Dear Friendlies - THIS is the video I first talked about on Thursday. They flagged this video as soon as I loaded it - before it even went live. And then they took 2 full days to review it. YES. THIS video was supposedly not adv friendly according to their algorithm. WTF>?
Why would they do that? I'm glad that dog found you. It's clear that at some point he had a family because of how friendly he is. Stray dogs that have never had a family aren't that friendly even when they're starving. Thank you for caring...and I totally understand wanting to help yet not wanting to expose your own baby to what ever it could have. I'm sort of in that same situation here. I have a stray cat in the bathroom. She sweet and friendly...and pregnant so I'm guessing that's why she was dumped, but in case she has something I don't want her around my cat...and I don't have the money to vet her just yet either. So I'll do the best I can with what I have
Sorry if someone else said this or not. But maybe they put on hold for “undesirable behavior”. Not what u did was wrong but I’ve seen sometimes if someone is doing something dangerous or against “their values” they will see it as not appropriate. You “taking in/interacting with a stray” may not have been seen as appropriate actions by thier standards. Also it seems like society is getting crazy about over PC. To the point that we can’t even live life without feeling like we might offend someone. Anyway. That’s my thoughts. Keep doing what you do. Love it. TTYL
OMG!! So glad he got a home
He didn't want to leave you. I'm gonna have to search and hope I find it to see how he's doing. I can't but help wonder how he acts when he sees you. You saved his life.THANK YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS.
Great video. What a Neat Dog,
Thank You for Saving his Life.
Thank God U Came along when u did. What a tear jerker. Somehow I knew that dog was going to be safe.,
You are are truly a wonderful, kind person. ❤ Hopefully the Dogs Owner didn't get Ate by a BEAR 🐻 walking on trail. Be Safe
really cute dog and I am glad he has a new home , I don't like to see animals that should be house pets out on their own surviving by themselves and not knowing who would do this to a nice dog , again thanks for watching out for him
Okay, I’m binge watching all of your videos, and I would love an update on Dudley. What a wonderful story. I’m so glad you saved him. He’s definitely an Irish Wolfhound. I’m a dog person and have lived with and trained dogs my entire life. Right now, I live with two, crazy smart herding dogs.
aww that's cool that you were able to find a home for him! I'm touring France at the moment and a couple of days ago I was walking in town and a very cute stray in poor condition followed me all the way back to the motorhome! Unfortunately I'm not equipped for dogs and don't know anyone out here so I had to just leave him :-(
You saved a life....congrats!! ....and good for Dudley....he's a whole new dog....makes me smile all over....sniff...I love dogs...makes me want a dog friend again... I have not had a dog for a few years now since I was diagnosed with a life threatening health issue...for a long time I couldn't even take care of myself...let alone my dog..so I had to give my rat terrier ...Sally back to my sister who gave Sally to me in the first place... since then I have been dogless...but now I am getting better I have a new van and plan to be at RTR this year....so maybe it's time again...have to give it some more thought.....woodsmn
You have got a heart of GOLD Carolyn. Four of our dogs come to us by them showing up at our house and never leaving, lol! Lucy (puppyhood) Sadie Brown (puppyhood) Patty (found us ) Dottie (found us) Babie (found us) Hoping that Dudley is doing well and fitting in to his new home. Keep on Keeping on and many BLESSING on you and Capone ; )
The Ranger should be reported. He might have dropped the dog off. He’s not much of a man to say let the dog figure it out! What, to except his fate roll over and die? Become a ‘wild dog’ that ends up shot? Maybe dog rescues weren’t an hour away, he didn’t want dog identified? Dogs quite gregarious could have wandered and gotten lost. But that ‘ranger’ needs another job.
I'm glad you have a great heart and looked after him, and that you found him a home.
I live in a 5th wheel and there are lots of cats here. I put food and water out 2 or 3 times a day.
I can't come or go w/o cats greeting me. When I sit outside they jump in my lap.
I made a few places they can stay in outside like dog houses.
It's mostly warm here where I'm at in south Florida, so the cold isn't something much to deal with.
His face somehow reminds me of my dogs face, even though he's a small silky terrier, I must admit, he woulda gone home with me, he woulda had a side of my bed for life. lol i stopped the video 2:30, i'm thinking you'll keep him, he;s great.
I would adopt that guy in a heart beat. Poor pup. He is delirious he found someone. There has to be a special place in HELL for people who abandon any animal!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤯😡🤯😡
The ranger should have his behind kicked - cold buddy. Real cold.
Ohhhh! Thanks so much for sharing this video about Dudley. What a happy ending. You're such a great person. I'm glad you didn't listen to the Forest Ranger and just leave him out there. I would've fallen in love with this sweet puppy. Looking forward to seeing how he's doing in a few weeks. 😊
Every little thing is Friendly , caring, thinking out loud...taking action...forming a plan....reaching out...extremely successful outcome that's bears HERO APPLAUSE WITH A MEDAL!!!!!! I loved the Dudley under Daddy's butt shot tooooooooooo! Very cute !!!!! I'm thinking that was someone's new dog going for walk...something spooked him and he shot out away and far....owner couldn't find and dog probably wandered further....Irish Wolf Hounds are prized so there's some logical mishap at some point...GET YOUR PUPPIES CHIPPED!!! CATS TOO! GOOD STORY!! THANK YOU GOR HAVING A KIND, GENEROUS HEART/PANTRY YO FEED HIM AND ESPECIALLY FOR PUTTING WORD OUT AND ALLOWING ✨✨✨DIVINE INTERVENTION✨✨✨TO PREVAIL!✨✨✨✨STAY WELL!✨✨✨
Amazing video, you are a true hero to me at list! My hole heart is smiling, thank you for sharing the story with the rest of us ♥️
Side note: that your video has been “flagged” ... disappointing “treatment”
Lets see what would I do, Get him to a groomer and vet right away and then post as you did. I am so glad you feed him and did not call the pound they would of just killed him. He looks so cute and happy now thanks for following your heart and feeding him and getting him a home.He is just so cute.
I live in Indiana, we have many many groups that rescue & the easiest way to get in touch with them (if your not a local) is contact the closest vet & they more then likely (& if not them then try another vet) can tell you how to reach out to these rescue groups. Most are on FaceBook.
Bless your heart for helping this pup! 💞🐶💋💞
