Long Breath Training, Japanese weight loss method, only ONE minute, easy, simple, intense exercise I’m going to introduce very interesting Japanese weight loss exercise. That is long breath exercise invented by Japanese guy whose name is Miki. Long breath exercise is a very innovative, efficient method to train core muscles by breathing hard and slowly. It’s very intense, but if you continue in a correct way, maybe you get sexy body like him. Here is how. First, cross your legs a bit. Close your anal very very tight. Put 90% of the body weight on the back foot. Lean backward in straight. Do not bend your back too much, otherwise you get back pain. Be straight. Inhale in 3 seconds, then exhale very hard and very slowly in 7 seconds. (demo) At the first 3 or 4 seconds, exhale almost all the air, then continue to exhale to empty the air. Use all the body muscles when you exhale. That’s the key to train inner muscles. This is ab breathing, which means that you breathe in from the ab, your ab becomes smaller. (demo to show ab) When you exhale, the ab becomes bigger. (demo) Repeat this 3 times, then go to the next step. Do the same exercise, but this time breathe in and out both from the ab. Imagine that your ab and back attach each other. Repeat this 3 times, that’s it! Before we get started it’s important to identify the fact that there are three main body types. Depending on what body type you are, it’s going to impact how you gain weight, how you lose weight, and what your body ends up looking like to reach your specific goals. So, everyone is born with an inherited skeletal structure and body composition. A lot of nutritionists, trainers, doctors, and other healthcare professions will actually use this information about your body type or somatotype to help guide you in creating a customized meal plan, training regimen and adapting these things about your specific body type and shape to help you reach your goals. So, lets break down the three body types. There are mesomorphs, endomorphs and ectomorphs. Most people may not perfectly fit into one category, you might be a combination of both. But, for the most part you can place yourself primarily in one category to help give us tools and extra things that are going to guide how to support your fitness goals. For example, we’re going to start with the case of the endomorph. Very classic case of the endomorph is somebody with a Kim Kardashian body type. Endomorphs tend to have a smooth round body, large to medium bone structure, small shoulders and shorter limbs. They tend to cover their weight in the lower abdomen, hips and thighs instead of being evenly distributed throughout the body. Endomorphs have a difficult time losing fat with diet alone so a well rounded fitness program is important. If you’re an endomorph you can’t be one of the people who can just diet your way to success. The training is going to have a very big impact on your physique. If you’re an endomorph. You can’t just avoid the gym all together and just eat salad and sit in the corner. They must stay in motion just about everyday and fight that urge to completely chill out. My one year journey dedicated to my kids and thanking God in heaven for the success of experienced so far. I am a 44 year old mom of three grown kids and a grandma to one gorgeous granddaughter. I stand at 5'3" and started this journey at 196 lbs. Last weigh in was right after Thanksgiving 2014, I was 151 lbs. I haven't been back on the scale lately as I don't own one. However, I've gone from a size 16 jean to a 10. My goal is to fit comfortably into a size 8 pant/jean, however, I wouldn't complain about getting into a 5 which was my usual lifelong jean size (that is up until I started self medicating with food and gaining weight.) I suffer from anxiety and I systematically began self medicating with foods. My favorite fare: greasy fast food. It seemed to have a sedative effect on me. I had to learn how to deal with my anxiety in a healthy way and sometimes when my anxiety spikes, I just have to deal with it and "feel" the anxiety. It is not easy, sometimes it is down right maddening. But I don't ever want to go back to where I was a year ago! Hoping with some followers there will be interest in follow up videos explaining how I did it. No fads, no quick fixes, had to address the real issues and change for life.

2 Mindset Shifts That Encourage Weight Loss

There are many reasons that prevent people from losing weight, but ultimately, they all boil down to the thoughts that become habitual. In other words, we need to make a few shifts in our mindset. Here are the two mindset shifts that encourage weight loss: Lack of patience v long-term persistence & consistency In reality, you never really know close you are from achieving your goals. It doesn't matter if you want six pack abs, want 10 pounds of muscle, or want to 10 pounds of fat, the same principles apply. Many of us throw in the towel right as we are turning the results corner. So, be patient and persistent, and remember that anything worthwhile takes time. If your goal is to lose weight, realize that you didn't gain the excess weight overnight, so you can't possibly lose it all overnight. Stay the course, be consistent, and you will see results. Consensus thinking v advice based on proven results Unfortunately, conventional fitness advice has hindered the dreams of many people. Many people give up on their dream body because they exercise and diet so hard, for weeks or months, without seeing any real results...  I know this feeling first hand. It's almost a feeling of betrayal (I did everything I was told, and ended up with nothing). This was me for a long time. I was bouncing around from program to program, doing what I was told by the experts. And I got only minor results. Conventional wisdom tells you to do a lot of cardio. Right! The treadmill is your best friend.  And...Eat 6 small meals a day, making sure to keep your total calorie consumption as low as possible.  Here's where reality steps in. It's simply NOT sustainable. Sure, if you run for hours and eat like a bird, you'll lose weight...  But who has the time or means to do that forever? The reality show, "biggest loser" is a good example. Take a look at the past contestants. The commonality is that many of them have put on plenty of weight since the show. This is common theme for many people who lose weight. In fact, it's so common that it has been termed the "yo-yo" effect. Weight comes off -- then it goes back on. A simple mindset shift means you can avoid this weight loss pitfall. Avoid following the conventional advice, and look at health and physique of the person who is offering an opinion. It doesn't stop there. Ask yourself, "what do they have to gain by telling me this"? Be cautious and question everything, even the advice you get from me. Bottom line... I want you to get into a habit of this. Do your own research. To sum this up... 1. Practice persistence in your life. You can do this everyday, and your ability to persist will grow stronger. 2. Don't follow conventional fitness advice. Find someone who you can trust in the fitness world. Find someone (or a few people) who provide you with honest information, and walks the talk. Making these simple shifts in thinking will have a big impact on your results. Remember, it all starts with your thoughts. Don't under estimate the power of them.
