You'll find a Western-Inspired Meal Plan and also an Asian-Inspired Meal Plan to suit your preference. Yes, you CAN eat rice / carbs during the 8 weeks. You may choose to mix and match the recipes. I just wanted to offer more varieties based on what ingredients are easily available in your country. =)
Be sure to print all the plans out, stick them on your mirror, fridge, or a place which you look at every day. I've also compiled all the videos in 2 playlists.

If you can't do certain exercises, such as jumping, you can modify the workout to exclude jump-based exercises.

I tried this diet plan myself after seeing how my buddy benefited from that. Primarily I of course wanted to do that and I have dropped a grand overall of 10pounds from the “sowo hope site” (Google it). This particular really was a life changer for me and I feel so much healthier.
Wow, it's so crazy that you put so much effort into this plan and offer everything to us for free! There's so much variety and I can't wait to start this plan on May 1st (I'm gonna be in vacation for the next weeks, so I can only start then). There are a few things for weight loss naturally
Make sure you consume enough water - I suggest eight cups each day.
Set a limit of chips Sweets sugary drinks you have per day.
minimize eating between meals or have fruit or vegatables.
write dwon what you eat and check it to see how you can cut down.

can someone please help me? whenever I do a workout, my knees always ach during and after for a while, especially if the workout involves squats and lunges. I'm new to working out and wondering if this is normal or am I doing something wrong?

I was assaulted last January and had brain surgery because of the bleeding. My Dr just last week told me to start walking and to keep it at 10 minutes only. I went for a walk sunday but I over did it and walked for 2 miles and my head was ringing noise all day and I had a headache. So now I need to pay attention to the Dr and keep it easy when I walk. I love your wraps they taste so good and since I can't exercise yet I am looking for better ways to eat as I have gained so much weight since the assualt. You are big help thank you.
adjust your calories to be closer to your basic metabolism - i recommend losts of low calories food with your meals to avoid hunger and try to stick to 1-2 snacks (if i don't limit my snacks i personally take 1 piece of chocolate then another - it adds up.... and it gets hard to keep track of calories....) :)

I just joined ;) Just one quick question. I have a bad knee and can not do any jumps or running. Would you say its okay to also do high intensity nordic walking for cardio? (I will not always have time to go swimming, but a 30 minutes fast walk is possible)
Will there be a lot of meals consisting of mango or gluten? I'm highly allergic to mango and I have a gluten sensitivity. I find a lot of diet plans consist of a LOT of mango because it is a beneficial fruit.
I just found your videos a few weeks ago and I love them and you!!! I'm a very picky eater and I hate veggies and love sugar so you are the first person to catch my eyes and ears, I love how clear and concise you are and I wish I found you sooner!! 4 years ago I twisted and chipped my knee and it often goes out if I twist wrong, so I'd like to start the exercises but I have to omit ones for the knee, how do you do squats with a bad knee?
Joanna although I am skinny like around 48lg for my height of 160cm, I have a big belly. It seems that all my fats gather at the belly area. Is this what you called skinny fat? I have tried cutting out on sweet drinks, consuming less carbs and exercise twice a week, but nothing works. Would appreciate it if you give some advice. Thank you!

Yeliz Yeliz the instruction is free (link to the google drive with all the documents is in the description)!! Joanna darling my mother is 45 years old. She is overweight. She has recently started mild exercising and eating right with your tips. Thank you so much !! You're her muse. Which arm exercises would you recommend her to do? She has a lot of arm fat, can't wear her old clothes anymore.
Eat full grains (buckweath, rice, oats, etc.), cheap vegetables (beetroots, carrots, onions, potatoes, cabbage, etc.), cheaper nuts, fruits, don't forget eggs, they are cheap and very good quality protein.
Joanna Soh : huge fan!! I am on the school dining meal plan which follows a buffet system. They do have healthy options such as salad bar and cooked vegetable dishes but I don't have the means to prep something like chia seed pudding. Though I do have a blender in my room!
I've been on a no carb and sugar diet for the past month and I've lost a few pounds. The problem now is I am falling back to my old habits😔. I recently stopped exercising because of school work and pressure and ever since I stopped working out I get more cravings and end up eating more unhealthy food than needed. I need help please cause I really don't want to be fatter than I already was before. How can I prevent that from happening Jojo (that's what I call you☺️) ?
mandisa dlodlo I'm not a doctor or dietician but I have been through ups and downs with my weight. Recently I have tried to do simple steps instead of extreme cutting of food groups like carbs and sugars (which are very important and cutting them completely leads to binge eating later ). So instead I've cut out the bad snacks I used to have (like chips, chocolates, sweets) and started focusing on trying to enrich my meals with healthier foods (eating more veg and less red meat, cutting fried foods, baking instead of frying in oil, having less dairy etc) and this has been working a lot. I'm less bloated and feel much better. when I do snack I have fruits like Berries,bananas, avocado etc. I don't think cutting out your sugary treats completely is necessary, just moderate them. I know it's not a diet plan but I hope it helps a bit :)
