Levothyroxine Side Effects - Complete List + Dosing Guide for Patients

21:10
In this video, I go over the complete list of Levothyroxine side effects ranging from weight gain to hair loss and everything in between. Yes, Levothyroxine can cause hair loss and it can also cause weight GAIN. How can that be if levothyroxine is supposed to boost your metabolism? In this video I explain how the metabolism of thyroid hormone in your body from T4 to reverse T3 may help explain why many people actually gain weight on this particular medication. I also go over the recommendations I give to patients if this happens to them. I also go over how to determine which thyroid medication is right for YOUR Body and how to dose your levothyroxine. When patients have reactions to levothyroxine it's from 1 of 3 reasons typically: 1) they are reacting to a filler ingredient or a dye within the medication itself. 2) they are converting or metabolizing the thyroid hormone into by products that don't promote proper activity 3) they are getting too much thyroid hormone for THEIR body (this one is less common) The side effects when patients react to fillers or dyes include reactions like facial swelling, edema, hives, itching sensation, etc. The side effects from improper metabolism include reactions like weight gain, hair loss, slower than normal metabolism, cold hands/extremities, etc. The side effects from TOO much medication include hot flashes, tachycardia or rapid heart rate, palpitations, hair loss, intolerance to heat. The treatment for each of these reactions is quite different and I explain what to do depending on how you are reacting. Leave your questions below! How To Take Levothyroxine Properly | Best Way To Take Thyroid Medication | When To Take Synthroid

03:25
How To Take Synthroid Properly | Best Way To Take Levothyroxine Correctly | When To Take Thyroid Medication After Eating Hey guys! This weeks video is all about how to take your thyroid medication properly to get the most out of it. Levothyroxine is a medicine used to treat an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) which affects 1 in 70 women and 1 in 1,000 men in the UK. The thyroid gland makes thyroid hormone which helps to control energy levels and growth. Levothyroxine is taken to replace the missing thyroid hormone. KEY FACTS: • Levothyroxine starts working straight away, but it may be several weeks before your symptoms start to improve. • The most common side effects of levothyroxine are caused by taking a bigger dose than you need. Your doctor can lower your dose to help reduce any side effects. • Before you start taking levothyroxine, your healthcare professional will do a blood test to see what dose you need. Once you start taking the medicine you'll have regular blood tests to see how well it’s working. HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE: • Unless told otherwise by your prescriber or healthcare professional take levothyroxine once a day in the morning, ideally at least 30-60 minutes before having breakfast or a drink containing caffeine like tea or coffee. • Both breakfast and caffeinated drinks can stop your body taking in levothyroxine properly so it doesn't work as well. • If you can't take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach take levothyroxine at least 2 hours after eating food. • If you buy any medicines, check with a pharmacist that they are safe to take with levothyroxine. Levothyroxine should not be taken at the same time as indigestion remedies or preparations containing calcium or iron (which are contained in some vitamin products). These types of medicines reduce the amount of levothyroxine absorbed by your body. Leave at least 2-4 hours between taking your dose of levothyroxine and any such preparation. • Soya interferes with thyroxine absorption, therefore if you are taking thyroxine you should try to avoid soya. If you wish to take soya, there should be as long a time interval as possible between eating the soya and taking the thyroxine. • Avoid products such as kelp, as they may interfere with thyroid function & wellbeing. Kelp is derived from seaweed and is naturally high in iodine. Because of this it is sometimes marketed as a "thyroid booster" and can be purchased in dry preparations and tablets. As with iodine itself, it is of no health benefit to those with thyroid disease. • Levothyroxine medication interactions link - https://bnf.nice.org.uk/interaction/levothyroxine.html (THIS LINK ONLY WORKS IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK. -Here's an alternative, pop in all your medicines and check for specific interactions- https://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html BLOOD TESTS: Your healthcare professional will do regular blood tests to check the levels of thyroid hormones in your body before and after starting levothyroxine. These will allow your doctor to adjust your dose to suit you. At the start of treatment you can expect to have blood tests often. Once your hormone levels are stable, you’ll usually have a blood test after 4 to 6 months, and after that once a year. You may need blood tests more often if you: • Are pregnant • Start or stop a medicine that can interfere with levothyroxine • Have any symptoms that could mean your dose is not quite right MISSED DOSES: If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for your next dose. In which case just skip the forgotten dose. Do not take 2 doses together to make up for a missed dose. If you forget doses often, it may help to set an alarm to remind you. You could also ask your pharmacist for advice on other ways to help you remember to take your medicine. Want to see more videos about everything health and pharmacy? It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg interviews Vicki Bales Humble with her success on the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. Before she started keto, her cholesterol was fairly high. She never had a weight problem growing up, and then gained weight having children but always lost it quickly. When she was in her mid twenties, she started losing weight at an extreme rate and her mother was worried, so she took her to the doctor where she found her thyroid was shutting down. Once her thyroid stopped working she gained weight and the doctors put her on Synthroid, and made her feel like a zombie, all she wanted to do was sleep, sleep, and sleep some more. Medications tend to not work but after the doctors played around with the dose, she finally said forget it "I would rather be fat and happy then skinny and a zombie." Fast forward to her late 40's and here she is still over weight. She started Keto May 27, 2017, and she lost 78 pounds. She was a size 18/20 and now a size 6/8, LDL 94 HDL 96 Triglycerides 53 and guess what? Her thyroid is NOW WORKING!! She lost 27 pounds. Hypothyroidism case study 40 pound weight loss over 6 months with before/after pictures

28:06
Video #2 in a weight loss with hypothyroidism video series. This video represents an actual hypothyroid patient from my practice who lost 40 pounds over 6 months with before/after pictures. You will immediately notice her changes in the picture above and I walk you through in detail how YOU can get these types of changes as well. Hypothyroid patients almost always have difficulty with weight loss due to a variety of reasons. Most patients wrongly believe that their weight loss problem is due primarily to a lack of thyroid hormone and that's where they are wrong. Low thyroid hormone by itself causes a slow metabolism but it also causes and encourages other hormone imbalances. Specifically, it leads to insulin resistance, leptin resistance, and even estrogen/progesterone imbalances. It is these changes that make future weight loss impossible. So that means focusing on thyroid hormone alone generally won't result in significant weight loss. Even adding on NDT or T3 to your regimen will likely result in 5-10 pounds of weight loss at MOST. Compare that to focusing on the other hormone imbalances and you can see the advantage in this case study above. I show you exactly how to test for the following hormone imbalances: 1. Adrenal related issues (checking cortisol levels) 2. Thyroid resistance (by checking free T3 and reverse T3) 3. Low testosterone (by checking free and total testosterone) 4. Estrogen dominance (by checking estradiol + progesterone) 5. Checking for leptin resistance (by checking fasting serum leptin levels) 6. Checking for insulin resistance (by checking fasting insulin and Hgb A1c) I also go over the treatment for each of these conditions and show you how the patient above was able to get these results. This particular patient has Hashimoto's thyroiditis, but this will also work for patients who have hypothyroidism. In addition, I go over how to correctly pick the right diet to allow for weight loss in this patient population. Let Me Show You The Weight Destroyer Program discount STEP 1 Click this link http://bit.ly/1CIBs0I STEP 2 close the window opened, a massage will appear ask not to leave STEP 3 press don't leave or open page STEP 4 repeat step 2 but this time its your discount press stay in page I purchased the weight destroyer program before few weeks and in summary I can tell you that I am not disappointed. This nutrition program is much more detailed and easy to follow compared to other similar programs on the internet which I've tried using before and the support service from Michal Wren and his team is very good so far. I personally really like that Michal Wren not only give you a comprehensive list of foods and recommended serving sizes that will lead to fast weight loss results but also explains everything behind the recommendations so you can fit the weight destroyer program for your personal needs easily and to know what you should eat and what you should not based on the specific state of your body. In addition, the fact that this program designed not only for weight loss but also for other health benefits is also big advantage, at least for me. With that said, don't believe to the reviews online which promise to you very fast results without almost any work at all. It is simply not true and without dedication you won't get any results at all. In addition, this program is all about nutrition and it is not a workout program so if you are looking for a program that combines both then this weight destroyer program is probably not for you. Anyhow, I must admit that with the complete refund guarantee from Michal Wren I do not think that there's something to lose... These are my thoughts about the weight destroyer program so far and I hope that they help you. By the way, if you want to receive something like 35% discount on the original retail price and to get the complete system for a limited time price, then down below is one link which I've found on popular fitness forum and used to get the weight destroyer program for the best price online... If I Have No Thyroid, Do I Have to Take Thyroid Hormones (Synthroid)?

Get Dr. Berg's Keto and IF Summary pdf: https://m.me/drericberg?ref=w1162195 Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY Dr. Berg talks about if you need thyroid hormones if you have no thyroid gland. The answer is yes, but try to find a natural thyroid hormone because it makes multiple hormones. The T4 and T3 hormones are only made by the thyroid but coverted by the liver so it's not just a matter of taking thyroid hormones, its a matter of them being effective, so if your liver or gallbladder are a problem, then you may have thyroid hormones, but they are not becoming activated. My Story of Struggles with Hormonal Imbalances

07:40
My name is Magdalena Wszelaki. I'm the founder of Hormones Balance http://HormonesBalance.com - a nutrition practice dedicated to help women rebalance hormones naturally. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I received my education from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Before becoming a health coach, I had a long, fast-paced career as a strategic planner for the advertising powerhouse called WPP in both Asia and the US. I am also a regular Vipassana (insightful) meditation practitioner and a Level II reiki healer (a form of energy healing). My own journey with health issues and the failure of the medical world to adequately address them started with Graves' Disease (an autoimmune condition that causes hyperthyroidism) in 2001, later Hashimoto's Disease in 2008 (an autoimmune conditions that causes hypothyroidism) and adrenal fatigue stage 2. In 2012 I was diagnosed with estrogen dominance and high heavy metal toxicity. Every part of my journey made me wiser, kinder and more patient. Today I'm in remission from Graves' and Hashimoto's, my adrenals feel rested and I have managed to reverse estrogen dominance (see my lab work scans and details on http://HormonesBalance.com/About). I feel better today as a 40-year-old woman than I did in my twenties. As part of this exciting, often frustrating and self-discovering journey, I founded Thyroid Diet Coach (http://ThyroidDietCoach.com), a highly successful nutrition coaching practice helping women with thyroid conditions to heal and thrive. Hormones Balance is the expansion of my practice. Every part of my healing journey had elements of significant dietary and lifestyle changes. I now believe in good, clean food and no restricted dieting. The key focus of my work lies in the restoration of the digestive system, balance of a person's sugar levels, liver detoxification and emotional wellbeing, like self-love. I don't believe in supplements and miracle powders. I put my trust in the healing powers of real food, sleep and emotional healing. If you go to this website (http://HormoneBalance.com), you will learn how to use food and sound lifestyle changes to help you reclaim your hormonal balance. My practice is driven by my passion to give you hope, knowledge, and direction to self-heal so you get your energy, weight, hair, joy and optimism where you always wanted them to be.

Does Levothyroxine Cause Weight Gain? What to do if it is slowing down your metabolism

22:11
Does Levothyroxine cause weight gain? That is the question I am going to answer in this video today. Here is a common problem: patients with hypothyroidism present to their doctor, get put on T4 medication like Levothyroxine or Synthroid and they CONTINUE to gain weight - despite no change in their diet or exercise routine. How can this be? In this video, I answer what I think is going on in many patients and it has to do with T4 to reverse T3 conversion when certain patients are given medications that contain T4 only. In the setting of inflammation, trauma, infections, liver/kidney issues, low-calorie diets, and nutrient deficiencies the body can take T4 and convert it into the thyroid blocking metabolite reverse T3. High levels of reverse T3 then compete for binding at the T3 cellular receptor site and put the brakes on thyroid and metabolic function. So how do you treat this condition? Most patients will need medication containing T3 like natural desiccated thyroid or liothyronine/Cytomel to "flush" the system. I also give several tips that I use in my office to help boost thyroid function if your doctor isn't willing to give you medication with T3 in it: 1. Optimize T4 to T3 conversion - I recommend the combination of zinc plus selenium. 2. Fix your adrenals - Consider using adrenal adaptogens or adrenal glandulars both of which can enhance cortisol and improve your stress response. 3. Add high-intensity exercise - To help lower insulin and leptin levels. 4. Reduce inflammation and find hidden sources of inflammation - the easiest first place to look is at your diet. 5. Lower leptin and insulin levels - It will be impossible to lose weight with leptin resistance and/or insulin resistance and both conditions reduce T4 to T3 conversion. Intermittent Fasting & Your Thyroid

Organic Icelandic Sea Kelp: https://shop.drberg.com/organic-sea-k... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about Intermittent Fasting and your thyroid. Many people are concerned about intermittent fasting because they think they will lower their calories and damage or slow the already slow thyroid. As long as you keep the calories the same or keep your nutrients the same and eat less frequent meals - you will not slow the thyroid. In fact, intermittent fasting can help convert T4 to T3 improving the thyroid. I do recommend doing a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. Selenium (Nutritional or Brewers Yeast), and iodine is best for the thyroid, and I recommend taking sea help. Make sure your sea kelp is organic is clean. You may want to avoid doing too many cruciferous vegetables as they could slow the thyroid even more. Vitamin A and D are also vital for the thyroid and "Virgin Cod Liver Oil" is the best for that. Sacred Truth Ep. 50: Thyroid Truths

08:48
Everybody knows that if you can’t lose weight and keep it off, you need thyroid meds, right? Wrong! Thyroid drugs are most certainly not the answer. Common thyroid drugs like levothyroxine, but known by many other names too have long been used with little success in the treatment of underactive thyroid, Hashimoto's disease, enlarged thyroid gland, thyroid cancer, and myxedema. They are also prescribed on the false belief that they help weight loss in hypothyroid people who can’t shed excess fat. But it doesn’t work. Only small amounts of fat, if any, can be lost. Once thyroid hormones are stopped, fat is regained. And this is true even when thyroid medication is continued for years. By the way, Synthroid is now the fourth most prescribed drug in the United States. There can also be all sorts of negative consequences in allowing your body to be treated with these synthetic chemicals that can seriously interfere with your quality of life. For one, they compete with natural hormones that your thyroid gland is still producing. You see, it’s not feasible for any human body filled with synthetic chemicals to be tricked into responding to them as though they were bio-equivalent, despite the claims of drug companies and the medical establishment, who tell you that drugs used to treat your body are an identical equivalent. The standard medical model for the treatment of thyroid disorders is badly flawed. There are huge misunderstandings about causes and effective treatments for thyroid deficiencies, which, by the way, may now affect as many as 90% of women in the Western world. A great place to begin getting an understanding of all of this is by reading the work of Dr. David Brownstein, author of Overcoming Thyroid Disorders and Iodine: Why You Need It, Why You Can’t Live Without It (third edition). Brownstein is a leading expert in natural approaches to health and healing. He talks about something you need to know and probably have never been told: a major cause of thyroid malfunction, as well as many other conditions, is iodine deficiency. There will be more about this in a moment. In his books, his videos, and his DVDs, Brownstein shows how a natural holistic program can not only help transform hypothyroidism but also arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s disease, and many other conditions by using safe, natural therapies. His work can bring you reliable information on such things as: • Natural thyroid hormone • Bioidentical natural hormones • Diet • Vitamins and minerals essential for thyroid function • Detoxification. Now, back to your thyroid. The thyroid has an enormous need for natural iodine. This was once readily available in our food supply, but it no longer is because of poor agriculture, GMO growing of foods, and common practices, including the spraying of dangerous substances such as mercury and aluminum on soils. An abundance of natural iodine is necessary for your thyroid’s biochemical structures. If you do not get enough of it, your thyroid can malfunction. And of course, one consequence of this malfunction is weight gain—which no amount of pharmaceutical thyroid drugs will ever be able to correct. Note that it is absolutely crucial to work with a knowledgeable healthcare practitioner who knows how to test for and reverse iodine deficiency, not just a doctor who will thoughtlessly prescribe drugs. Brownstein on Thyroid Disorders: https://w3.brownsteinhealth.com/Health/DRB/LP/Thyroid-Disorder-Video-G?dkt_nbr=coagttmd&gclid=COn3wdfQ1MgCFVBgfgodnWMOng IODORAL Optimox Corporation, Iodoral, IOD-50mg 90 Tablets http://www.iherb.com/optimox-corporation-iodoral-50-mg-90-tablets/23905?rcode=yes026 Description IOD - 50 High Potency Iodine/Potassium Iodide Containing 50 mg Elemental Iodine Per Tablet Suggested Use Take one tablet per day or as directed by a physician.

How to Revive Hypothyroid

If you are on a thyroid drug, you've probably heard "You'll be on this for the rest of your life." This statement is not necessarily true. If the doctor knew how to repair the thyroid, drugs become unnecessary. Please Like, Share, and Subscribe! -Dr. Schmidt You have already taken the first step to better your health by watching my video! Next, I recommend that you join our Long Distance Patient Program so that you can get diet modification and supplement recommendations designed specifically for you by me or one of my fellow practitioners in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. You have to be a patient of our office in order to receive supplements, per our distribution agreement with the producer of the Standard Process brand supplements. Becoming a Long Distance Patient as outlined below allows you that access. In order to be part of our online patient program, you would purchase an annual membership for $200. This membership includes an initial 30 minute phone appointment with me or one of our practitioners. At that time, the practitioner will make a recommendation to you for diet modifications, supplements and the quantities that you should take. After the phone call, you are able to order supplements for a year, as needed, directly from our website and our app. We will then promptly ship the supplements out to you. Follow up phone calls with your practitioner are $125 for a 20 minute phone/SKYPE appointment. If you would like to move forward and take advantage of this opportunity, please call: (734) 302-7575 or email intake@thenhcaa.com to schedule your phone appointment, and make the $200 payment. You can reach us by phone Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm EST. To learn more about our office and clinical practice, go to: http://thenutritionalhealingcenter.com Since not everyone is fortunate enough to live within driving distance of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and many feel that an telephone/online consultation is not enough to meet their clinical needs, I am happy to offer you our Long Distance Patient Travel Package. The package is comprised of a series of appointments with myself or another practitioner that are time sensitive, and a time allowance of 48-72 hours in our beautiful city is required. Not only are your health issues of concern thoroughly evaluated, but you receive a comprehensive full body evaluation, two different computerized cardiac health tests, a great deal of teaching and health education, and leave with a program of diet modification and supplement support that the practitioner is confident will improve your health and quality of life. This program can initiate your relationship with our clinic, and be followed up with telephone/online consultations, or it can be incorporated into your already existing program with our clinic to further enhance the program you already have in place. The cost for the Long Distance Travel Package is $560 and includes everything mentioned above. We also have a relationship with a lovely landmark hotel conveniently located less than 2 miles from our office, that offers a reduced nightly rate to our patients. Hypothyroidism is a metabolic disorder. Your thyroid is not working. So your TSH levels are going high because the thyroid is not producing enough thyroxin and the pituitary gland is somewhere getting the information that the metabolism is not on dot, that is hypothyroidism, that has nothing to do with fasting. Fasting is something to do where you are detoxifying your body. Detoxification is always good. Even for hypothyroidism it is good as long as it is done intelligently. In all the religious favors that we must also take care that the body runs on simple shear method of if you are cleansing it, provided for enough water, provided alkaline medium and ensure that you are giving it rest. So if you are doing any of this, then hypothyroidism is no contraindication to fasting.

The Thyroid Body Type

01:48
http://www.findyourbodytype.com The Thyroid Body Type. Your predominant characteristic is "weight gain all over". You most likely have a stubborn or slowed metabolism and the type of fat you accumulate is a spongy, waste-like product. In Stage One, you may have noticed some hair loss. You may start losing the outer part of your eye brows and get loose skin underneath your chin and arms. By stage 2, your nails become brittle, you will have some constipation and your feet feel cold; especially at night. Cravings start to kick in as a need for quick energy; since your body has lost its ability to absorb vitamins and nutrients from food. You will find yourself craving "quick energy sources" like breads, pasta, cereals, crackers, biscuits, pan cakes, muffins, Juices, and even alcohol. By Stage 3, The Thyroid Type experiences chronic fatigue and a feeling of depression. You may feel that you cannot handle any stress. You find yourself suffering from exhaustion despite how many hours of sleep you get. Take a look around and you'll notice something interesting about people's bodies - most of them fall into 4 shapes. To find your body type take this short survey at http://www.drberg.com

Most Thyroid Issues Are Secondary to Other Problems

07:30
Take Dr. Berg's Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about the thyroid gland and what could be the potential thyroid problems (it is mostly secondary). The thyroid symptoms include hair loss, dry hair, loss of eyebrows, abnormal thyroid glands and hormones, all these are caused due to low thyroid levels in the body. Dr. Berg discusses about the major thyroid problems and their associated thyroid treatment. The main cause for thyroid issues is liver and gall bladder. The next possible cause of thyroid symptoms could be the adrenals. In this case you can have either high quantity of thyroid (hyper thyroid) or low quantity of thyroid (hypo thyroid), both if which are triggered by high amount of stress levels. The third most probable cause could be ovaries. In this case the estrogen depletes the activity of thyroid over time which causes a thyroid disorder. It is very rare that you have primary thyroid problem. Dr. Berg explains the root cause and how to make your thyroid come back. Hypothyroid Natural Treatment Hypothyroidism Hashimotos Weight Loss Hair Loss Fatigue NJ NY

01:47
www.advancedintegratedhealth.com Most cases of Hypothyroid in America today are misdiagnosed. For most women suffering with this disease the standard playbook goes something like this, simple blood tests are run, an elevated TSH is found and hormone is prescribed. The problem is that after a woman's "levels" are balanced, she still suffers from a long list of symptoms including fatigue, hot flashes, constipation, depression, hair loss, feeling cold. It is estimated that up to 80% of women who are suffering from Hypothyroid do not have a thyroid problem at all. They are suffering from a condition called Hashimotos disease. Melissa is such a case. She was in the medical system for years with no improvement. Watch as she goes through a natural approach to managing the cause of her condition rather than just treating the symptoms. Does the Ketogenic Diet Cause Hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

In past videos he mentions that hypothyroid conditions are usually secondary to high estrogen or liver or gallbladder issues, since T4 (inactive thyroid hormone) converts to T3 (active thyroid hormone) in the liver - about 80% of it. The rest is converted by the kidney. If TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) is high, this means the thyroid is low. If TSH is low, then this means the thyroid is high, making too many hormones. When people tell you keto and intermittent fasting worsens the thyroid, realize that it's not a worsening of thyroid, instead its the thyroid becoming more efficient and your body needing less thyroid hormones. Glyphosate from GMO foods acts as a toxin to cause a dysfunction to your detoxification systems of the body, esp. the liver. This then can trigger an immune condition (autoimmune) - Hashimotos. To avoid this condition, start doing organic foods. TEST GLYPHOSATE: https://detoxproject.org/testing/glyphosate-testing-test-yourself/ INTERESTING RESEARCH & DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3945755/ http://www.naturalendocrinesolutions.com/articles/does-glyphosate-have-a-negative-effect-on-thyroid-health/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23046013 https://thyroidnation.com/glyphosate-ruining-your-gut-triggering-autoimmune/ https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/pesticide-use-thyroid-disease/ https://academic.oup.com/aje/article/171/4/455/157410 https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/135689340/hashimotos-study Hi guys, today we are going to talk about the thyroid. In the past videos I talked about the real underlying cause of thyroid, it is either too much estrogen because estrogen has affinity for the thyroid that blocks it coming from the ovary, the environment, being pregnant or the liver gallbladder. Let’s say the liver is dysfunctional or the gallbladder is not working and you can’t convert this hormones because T4 cannot convert to T3 unless the liver and the gallbladder is really healthy. But I want to give you the basics first, thyroid stimulating hormone is made by the pituitary gland in your brain and its sent down to the thyroid to basically tell the thyroid to make its hormones. If the thyroid stimulating hormone is high that means the thyroid is low, it is a hypo and it is not connecting because it can start increasing the communication to try to drive it through the same thing with insulin. When the insulin is high, it’s because the receptors are resisting it and it is not working so it raises it same thing with right here. When TSH is low usually it is a hyperthyroid that is making too much so it will turn this hormone down to zero. If it is high, it is hypo. If it is low, it is hyper. T4 and T3 represents the number of iodine molecules and that’s what the difference is and T4 is the inactive thyroid hormone and T3 is the active form but there has to be a conversion in here. To convert these hormones, you need selenium. To make hormones you need iodine and zine, these are trace minerals that you need. DR. How To Treat Hypothyroidism - Hypothyroidism

00:35
How To Treat Hypothyroidism - Hypothyroidism How To Treat Hypothyroidism - HypothyroidismWebsite:http://stophypothyroidism.gr8.com Understanding Hypothyroidism, Hypothyroidism is a condition where the thyroid gland stops producing the thyroid hormone. When this happens, people usually start to feel tired, have less energy, and may notice other side effects as well. However, hypothyroidism solutions are fairly easy to treat once diagnosed. The most effective treatment is to simply take a thyroid supplement. Generally, the first weeks of treatment will result in rapid improvements and people will start to notice that they have more energy. In some cases, it may take longer for some people to respond to this solution. Individuals who are older as well as anyone in poor health may notice that their recovery is sluggish. However, by maintaining consistent treatment, this condition will begin to improve gradually. In some cases, it may not be necessary to take hypothyroidism medication forever. Many times, hypothyroidism is caused by an injury or infection and once treated, a person will return to full health. It may also stop working as a side effect of a current medication. In these cases, it may be recommended to find an alternate medication and allow the thyroid to function normally. While hypothyroidism is a condition that is very easy to treat, it is important to diagnose and treat this condition as soon as possible. When you go for a long period of time without being diagnosed you may notice that you have trouble doing daily activities, gain weight, and generally don't enjoy life as much. However, these side effects can all be treated and prevented with the medications available today. By supplementing thyroid hormone in the body, you don't have to worry that you're not going to be able to have a normal life. Hypothyroidism is actually a fairly common condition that occurs in many people, but can be treated both easily and effectively with today's solution. My Website:http://www.25dollarblogsetup.com/
