1. Drink Plenty of Water

Water also flushes toxins out of your body. In fact, water helps your body move out feces, which have a lot of toxins. When you keep the bowel and digestive system healthy, it helps your body get rid of harmful toxins each time you use the bathroom.
Try to drink between 8 and 10 glasses of fresh water every day. However, you may need to drink more or less, based on your climate and activity level any day.
2. Start Your Day with Lemon Water
To lower the amount of harmful toxins in your body, start each day with a glass of lemon water.

I’ve always thought I was unhealthy, but after watching this I guess I’m pretty good! My urine is almost always clear, I drink herbal tea a lot. I’ve only had coffee like twice ever😂 I’m not 18 or 21 so I can’t have tobacco or alcohol so yeahhhh I’m good
Agree with the water and lemon juice, I also eat 1/4 cup of oats/1 cup of nut milk/pinch of salt/2tbsp. chia seeds and cook till the chia seeds swell and your oatmeal looks gel-like then I add 1 tsp. of raw honey every morning and afternoon with a very light dinner which always includes a seafood and leafy greens with a Vit. A and or C. fruit with a nut milk, then my snack at bedtime has always been 2 tbsp. natural no added sugars or salts nut butter with a cube of good quality dark chocolate. Smuckers Naturals is my FAV!
Fuck this pseudoscience! It's a shame how much time and effort people spend on these shitty fad diets because they believe what media like this tells them. Ever wondered why they'll only say their detox product "helps the natural cleansing function of your body" without ever explaining _how_ it accomplishes it? It's because these "health" companies only care about selling their products/magazines, and are willing to accept any kind of flawed scientific data to sell more.
The substances in air, food, and water are only toxic if consumed in a ridiculously large amount. Literally anything can be toxic if you ingest too much. I'm curious what 'experts' you contacted for these remedies. Scientifically, any possible toxins would be flushed out normally by your internal organs.
Water would not hurt, but I have not found any real studies showing it helps move toxins if you excessively drink water.
The only sites I could find for your copper vessel fact were yoga sites talking about cultural balances (not sure how exactly to describe them without researching the culture more in depth)
That lemon method does not work with the copper one at all, because for the copper vessel one to 'work', you need to leave it overnight for 8-10 hours. Also, I could not find any studies for this either
Green smoothies are literally just eating your fruits and vegetables. I feel like this whole video is just saying "how to not get toxic waste in you -> eat and drink like a responsible adult"
I'm too tired at this point to keep looking up these trends to check their validity, but I know that people who drink coffee and switch over will have a severely lowered caffeine intake. This would be problematic because caffeine is the most legally consumed stimulant drug on the market that I know of. Anyone that has caffeine dependency risks going into a legitimate withdrawal.
Sweat is our body's temperature regulator, not a waste dump. If it were, then our sweat would not be a clear fluid. Also, same point as before, this is literally just saying that people should treat themselves normally and they're acting like it's sage advice.
While true that Alcohol, Tobacco, and Caffeine are all easy to become dependent on, they are toxic only in large, repetitive amounts. I don't think anyone who actively drinks alcohol and coffee or smokes made it this far into the video. Also, processed foods are processed so the food does not go bad and get you sick. The preservatives are perfectly safe and are regulated consistently.

I use to have a blender. it was small yet it was good for this.i never got the chance to use it. I will invest in another blender so that I can get healthy food's and make healthy snacks. I fell asleep with my eyes open whatching this video I was sick and unable to sleep yet so tired. I hope to get foods like this in the near future. and get thinner and healthy.
Tryin' to avoid canned, boxed, & bagged goods...Been off the processed meat for awhile & I can feel a difference. I cheat with pizza & the likes here & there, but I feel a positive difference as I GRADUALLY progress....
Experts don't say to follow a detox diet regularly, they say to exercise, not drink too much, not to smoke and to eat a balanced diet. Most of what was said in this video is based of sudo-science or are bending well proved facts.
i well use to smoke weed and other cases when I crave I scrape my homemade bongs or hooters that I crave and sometimes I taste that plastic mix with resin can your body recover after you stopped? I'm anxious and scared
Experts don't say to follow a detox diet. In fact, experts have found little evidence of a detox doing anything special for the body. Simply by eliminating unhealthy things from your diet and introducing healthy things your body will begin to feel better.
That's not detoxing. That's just being healthy.
Detoxing is a scam. There has been no conclusive study to identify a single toxin that is flushed from your body with the help of any sort of detox. Detox is a myth promoted by a lot of companies trying to push diet books and remedies.

I started drinking sugar free fruit punch and grape punch about 3 months ago after the holidays or around the holidays and I was drinking a lot and then I realized it has Aspertame in it and started drinking less and then I decided to toss out what I have in the cabinet and started reading all about Aspertame. I didn't know its like a poison and that a lot of the sickness out there can be from that!! I am glad I only drinked it for a few months and tossed out the rest of what I had in the cabinet!! Had I kept drinking it I would of probably ended up with cancer or a disease or something. I didn't notice any side effects while on it but I am glad I stopped!! Thank god I had only drinked the sugar free Hawiann punch for under 3 months. I admit I loved the GRAPE sugar free punch but its NOT worth getting sick later on so I dumped it all in the garbage!!
Aspartame doesn't cause cancer, even Cancer.org says there's not enough evidence to support those claims. (But you shouldn't drink sweetened drinks like that anyway cause you're supposed to be drinking water.)
actually speaking like adults so noone is fat or unhealthy? This would be true if people ate correctly took no meds and only ate the exact amount of calories as they burned. Plus fasting enough to catch up with the food intake. But that is not the case.
