How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Point number one This is not even a point, but a line. It passes behind the earlobe to the middle of the clavicle. This line should not be pressed, not massaged, but very slowly pampered almost imperceptibly with a hand movement from top to bottom, barely touching the tips of his fingers. Repeat this procedure 10 times on one side, and another round on the other side. Point number two This point is on the face part at the earlobe level, at a distance of half a centimetre from the ear in the direction towards the nose. This point should be massaged with the fingertips for about 1 minute on each side of the face, respectively. You may push hard, but without causing any pain. It is important that you feel a bit of pressure on that point.

Watch more How to Be Healthy videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/222157-How-to-Lower-Your-Blood-Pressure If your blood pressure is 140/90 or higher, you need to get it down! The good news is that many of the steps you can take are painless, and some are downright enjoyable. Step 1: Eat less sodium and salt Consume less sodium, which contributes to hypertension. It's not enough to just put away the saltshaker – check food labels as well. Many prepared foods, like canned soup and frozen meals, are loaded with sodium. Step 2: Eat potassium-rich foods Eat more baked potatoes – with the skin – plus other potassium-rich foods like acorn squash, bananas, orange juice, and halibut. Dozens of studies prove that a potassium-rich diet helps combat the blood pressure-raising damage of a high sodium diet. Step 3: Drink red wine Drink one glass of red wine every day, but limit yourself to just one glass. Step 4: Lose weight Lose weight if you need to. Obesity has been linked to hypertension. Track your steps with a pedometer. People who use them walk up to 2,000 steps more, which can help them reduce their weight and their blood pressure. Step 5: Get a pet Get a pet. Not only does having one lower blood pressure, petting them has been shown to increase levels of the feel-good hormones dopamine and serotonin in their owners. Step 6: Eat chocolate Eat some chocolate every day. The trick is to keep the portion small – say, bite-size – and make sure you're munching dark chocolate made mostly from cocoa solids. It should taste a little bitter. Step 7: Become a hugger Become more touchy-feely. Research indicates that people who hug and hold hands are calmer. Step 8: Start praying Start praying. One study found that people who attend weekly religious services have lower blood pressure than those who don't attend at all. Did You Know? By 2025, 1.6 billion people worldwide are expected to have high blood pressure.

7 Natural ways to lower your blood pressure High blood pressure is also called hypertension. Two factors contribute to high blood pressure: the quantity of blood your heart pumps and how narrow your arteries are. High blood pressure raises your risk of heart problems and strokes. Most people have no symptoms, so the best way to detect it is to get screened during a checkup at your doctor’s office at least every year. If you do have high blood pressure, there are some dietary and lifestyle changes that can help you lower your blood pressure 1. Reduce sodium in your diet Foods high in sodium include table-salt, sauces, salad-dressings, bacon, pickles, snacks, fast-foods, canned-foods, etc. Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 millimeter of mercury. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams a day or less. 2. Reduce your stress Chronic stress is an important contributor to high blood pressure. Occasional stress also can contribute to high blood pressure if you react to stress by eating unhealthy food, drinking alcohol or smoking. Take some time to think about what causes you to feel stressed, such as work, family, finances or illness. Once you know what's causing your stress, consider how you can eliminate or reduce stress. If you can't eliminate all of your stressors, you can at least cope with them in a healthier way. 3. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity at least 30 minutes most days of the week can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury. It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again. If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. 4.Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 millimeters of mercury. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. 5. Supplement your diet with nuts, seeds, and legumes. They are relatively high in fat, but they also have magnesium, potassium, fiber, and protein. Because of this, the DASH-Diet (Dietary-Approaches-to-Stop-Hypertension) recommends eating only four or five servings per week. 1 serving is 1/3 of a cup of nuts. 6.Restrict your sugar consumption. Processed sugars add calories to your diet without providing you with the nutrients that will make you feel satisfied. Reduce your consumption of sweets to, at most, five per week. A serving is a tablespoon of sugar or jelly 7. Monitor your blood pressure at home and see your doctor regularly Home monitoring can help you keep tabs on your blood pressure, make certain your lifestyle changes are working, and alert you and your doctor to potential health complications. http://BPgoLow.com/Virgina-Sturms-Natural-Solutions-To-High-BP How to lower blood pressure quickly when you find its shot up - soak your feet in warm water. You will get almost immediate but temporary relief. I was so luck I knew about this solution when I had my own emergency, the day my BP shot way too high. A megadose of a supplement I took (Vit B12) backfired. If you're ever in such a quandary, what do you do - call your doctor, go to the ER? Yes, please do that. For me, I soaked my feet in warm water. I'm not recommending this as a substitute for proper medical treatment. I'm just saying this is what I did myself, and it worked for me. One day, before leaving home, my BP was 171/113. They say high BP (hypertension) is a "silent disease", but it does whisper softly. I felt it. It was an uncomfortable feeling, a strong sense of "something isn't right". For some it may be a slight headachy feeling, or a tightness in the head, or dizziness. If you stop and think, you can feel it if ever your BP shoots way too high. If ever it does, you'll then be searching for answers as to how to lower blood pressure quickly, like I was. Soaking your feet can significantly reduce blood pressure. You don't need to add add anything to the water. Just plain hot tap water will do. Nothing fancy. It's the heating of the feet that does it. Why does it work? I don't know. It's a curious physiological reaction you can use to your own advantage. I made this video because if ever you need to know how to lower your blood pressure quickly, this is one natural, quick and easy solution. My BP was dropped from about 170/100 down to 140/80, rising a bit thereafter, but not as high as it was before the feet soaking treatment. What a RELIEF!!! I hope you find this video on lowering blood pressure quickly helpful to you. Good luck with managing your hypertension. Once you know how to lower your blood pressure quickly, and get your BP down to safer levels, if you need to find other more permanent solutions for natural BP reduction, please go to http://BPgoLow.com/Virgina-Sturms-Natural-Solutions-To-High-BP

Over time, 90 percent of people suffer from high blood pressure! It goes up as we age. A bad diet and bad habits like smoking, drinking, lack of exercise will all contribute to high your problems. Blood pressure is the force that your blood exerts on the walls of the arteries it flows through, just like water flowing through a garden hose pushing against the rubber. When people have high blood pressure—also called hypertension—it’s often because blood vessels are too rigid to expand when the heart pumps. High blood pressure can trigger heart attacks and strokes and also can damage the surrounding organs too. It will send blood to the heart, causing the veins, arteries. This will slowly open them up and rejuvenate the heart. An average healthy blood pressure is 120/80. 120 the higher number—is the pressure on blood vessel walls during a heartbeat. 80 the lower number—is the pressure between beats. The vibration techniques will help to clear any blockages that have accumulated. Once the blockages are cleared, the other organs in your body will also benefit. Try this for 2 weeks and your pressure will start to go back to normal. You can get checked by the doctor to see the results. Go before and after and let me know how you get on. Keep me updated daily with how you feel. I want you to get better.

Most people who have high blood pressure have no idea that they have it. We bring you the bottom line on the silent symptoms of high blood pressure. Hi, I'm Pilar Gerasimo with a Bottom Line Expert report on high blood pressure. I'm here today with Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum. She is the director of Women's Heart Health at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Dr. Suzanne, let's get right into it. What are the symptoms, if any, of high blood pressure? You know about six million Americans are living with high blood pressure, and it's called the silent killer because you can't exactly tell that you have it—sometimes there are no symptoms. On the other hand, some people can develop symptoms like headaches, blurring of vision, shortness of breath, even chest pain. So if you have any of these symptoms, please go see your doctor, because the silent killer is actually just that. It could be a killer. Aside from obvious things like excess weight or obesity, what are the primary risk factors for high blood pressure? When it's not due to family history or a hereditary problem or an issue with the kidneys, you have to look at the lifestyle issues again. Alcohol—excess of alcohol or binge drinking can lead to high blood pressure. Also look at your diet. Too much salt—it is actually a risk factor for hypertension. And if you're not exercising—sedentary lifestyle—or if you have diabetes. All of the things that lead to the stiffening of the arteries are the risk factors. Your diet, your exercise, even stress. Diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol...all of these things can lead to high blood pressure. Is high blood pressure treatable without medication? You mentioned a lot of lifestyle factors. If it's not due to a primary issue, as I mentioned—like the kidney or an adrenal issue—then it's truly about lifestyle. It is truly about the choices you make with diet and exercise and how you live your life. I would say watch your alcohol, don't smoke and really watch what you eat, how you move, and how you choose to live. The bottom line on blood pressure is that unless you're dealing with a specific medical condition like the ones Dr. Steinbaum mentioned, most of the interventions that are going to be the most helpful in lowering your blood pressure are lifestyle related—nutrition, exercise and potentially a medication if called for—so check with your doctor and see what will work best for you. Here Is How To Reduce Hypertension or High Blood Pressure At Home! The hypertension or high blood pressure can be caused by genetics, thyroid disorders, toxic body burden, smoking, unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle, chronic stress, weight and age. People usually have combination of these factors. It is important to remember that it is one of the ‘silent killers’. That is why it is important to do the periodic blood pressure tests. A healthy blood pressure is 120 over 80. The 1st number measures the heart beating pressure and the 2nd measures the pressure of the resting heart. As there are numerous factors that can cause hypertension, there are many problems that can happen if it is left untreated. Hypertension increases the blood flow resistance in the vessels and forces the heart to work harder. High blood pressure contributes to hardening of the arteries. It is also associated with sexual dysfunction, blindness, aneurysms, dementia, kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. To control it, you need to make some changes in your lifestyle, diet and other contributing factors. If the blood pressure is reduces by 5-6 pints, the risk of stroke is cut by 40% and heart disease by 15%. There are numerous effective medications like ACE inhibitors, diuretics and beta blockers, but they can produce some side effects like rapid heartbeat, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, respiratory problems, depression, leg cramps and insomnia. The high blood pressure is profitable market for the drug companies as it is a common and chronic disease. Once a person starts on these drugs, they take them often for the long term. Drugs aren’t the only choice. There are numerous ways that it can be controlled naturally. If you have hypertension and you’re on medication, you shouldn’t stop taking them without medical advice from the health care provider. -For those who try to control the blood pressure, it is recommended to address potential weight issues. It is important to increase the physical activity and consume anti-inflammatory foods like lean proteins, healthy fats and fresh fruits and vegetables. You need to lower the intake of sodium as the salt retains body fluids and increases the blood volume. Reduce the salty snack like salted nuts, crackers and chips and choose mineral-rich and natural salt like Himalayan and Celtic. Smoking and consuming alcohol also affects the cardiovascular health. They can put a lot of stress on the heart and lead to hypertension and arterial hardening. The body evolved many mechanisms to respond to dangers. One of them is a rapid heartbeat to increase the blood flow and it is accompanied by increased blood pressure. But the real problem is the chronic stress and the background anxiety has huge physiological impact. The cortisol and the other stress hormones stay elevated wearing down the defenses and fueling chronic inflammation. The results are increased risk of cardiovascular disease and hypertension and many degenerative diseases. Meditation is a proven way to reduce the chronic stress. Another way to relieve stress is long walks. -The diet is one of the most critical approaches to high blood pressure controlling. The DASH diet is a specific diet that can lower the blood pressure. It means Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. It recommends whole grains, veggies and fruits. Also, part of this diet is the potassium-rich foods like bananas and green leafy veggies like kale and spinach. Reduce the trans fats and sugar because these foods fuel inflammation which can increase the risk of hypertension, damage heart health and harden the arteries. https://youtu.be/EQ9t3iPaj-0

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is unfortunately a common problem throughout the U.S. It is a very serious condition that, if untreated, can lead to heart attacks, kidney failure and strokes. A blood pressure reading is considered high if it goes over 140/90. There are many factors that can contribute to high blood pressure, including: obesity, excessive drinking, stress, birth control pills, kidney disease, adrenal disease and genetic factors. While there are many prescription drugs that help to lower blood pressure, it can also be treated with all-natural remedies. Today’s video will discuss ten home remedies to lower blood pressure. 1. Watermelon Seeds Watermelon seeds contain cucurbocitrin, which is a compound that helps to widen blood capillaries and improve kidney function. In 2010, Florida State conducted a study that showed watermelon can help to lower blood pressure readings. 2. Lemons Lemons remove the rigid nature of the blood vessels and leave them soft and flexible. This, in turn, lowers the blood pressure level. Consuming lemon juice regularly also lowers the change of heart failure because of the high levels of Vitamin C. 3. Bananas Bananas can help to control blood pressure, when consumed on a regular basis. This is because of the high levels of potassium in the bananas that help to lessen the effects of sodium on the body. 4. Garlic Raw and cooked garlic can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the body’s production of nitric oxide and hydrogen sulphide. Consume one or two crushed garlic cloves per day. 5. Coconut Water To those with high blood pressure, it is especially important to keep hydrated. It is recommended that they consume eight to ten glasses each day. Coconut water is helpful in lowering blood pressure. 6. Celery Celery contains chemicals that help to control blood pressure. They relax the muscles in and around the heart and can allow the blood to flow more efficiently. Celery also helps to reduce stress hormones, which lowers blood pressure. Consume one stalk of celery with one glass of water each day. 7. Onion Juice Onions contain antioxidants that lower blood pressure. Simply consume one medium-sized raw onion per day. Alternatively, you can mix ½ teaspoon of onion juice with ½ teaspoon of honey and consume twice per day for one to two weeks. 8. Cayenne Pepper Cayenne pepper prevents platelets from sticking together and therefore, allows blood to flow more efficiently. Simply add cayenne pepper to fruit or vegetable salads, as well as in the dishes that you cook. A little cayenne pepper goes a long way, so just a pinch will do. 9. Fenugreek Seeds Fenugreek seeds contain potassium and fiber that helps to control blood pressure. To use, boil one or two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in water for about two minutes and then strain. Place the seeds into a blender and mix into a paste. Consume the paste twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and once in the evening. Use this remedy for two to three months for best results. 10. Honey Honey calms the blood vessels in the body and lowers blood pressure. Simply consume two teaspoons of honey on an empty stomach each morning. Also, you can mix one teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of ginger juice and two teaspoons of cumin seed powder. Consume this twice each day for best results. Most importantly, if you suffer from high blood pressure, it is highly recommended that you consult with your doctor and follow their directives. High blood pressure should be taken seriously, as if left on treated, it can have dire consequences. Do you or someone you know have high blood pressure? The New Guidelines and 3 Tips to Lower it / Healthy Hacks DOWNLOAD YOUR FREE EBOOK "10 HACKS TO EAT HEALTHIER": http://vincelia.com/healthyeatinghacks/ HEALTHY HACKS SERIES: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4CxahzZaOc&list=PLbt1G8SFcfzq6Y_ny9RF68nVV_k49EnKM There will be a lot more people diagnosed with high blood pressure based on the 2017 blood pressure guidelines released. However, there are steps you can take towards reducing blood pressure. In this video, I'll discuss high blood pressure, the new 2017 blood pressure guidelines and how to lower blood pressure. New blood pressure guidelines have been released that lowered the diagnosis of high blood pressure from 140/90 to 130/80. This is the first revision of the high blood pressure guidelines since 2003 and will have a major impact to the number of people being diagnosed with high blood pressure. Your chances for heart attack or stroke double at 130/80, compared to the optimal blood pressure of 120/80. These new high blood pressure guidelines will result in almost half of the U.S. adult population having high blood pressure, with the greatest impact expected among younger people. High blood pressure is expected to triple among men under age 45, and double among women under 45. There are two numbers that make up your blood pressure. The top number is your systolic blood pressure and indicates how much pressure your blood is exerting against your artery walls when the heart beats. The bottom number is your diastolic blood pressure and indicates how much pressure your blood is exerting against your artery walls while the heart is resting between beats. There are 5 blood pressure categories in the new guidelines. Normal: Less than 120/80 mm Hg Elevated: Systolic between 120-129 and diastolic less than 80 Stage 1: Systolic between 130-139 or diastolic between 80-89 Stage 2: Systolic at least 140 or diastolic at least 90 mm Hg Hypertensive crisis: Systolic over 180 and/or diastolic over 120 So here are some changes you can do to start making today to start lowering high blood pressure. 3 tips on how to lower blood pressure: #1 - Food This is obviously a big passion of mine, as I work with people to help them eat healthier and eating a healthy diet is important to lower your blood pressure. There is a high blood pressure diet and foods you can eat to help lower your high blood pressure. Make sure you’re eating a lot of fruits, vegetables and grains while cutting out the foods that are high in saturated fat and cholesterol and processed foods that are often high in salt and sugar. Find a system that works well for you and it’s sustainable long term so that you can see the results you’re looking for and start reducing high blood pressure. #2 Physical Activity The point is to get out there and start moving. We often get wrapped up in thinking we need to go to the gym, we overlook one of the best forms of physical activity...walking. It is recommended we get anywhere from 90 - 150 minutes of intense physical activity per week. If you go for a 30 minute brisk walk 5 days per week, you’ve reached that goal. If you don’t like walking, you can go hiking, ride a bike, swimming, whatever activity that you like to do. Not only with the time go by faster, but you now have an accountability partner to keep you in check! #3 Stress Management Stress is one of those things that is easily overlooked, but plays an important role in reducing your blood pressure. Making sure you’re getting enough sleep at night can help, as well as putting some time aside each day to meditate or decompress can go along. You can also listen some music or do something you enjoy...like gardening or even taking a shower or bath. If you’re the type of person who wants to spend time with other people to reduce stress, meetup with a friend. All these things will help you achieve reduce the amount of stress in your life and lower your blood pressure. Some other tips on lowering blood pressure: quit smoking, stop drinking and reduce the amount of caffeine you have. I realize that it may be difficult to implement all these things at one time. Making the commitment to lower your blood pressure and live a healthier life is not a quick fix. It requires you to make some lifestyle changes. Hypertension relates to rush of blood pressure in the arteries. Constant high blood pressure can lead to life-threatening complications like: • Heart attack • Stroke • Kidney failure • Eye damage • Arteriosclerosis, etc. Normally, systolic and diastolic blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm/Hg. However, when it shoots up to 149 mm/Hg and 90 mm/Hg or more, then it is referred to as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract. Diastolic reading refers to the pressure exerted on the artery walls between heartbeats as the heart relaxes. The most common symptoms of this condition are: • Severe headache • Shortness of breath • Nausea • Dizziness • Nosebleed • Palpitation However, many people do not experience the symptoms even when the blood pressure readings are alarmingly high. Hypertension cannot be attributed to one single factor. It can be caused by a combination of factors such as: • Smoking • Alcoholism • High-salt diet • Lack of exercise • Stress • Obesity • Genetics • Increasing age • Chronic kidney disease • Pregnancy • Adrenal diseases • Certain medications, antidepressants, decongestants, oral contraceptives, etc. But don't lose heart. To keep the 'silent killer' at bay, some simple home remedies can be of use to you: Home Remedy 1 • Take a cup of warm water. • Squeeze half a lemon in it. To reduce sourness, you can add honey. • Mix it well. • Drink this on empty stomach, regularly. Home Remedy 2 • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). • Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening. • If you do not have poppy seeds, just add ground watermelon seeds in warm water and steep for half an hour. Strain the solution and drink it. Home Remedy 3 • Have 1-2 crushed garlic cloves daily. • If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Tips • Include watermelons and bananas in your diet. • Coconut water is also good for high blood pressure and nausea. • Have oats. • Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. • Reduce salt intake. To avoid salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices, even lemon.
