How much garlic does it take to make 1 cup of extract? And ginger? It doesn't say to extract the garlic or Ginger in s water base, it says you need the juice which means you need a lot in order to get just 1 cup.
The same ingredients but no boiling is recommended by a traditional doctor in India. He recommended adding Moringa root skin extract to these ingredients. I understand that boiling destroys nutritional and medicinal properties to some extent and it is more beneficial to consume as naturally as possible. The taste is still very acceptable.
Actually the whole process of long time cooking depends on how much ingredients you took for it. If it is high amount then you must cook this for long time. Otherwise, you can make it under 10-15 minutes. It totally depends on the amount of materials you used. Here In this drink, I gave each and every ingredients a specific portion of importance. So when you cook it altogether, every ingredients mix themselves perfectly. But without boiling, it might occur gassy feelings.
I had a go at making this today, I found that hardly any juice came out of the Ginger when I used a hand blender, same with the Garlic, not much liquid. I mixed what liquid there was with ACV and had a tea spoon this evening, it is strong but tastes lovely :) But I need to find a better method to extract the juice from the Ginger and Garlic.
I will never eat honey because the glucose and fructose cause glycation when they react with proteins in one’s body. Glycation makes proteins nonfunctional and can cause cataracts, age spots, wrinkles, arthritis, declining kidney function, dementia and glycation of LDL cholesterol particles. Glycation is irreversible.
I cant tolerate the smell of Garlic. What is the concrete scientific evidence of cloggs have really been removed from the inner linning of arteries. The chemicals in the constituents of this mixture seems to be acting similar to various antihypertensive drugs given by doctors to reduce blood pressure without dissolving the cloggs material.
Thanks for your comment. Actually drinking without boiling will hurt your tongue, especially it will create a gassy feeling afterwards. If you want to drink you should boil it. Thanks for watching. Have a good day.
I imagine the taste of Garlic, Lemon and Apple cider vinegar together will be quite strong, and this video does not discuss which properties of each ingredient may be interacting with each other as the concoction is mixed together. Plus, how long will it "keep" in refrigeration? Days, weeks, a month? I know Garlic can almost instantly relieve the pain of a tooth ache, and that benefit will last for days, however I suspect it does nothing to correct the underlying cause OF a toothache. Garlic will also relieve ingrown toenail pain, so is this anti-septic as well as anti-inflammatory? Appears to be true because I have applied raw Garlic cloves to both a painful tooth (chewed the peeled garlic, 1/2 clove, on the achey side) and a problematic toe (rubbed the half clove directly on the reddened toe's area), on a weekend when professional medical help normally costs extra and immediate appointments are typically unavailable. Confirm these findings for yourself regarding plain, grocery store white Garlic. Thanks!
