to the Alkmaar cheese market which is a lot of fun. It happens once a week and it’s a big touristic event. They re-create what it was like in the old days with the cheese market and the guys running around carrying her sleds full of giant Gouda cheeses, but here in the Netherlands they don't say Gouda, it's 'Howda.' I'll take you to that town of Gouda as well and show you where they make the cheese. And then up to Amsterdam for the grand finale. I’m staying two nights or three nights in place, in Amsterdam six nights, so I’ll be providing quite thorough coverage showing you the shopping streets and the museums, the old historic neighborhoods, the old brick buildings and going on some canal boat rides as well – that’s one of the real fun things to do when you’re in the Netherlands. In each of the towns I’ll be walking because these towns are compact and historic and have so many things to see while walking around. And occasionally you can hop on a tram or hop on a bus and that helps you get along. Maybe you want to rent a bicycle. Everybody here is on bicycles. The Netherlands is a land of canals and bicycles and beautifully and preserved old towns such as Delft and Leiden seem like the architecture hasn’t changed in the last 300 years. And it’s really quite a revelation to see how modern everything is at the same time The people of course are highly educated. They have some of the top universities in the world in the Netherlands, and the higher education is all but free for those who are interested. And it’s just a nation of friendly people, smart people, very productive people as well. Fortunately for us, just about all of them speak very good English, so it’s very easy to get by when you are visiting here. I’ll be spending three weeks traveling by train, and the Netherlands has got perhaps the best train system in Europe. Yes maybe even better Switzerland. It’s phenomenal. The trains are clean, fast, frequent. The foods are great. You can have a reasonable lunch for about €12, say the equivalent of no more than $15 – often it’s a good hearty sandwich and a cappuccino or a beer. Of course the Dutch love their beer. And they also drink a lot of wine as well. They don’t produce wine, but being in Europe, in the center of Europe, it is very easy for them to bring in wines from not just France and Italy and Spain but all over the world actually. You see always a good variety on menus, but especially it's the beer. They must have dozens of varieties of beer that are brewed right here in the Netherlands. Now people also call this country Holland and that’s a common mistake actually because Holland is just part of the Netherlands. It's two provinces on the Western side but the country actually the Netherlands. And the people are Dutch, they speak Dutch. It’s a unique language. It’s a separate language but has similarities to German and to Danish. I’m traveling in the in the month of September which is a good time to be here, and I got real lucky with the weather so far, it has been perfect. It’s been let’s say 75°F 20° 22°C, just very comfortable and actually a bit warmer that should be at this time of year and that’s a good thing, sometimes you get lucky. So it’s a real excursion through the Netherlands, not just visiting Amsterdam. Even if you are only going to Amsterdam you should spend 4 to 5 days there so you can do some day trips because the country is pretty small and you can travel all way to the Hague for example by train in about 45 minutes from Amsterdam, so it could be a home base for you. Traveling for three weeks in this wonderful country was a great experience, including all the way down to Maastricht at the southern tip of the Netherlands, and a little side trip over to Aachen in Germany to see the Cathedral dating back to the year 800. You're going to love this upcoming series of movies about the Netherlands. We will focus on Amsterdam, of course. I spent a week in this wonderful city. We will have pictures of the museums, the restaurants, the canals, the streets, the old buildings, Rembrandt's house – and yes it took a lot of walking to get these shots. It was three weeks on foot. The Netherlands presents the visitor with the wonderful variety of sights to see. You're going to love this upcoming series of movies about the Netherlands.
