Big Toe Shorter than Second Toe (Morton's Foot)? You Might Have Vitamin B6 Deficiency!

07:28
This video is about Morton's Foot and it's link to being unable to convert B6 to its active form called P-5-P. I have it myself (my entire family does, too), and I didn't realise until very recently that most people have different feet and that Morton's Foot is an actual foot deformity that can lead to balance and posture issues. The link to a functional B6 deficiency is even more fascinating. Considering that the birth control pill depletes B6 levels (I was on it for 10 years) and that I have Morton's toe, could some extra P-5-P optimise my health even more? Do you have Morton's Foot? What Causes Painful, Numb or Tingling Feet?

02:35
More Data on Nutritional Yeast Tablets: https://shop.drberg.com/nutritional-y... Dr. Berg talks about painful feet and potential reasons for this. It could be too much uric acid in the body from your kidneys not functioning, too much protein in the diet or even when you start a ketogenic diet, your uric acid levels can temporarily increase in which case you can take lemon juice, citrates or even potassium citrates. However, many times if the feet pain is burning, tingling or numbness, this could related to high sugars. High sugar destroys the nerves, it also depletes the B-vitamins, interfering the nerve conduction in the body. Nutritional yeast is a good source of B-vitamins. Peripheral neuropathy can be helped with the fat soluble B1-vitamin called benfotiamine. DO YOU HAVE HALF MOON SHAPE ON YOUR NAILS? THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS

01:50
Look at your fingernails, did you notice a white half-moon shape that starts at your nail beds? In fact, it is a very important part of the nail. That little area is called the “lunula,” Latin for “little moon.” and it’s more than just a built-in design element. It actually says a lot about your health. In traditional Chinese medicine, lunula is viewed as a barometer of one’s health. The condition of the lunula really is an indication of your health. When your health declines, it is manifested in changes to the lunula, or the disappearance of it altogether. And when your health is restored, your lunula returns to its original condition. According to medical experts, having 8 to 10 milky white lunulas on both hands means that everything is alright with your health. Whiter the Lunula, the stronger the health. • The less Lunulae a person has, the lower the energy, overall health and immunity. If you have Lunulae on the thumbs only, you lack physical energy and you may get sick easily. Missing Lunulae • One study has shown that missing fingernail moons are associated with various systemic disorders including issues with your thyroid or pituitary gland, iron deficiency, chronic renal failure, depression and possible B-12 deficiency. Have your iodine and Vitamin B-12 levels checked. Have your thyroid function and blood pressure checked. To sum up, the lunula is considered a sign of how healthy you are. Therefore, any change should be taken seriously and get checked.

The Greek Foot, Morton's toe and secret of athleticism part 1

03:39
http://www.secret-of-athleticism.com New Discovery that will change sports. The reason they call it Greek foot, because the Greek adores this type of foot, they carved into the statues, even the statue of liberty has Greek foot. (Any Greek Natives here?) You must have heard of the story of 300 Spartans, the Spartans carefully chosen their offspring for battle once the baby was born, the Elder inspected the baby and if there was any defects or "unfavorable" foot types, they threw the babies down to the abyss. This selective process made the Greek foot even more dominant among the Greeks. As to the reason why they selected the baby with a second toe longer than the big toe is because they must knew what I come to realize now after 10 years of research. It's ability to involuntarily engage the glutes. There was a doctor back in the 30s in the USA called this condition "Morton's toe". because he noticed tremendous gait differences between the people have this type of toe and people who do not. Often the individual suffered pain in the foot. So he published his book and findings on this and called the Morton's toe, he regarded this type of foot as "unfavorable" and corrected the condition with a patented medical procedure called a Morton's extension. bear in mind he is a famous doctor and his work was peer reviewed by the medical community. If it passed by peer review, it must be CORRECT right? Well, not exactly, Lebron James walks with his feet rotated outward. my research reveals something that was overlooked, a mechanism that was hidden from our view by the shoe. How to manage burning sensation of feet due to Diabetes? - Dr. Mahesh DM

02:27
High sugars definitely contributes to burning sensation in the feet, it is also associated with many other symptoms as damaging the eyes, the kidneys and many other parts of the body. But burning feet is one of the symptoms of diabetes and it causes lot of distress in patients. How can we treat this burning feet? The burning feet can be because of vitamin deficiency and alcohol intake, so we need to first rule out the causes especially Vitamins B12 deficiency and alcohol consumption. If these two are taken care of, then the chances of burning worsening is very worse. This is to control the diabetes. So we need to ensure to control the sugars especially take medicines and check the sugars appropriately. If required, take insulin so that the sugars are appropriately controlled and they are in the normal levels. We can also use medicines. Your doctor will prescribe you medicines. We use medicines like pregabalin, gabapentin, amitryptyline and duloxetine. These are the 4 commonly used drugs rarely we use other medicines when the pain is very severe for a short period of time. Second is we have to ensure that the blood circulation is good in the feet. Regular walking, everyday for half an hour and regular exercises will ensure that the blood circulation is good. Once the blood circulation is good, the pain reduces and the burning sensation comes down. So control the sugars, correct the vitamin deficiencies, avoid alcohol and ensure that your sugars are under control you take medicines that are appropriate for the burning sensation in the feet and with these 4 methods, the burning sensation in the feet can be tackled, rarely we use something called as electrical nerve stimulation which is done in patients where the medicines do not work.

What causes foot pain in diabetic individual? - Dr. Mahesh DM

03:18
Diabetes is a systemic disease that can lead to complications related to the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, that is the joints and muscles, it also causes problems with respect to the muscles and the circulation or the blood flow will be impaired to the legs or the heart or the brain which can result in heart attack or stroke or it can cause reduced circulations to the kidneys and the eyes, where you can have kidney failure and visual loss. So when it comes to the complications related to the foot, then we can have three problems, one is related to the blood vessels, which is known as peripheral vascular disease. Patients with diabetes especially of they have a history of smoking or likely to have a claudication pain which occurs after walking fir a certain disturbance and then after taking rest, it will reduce. This is called as claudication pain which is related to the poor blood supply to the leg. The second cause of pain will be damage to the nerves which can occur in 3 different forms. One is symmetrical, that is equally in both the legs, that is affecting the nerve which is known as painful diabetic neuropathy or single nerve involvement or mono neuromultiplexa, where the small nerves are involved, painful neuropathy will be there. Then there is it can involve the joints and the muscles and also can cause pain while walking. It can also be due to damage of the nervous system in the spinal cord and that can also cause pain while walking and that is called as neurogenic claudication. So you can have different causes of pain due to diabetes itself which is affecting the nerve or the blood vessel or the musculoskeletal system. Rarely we can also have pain due to a vitamin deficiency or sometimes those who consume alcohol can develop alcoholic neuropathy and those who consume tablets related to diabetes can result in Vitamin B12 deficiency, which can not only cause pain, paresthesia, tingling sensation of the feet. It can also sometimes cause weakness of the muscles, so we need to do the proper evaluation, consult a good specialist and who is well versed in treating diabetes and neuropathy and rarely a neurologist mat be required if there is any other cause, then you think that there is a sudden onset of weakness, along with pain, then it can be due to some other cause why we can kook at when a person with diabetes comes with pain.

Got Tingling in Your Feet? A NJ Podiatrist Explains Causes

02:58
http://www.stopfootpainfast.com Do your feet tingle? Are they numb? If you answered yes to these questions, you could be suffering from diabetic neuropathy or peripheral neuropathy. Find out from a New Jersey podiatrist more about this foot condition here in this video. Diabetic neuropathy is a disease of the nerves that diabetics suffer from. When there is too much sugar going to the nerve, the nerve can malfunction — causing a tingling and numbness feeling — or the nerve can even die. With peripheral neuropathy, it is considered neuropathy from the outside and can be caused from drinking too much, back pain, or other various causes. There is treatment available for these foot conditions, and a New Jersey foot doctor can examine you to determine what type of treatment you may need. You may need proper fitting shoes, or you may be deficient in thiamin, also called vitamin B. At Family Foot & Ankle Specialists, we have vitamin supplements that will increase thiamin in the nerves — relieving foot pain for many sufferers. For more information, please request our free book on diabetic foot care from our website or call us today at 908-874-8030 or 732-968-3833, or contact our offices online at http://www.stopfootpainfast.com/contact.cfm .

The burning sensations can vary from mild to severe and can be acute or chronic in nature. Cold water Cold water is one of the best home remedies for burning feet. Cold water provides quick relief from tingling, numbness and swelling of the feet. Fill a foot tub with cold water. Soak your feet in it for a few minutes. Let your feet rest and then soak up again. Repeat several times a day. Apple cider vinegar As apple cider vinegar helps balance the pH level of your body, it can also be used to treat foot burns. Mix one or two tablespoons of raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water. Drink it once a day for better results. You can also fill a tub with hot water and add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Also, mix a little sea salt or Epsom salt. Soak your feet in it for about 20 minutes twice a day. Turmeric Turmeric contains a good amount of the compound known as curcumin, which helps improve blood flow and circulation throughout the body. In addition, turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce feelings of burning and pain in the feet. Mix one or two teaspoons of turmeric in a glass of warm water and drink it. Do this twice a day to get better results. You can also prepare a paste of two tablespoons of turmeric and enough water and apply it to the affected area once or twice a day for a few days. But, keep in mind that this remedy can stain your feet. Ginger Ginger is another effective remedy for burning sensations in the feet. Several active components in ginger help increase the circulation of blood in the body, which in turn provides quick relief from burning sensations. Mix a teaspoon of ginger juice with a little warm coconut oil or olive oil. Massage your feet and legs with this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes once a day. Alternatively, you can drink two to three cups of ginger tea daily. You can even try a hot ginger tea to soak to decrease swelling and pain. Massage Gently massaging your feet with a little oil is another great way to relieve the discomfort associated with burning feet. The massage has a calming effect and helps increase blood circulation in the feet. Heat some olive oil, coconut or mustard. Apply the oil to the affected area. Massage with upward movements with firm fingers for at least 10 minutes. Do this daily before bedtime and early in the morning to ensure proper circulation. Exercise It is important to stay physically active to help improve the circulation of blood in your body and prevent problems in the nervous system. Try walking barefoot through soft grass or sand for a few minutes when you have a burning sensation. This will relieve the symptoms quickly. Exercises such as jogging and running should be done regularly. These are excellent for increasing circulation throughout the body.

How to get weed out of your system fast? - Ms. Sushma Jaiswal

05:10
Our body naturally detoxifies, but system could be little slow. The most common way of detoxifying body is by taking more fluids, body detoxifies itself by throwing waste out of the body in the form of urine and sweating. Since THC is fat soluble, so we have to avoid eating fast food, junk food and oily food in order to get it into the tissues and cells of the body. Foods rich in antioxidants would help. Antioxidants are like Omega, Vitamin A, C and E, and those supplementation could also help otherwise taking more colourful fruits and vegetables like fruitbowl containing 5 fruits atleast, and eating more vegetable salads. They help in detoxifying especially taking green fruits and vegetables juices will help in detoxifying like spinach and beetroot juice or avocado and green apple and anything which is green in nature will help you to detoxify faster. Another naturally detoxifying nutrient could be fiber, to throw out the THC from the system through stools. Fiber rich foods could be legumes, greens, sprouts etc, so eat them more and another fleshy nutrient is Niacin, group of B Vitamins, and you have to eat Niacin rich foods like tuna, or potato, avocado etc. Foods rich in electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, Vitamin C, also could be helpful such as citrus fruits or lemon juice, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables, juice and some other fruits also, would be helpful because they are rich in electolytes. Aloe Vera juice, or vinegar ,vinegar if sometimes added in the diet, that also could be beneficial and cranberry juice, they also are found to be beneficial. Detox could be fastened if you have enough fluids in your system. Water is the best beverage that naturally transports and eliminates all the waste from the body, through urination and sweating. Some of the drinks other than water could be, like coconut water or any fruit juices, without adding extra sugar, could be beneficial and make sure you are drinking 8 glasses of water which is recommended or maybe some extra water to cleanse your system as soon as possible. Then exercise, and sweating also plays a good role in detoxifying the body. Exercise sweating detoxifies the body in the natural way, so you have to get more sweating like you could be indulged in those exercises which make you sweat a lot like i mean brisk walking, jogging, running etc. If u cannot exercise, run or jog , then taking sunbath, would be another alternative. Sauna which is an indoors like if you don’t have sun then you can relax in sauna and you can sweat a lot, so that is also a natural way of detoxifying the body. Rest also has very good effects on detoxifying the body naturally and make sure that you are getting enough rest for 8hours sleep atleast, sound sleep, so for sound sleep, you can have either milk in the evening, just before going to bed, you know 15 minutes before going to bed, because milk has tryptophan , the natural amino acid which induces sleep, or if you are not drinking milk, or I mean, then you can take also chamomile tea, just 10 minutes before going to, bed, so that will induce sleep. So you can follow all these tips, however, prevention is better than cure, so if you stay away from marijuana would be the best thing to practice.

9 Amazing Benefits Of Lotus Root - Lotus Root Nutrition Facts

06:26
9 Amazing Benefits of Lotus Root Lotus root has a wide range of health benefits owing to its rich nutritional composition, and some of the benefits include its ability to improve digestion, reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, prevent various forms of cancer, balance mood and relieve depression, increase the blood circulation, and maintain proper enzymatic activity in the body. Lotus root, as the name implies, is the root of the lotus flower, which is an aquatic plant of the Nelumbonaceae family. The lotus flower has been a powerful element of numerous Asian countries for thousands of years and represents purity, sexual innocence, and divine beauty. It is an important element in numerous cultural practices and religions. However, it is also a stunningly beautiful flower that embeds its roots in the bottom of the lake, stream, river, etc. while the pad and the emerging flower float on top of the water. They are aquatic perennials, and the seeds can germinate long after falling dormant. A seed more than 1,300 years old was once brought “back from the dead” and flowered in a laboratory. The lotus root (or rhizome) is a long, woody object that attaches to the bottom of the pad and can stretch up to 4 feet. Then, they can be washed, sliced, and prepared. It is frequently used as a vegetable in Asian cuisines within soups, or it can be deep-fried, stir-fried, braised, and other interesting ways of cooking this healthy food. It is also used in the natural or a powdered form in traditional herbal medicine. They are commonly pickled as snacks and are included in dishes with prawns, or as salad toppings because of the tangy and slightly sweet taste, particularly after being pickled. They have the texture of a potato and taste slightly like coconuts before any extra flavoring is added. Nutritional Value of Lotus Root Before we delve into the health benefits that lotus roots can bestow on us, let’s explore the nutritional components that make it such a healthy delicacy! The health benefits of lotus root can be attributed to its unique mix of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, including potassium, phosphorous, copper, iron, and manganese, as well as thiamin, pantothenic acid, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin C. It is also a very significant source of dietary fiber and a decent source of protein. Health Benefits of Lotus Root Lotus root is rich in nutrients that benefit our body in many ways. Let’s have a look at them in detail. Blood Circulation: Lotus root can be a wonderful way to stimulate the circulation of blood to increase oxygenation of the organs and increase the functionality and energy levels. The iron and copper content in lotus roots is significant, and they are both integral parts of red blood cell production, reducing chances of developing anemic symptoms and increasing vitality and blood flow. Mental Clarity and Mood: One of the elements of vitamin B complex is pyridoxine. It directly interacts with neural receptors in the brain that influence mood and mental states. It controls irritability, headaches, and stress levels. Lotus flowers are often connected with peace and tranquility, but it is the lotus root which delivers the peace people are looking for! Blood Pressure: The significant levels of potassium found in lotus root ensures a proper balance between the fluids in the body and also counteracts the effects of sodium in our bloodstream. Potassium is a vasodilator, meaning that it relaxes blood vessels and by lessening the contraction and rigidity, it increases blood flow and reduces the strain on the cardiovascular system. Potassium is also an essential component of neural activity and the passage of fluid and blood in the brain. Digestion: The woody, fleshy lotus root is packed with dietary fiber, which is known to bulk up the stool and expedite bowel movements. Lotus root can reduce symptoms of constipation while optimizing nutrient absorption through the secretion of digestive and gastric juices and stimulating peristaltic motion in the smooth intestinal muscles to facilitate easy and regular bowel movements. Vitamin C Content: When we talk about the nutrient content of lotus root, vitamin C is certainly the most prominent. 100 grams of lotus root contains 73% of your daily requirement of this powerful antioxidant vitamin. Vitamin C is an important component of collagen, which maintains the integrity and strength of our blood vessels, organs, and skin, and is also a major stimulant for the immune system. Furthermore, vitamin C can neutralize free radicals in the body, which are dangerous byproducts of cellular metabolism connected to causing conditions like cancer and heart disease. Heart Health: Along with the vasodilating potential of potassium and the cholesterol-scrubbing ability of dietary fiber, the pyridoxine content in lotus root controls the levels of homocysteine in the blood, which is directly connected to causing heart attacks.
