Also a study done by Harvard showed that people who suffered from anxiety were twice as likely to suffer heart disease. Besides cardiovascular problems, panic attacks and being stressed out over the future can hurt the digestive system. One of the best ways to deal with anxiety would be to talk to a good friend or family member. The next thing I would highly recommend would be to turn fears and frustrations into how to questions.
