Speaking English - Saying Hello and Goodbye, formally and informally

3148 ratings | 354118 views
In this English lesson, I go over some of the ways in which real native speakers of English say hello and goodbye. When people ask "How are you?", they don't really want to know how you are! They are just saying hello. There are many other ways to say hello and goodbye in different situations, and in this video, I'll teach them to you!

Ok, I have just started to watching your classes now, then I decided start from the first video. First of all, thank you for your classes. I have a doubt: when someone greets me with "how are you doing?", at a store, for example, what should I answer? I'm fine?
Byron Lopez (1 year ago)
I was thinking the same, but I think the best response for this should be "I am doing well"

gerardofb2994 (1 year ago)
Ev Blanco (3 years ago)
NO SEAS PENDEJO!!
f16f16f16f16f16 (3 years ago)
bravo6gameplay (3 years ago)
