I believe water is one of the most important nutrients in the world. I mean, it has to be because without it, you’d die in 2-3 days. Unfortunately, most people don’t drink enough and when they do, they drink the WRONG kinds.

And today is basically part 3, everything you want and need to know about drinking water.
I’ll cover all the various forms, benefits and negatives. And, what I personally drink most of the time.
Okay, so let’s get started…
Most of the world doesn’t have clean water, even tap water. And some places, like Canada has really good tap water. However, what comes out of your faucet isn’t really that good for drinking.
Tap water is filled with trace amounts of drugs - birth control hormones, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, antibiotics and all sorts of other drugs. In fact, there have been over 300 man-made chemicals found in drinking water.1
There are other toxic chemicals and minerals such a chlorine, lead and fluoride, that’s very bad for your health.
Lastly, tap water tends to be very acidic. Again, not good for your health.
Even though tap water is cheap and convenient, doesn’t mean you should drink it. Go ahead and wash your clothes, clean the dishes, water the lawn and boil water if you need to - but, save the DRINKING water to other types that I’ll mention today.
Mineral water has be said to contain up to four times as much calcium and magnesium as regular tap water. This has a lot of benefits.
Just don’t use this type of water for deposit-building appliances - such as kettles, irons and coffee machines.
For these type of appliances, you want to use distilled water because it contains no minerals. This is because this type of water has had many of its impurities removed through distillation. In fact, this is what we used in medical school for a lot of our science experiments.
Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container.
Distilled water tends to be acidic and can only be recommended as a way of drawing poisons out of the body. Once this is accomplished, the continued drinking of distilled water is a bad idea.
Deionized water, is simply water from which the ions have been removed. It’s typically used in laboratory situations where the presence of ions would cause interference or other problems. Important. But, this isn’t water you’d drink.
This is the type of water you see in most generic, bottled waters. Spring water is often mistaken for being equal or interchangeable with purified water (which I’ll talk about in a minute). However, spring water often contains many of the same impurities found in well or tap water. In fact, since springs feed our rivers, there is a lot of spring water in our tap water!
Unfortunately, many spring water companies advertise their water as “100% pure—” However, this is typically misleading. It’s NOT “purified” water. It’s not as clean.
Simply stated, most spring water is almost the same as regular “tap” water and in fact, almost always it IS from tap water.
The only REAL difference is that when the water is at the bottling facility, it goes through a carbon filtration process to remove the chlorine. This process may separate spring from tap water, but nitrates, metals, fluoride and other “toxins” are likely to remain.
Now, if the spring water is from melted glacial ice or similar natural source, then this type of water is actually very good and helps hydrate the body very well.
Purified water tends to be one of the healthiest because it’s very “pure” and yet, still full of essential minerals like Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium that your body needs.
The source of purified water isn’t what makes it the best choice on the market—it’s the purification methods that separate purified water from the rest of the pack.

Hi Dr. Is it a good idea to cycle alphaviril and blood flow optimizer one week apart? So example this week I take the blood flow optimizer but leave the alphaviril alone. Then next week I take alphaviril but leave the blood flow pill alone. Then rinse and repeat ,is that ok? Is that enough time so the body will never adapt but always stay in good shape?

Dr. Sam, I have a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. Is it acceptable to add a table spoon of this to a glass of water:
NOW Colloidal Minerals Liquid
It's fulvic acid with minerals and trace minerals
It might make the water a little more acidic, but I could had in 1/8 tsp baking (8 oz water) soda to reduce pH
Is that good for rehydrating and/or healthy?
More important than water pH is the water ability to maintain a pH value against acid or alkaline inputs; in a first approximation this ability is measured by the amounts of bicarbonate and carbonate dissolved in water
I tested my tap water in my house it had 37ppm smart water had 132ppm do have a fridge filter and the taste of the water from the tap and the fridge is different I assume the fridge water has less chlorine in it

Sorry even my question is not related to the post.. but i have a question about something, the question is: is there any solution to make you high when the patient( person) is 19 years old is there any chance to get higher? ... i heard that injection hormones can do it.. please answer me
Yes you still absorb the chlorine you can do the test yourself add a little bit of bleach and some water do a chlorine test on it then put your finger in the water for 2 minutes and repeat the chlorine test and you will see there is no chlorine in the water because it absorbs into your skin
I've been following your advice about not drinking before and after eating. I'm also chewing my food for a longer period of time.
1) Heartburn is GONE!
2) I'm LOSING weight.
3) I'm sleeping much better.
4) I'm able to concentrate better

You can probably think of several more yourself based on what I've listed. However, here is three more!
1) Due to the fact that I am sleeping better, it has a positive effect on my attitude and mood in life, which benefits everybody else around me.
2) My wife is happier for several different reasons. That should be self-explanatory!🤓
3) I'm "regular" like an atomic clock. (Trust me, that's a great benefit!)
Now throw in some apple cider vinegar in the morning and before I go to sleep, only makes it better! Have a blessed day!
Honestly... I think people should Ween themselves off of all the fizzy drinks... then worry about what water they are actually drinking. If you cannot get purified water, get mineral water, if you can't get mineral water... try distillation or collecting rain water.
I drink carbonated seltzer water .. It's "fizzy", but no sodium, sugar or calories .. and water is purified. Plus, I believe it helps to keep the colon cleaner, flushing out those nooks and crannies .. I also drink Dasani and Aquafina .. and almost never tap water (it tastes terrible anyway) ..
You should probably consult several doctors for that... but really, legalized steroids like D-Bolic don't seem to affect your heart (or at least they don't affect mine). I see them as a vitamin tablet to be taken once a month or maybe a week, it's good to switch it up, so that your body never relies on foreign vitamins and boosts, but deals with what it has.
