Thank you for the video. I'm an English teacher as well and I'm not a native speaker.
Yes the idea is perfect. But I believe you should make shorter chunks with no subtitles, with more adequate pauses. Because when we try to read them, our brain tells us to pronounce them the way we used to pronounce. (Which is usually wrong, or at least not as perfect as yours. This is my experience)
Even closing eyes can be helpful to concentrate on the voice and reproduce it. This helps ears to copy better, Prevents the reading process interrupting the brain.
Hello mam, I am an Indian. Ur videos are really helpful ..i feel fortunate enough to see them..looking forward for more interesting videos 😊

Hey there, I'm from Venezuela. I'm an English teacher but I'm also a Native Spanish speaker, so I actually got a bit confused with your video. I've had hundreds of students that either just want to communicate (no matter how it sounds) or they just want to let people get the message (no matter what the words really mean).
I mean, if this was your first time trying to speak spanish, I wouldn't ask you to follow (in pronunciation) a bunch of words which you dont know what they mean.
Being grateful for what you do,
