Not very well because the fatty yolk is now “hard” and it loses a lot of it’s “magic”. You can always make a shake and throw in some raw eggs and you’ll never taste it. Just something to consider =)

What about vitamin D? My testosterone level is a bit low for my age. I'm 27 and the results are 391 ng/dL and the Vitamin D is 19.6 ng/ml, also a bit low. Is it possible that the increase o vitamin D will solve the testosterone problem?

Well, your test levels are far too low, especially for your age. Will taking extra D help, I don’t know - I doubt it. YES, D-3 helps improve your testosterone. And YES, your levels are far too low. I prefer it around 75+... So, let’s start you off at 5000 daily units and test you out in 60-90 days again. Good video! I have been familiar with the testosterone and food for years, also because of my work. One of the most important thing to know about testosterone and food is that do not use any MILK products! Milk, cheese, butter etc. milk based product will reduce your testosterone levels when you are consuming those products. Sometimes this reducing can be severe. Milk has some estrogen and other ingredients which lowers your testosterone levels. Milk is for babies, not for grown up men!

Good info but there is a large problem with this. I have heard many similar diet recommendations from multiple sources but no one addresses the fact that probably over 90% of the population doesn’t have access to food that is all organic, grass fed, cage free, soy free etc. It is either not widely available or it is cost prohibitive to the vast majority of people living in the United States.

It oxidizes the fat and the cholesterol in the egg, which produce compounds called oxysterols. This increases your risk for heart diseases. Additionally, if you’re frying eggs, you’re probably heating some kind of oil and that’s not good – it hydrogenates them and negatively changes the structure.
