fortunately, since i was a child, water has been my main source of keeping hydrated as opposed to drinking sugary drink, i rarely ever drink sodas or juices, and when i do drink juices, its mostly freshly squeezed orange juice
Thank you Natural Cures 30 days only water... I havent done just water, iv read that the body can go without food and water for almost 20 days!!?? Just water for 30 days will a person beable to survive just on water after the 20 days?
the video is telling you to drink water in place of other liquids. it is not telling you not to eat food. in fact at the end it says you should have more money to spend on healthier foods if you are not wasting money on soda etc. so eat healthy and drink water for 30 days.
I'm about to start a water only fast and I'll stop when my body tells me to. Which probably won't be until over 40 days, I'll also be doing hydrogen peroxide therapy for an extra boost. It has many benefits, just look up water fasting on here.
Can't tell you how many times people and doctors will tell you drink plenty of water. Coming up,, I didn't have the luxury of drinking alot of juices and sodas. Funny thing is, I don't like sodas, . But for me,, I always drank water at room temperature.
