- 1/2 cup of chopped coriander (not too small; use the stalk too);

- 300 ml of water.
Place the coriander and the parsley in a pan and cover them with water. Cook uncovered for ten minutes — the time that it takes to eliminate the chlorophyll. After ten minutes have passed, remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
Drinking one cup daily is enough to eliminate toxins and purify your body.

kurkum, ginger , timjam , oregano , rosmarin, cayanne , red Himalajan Rose Salt(pinch ) sometimes Cinnamon.... I Just put them in big glass and stir and drink ... then i wash the glass couple of Times with My 1 litre of water and Just drink everything..... Ville Raittinen YES all SAFE. All those herbs are antifungals they will kill bad bacteria, mucous and all disease stems from MUCOUS which is fungus at the cellular level. Watch Dr Sebi here on YT. Even top hospital studies have published reports confirming just that. Cancer is fungus related. That’s why they do heavy dose antifungal and immunotherapy with vitamin C. I make this But I add 2 TBS ginger, 2TBS turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper and one large Avocado Seed ground up fine you add this to the 3 large bunches of Coriander (cilantro) and 2 large bunches of Parsley bunches. Also I don't cook it , i just bring to boil and turn it of to cool.
Why does everybody have to boil everything, heating anything past 118 degrees destroys enzymes,and why do you want to get rid of chlorophyll-the miracle of nature- just put in your blender and mix with your green stuff, every morning smoothie !!!!

boling isnt good option. Add equal amount 100 gram each of mint leaves coriander leaves ginger garlic and dry pomegranate seeds. make paste out of it. take one tbsp three times a day. it's good for stress stomach high BP cholesterol diabetes etc. lots of benefits.

The description and video opening pictures are not identical. What is the yellow substance that mingled into?
As coriander and parsley both are green where from the yellow substance appear, ?? Secondly when to drink?
I blend well raw coriander green, parsley, green chilies, one garlic, salt and lemon juice or tamarind all with little water and use as chutney or bread spreads or dip or sauce or mix with warm cooked rice with butter
