The organ MEATS that I am talking about eating for wellness and nutrition are the brain, tripe, heart, the kidneys, and the liver. Sure there are some other nutritious organs in there but these are the ones that are going to give you the biggest bang for your buck.
First let's talk about the heart and the kidneys. When it comes to micronutrients and macronutrient makeup from a dietary perspective these organ meats are very similar. These organ meats are rich in amino acids and provide the body with a host of vitamins and minerals as well. The funny thing is when you eat these organ meats, they actually have a lot of the nutrients that are necessary to heal that part of your body as well. So for instance if you were to eat beef (which is the ideal source) heart and kidneys then you would be fueling your body with the nutrients it needs to be able to heal those organs in your own body. One of the most pronounced benefits are that of the amino acids that make up these organs. They are packed full of pro-metabolic amino acids such as glycine, proline, lysine, and so much more. Glycine has been shown to be one of the most anabolic healing amino acids that exists. With it being able to help with glutathione production and work synergistically with glutathione, this amino acid without a doubt has to be in your diet (4).

Consuming organ meats will also ensure sustainabilty. A cow wouldn't be enough if everyone go for muscle meat but not organ meat, brains and fat. The reasons why many Asian countries don't have massive factory farms and rely mostly on local farms is because we don't waste any parts of the animals we eat.
David James never said you had to eat the small intestines. Quite frankly I wouldn’t either, but also as he said the liver, heart, etc. is good to eat. I did the quiz and i’m a thyroid body type. I have cold extremeties in the morning right around when i have my 2 cups of coffee in a 3 hour interval. I noticed that coffee worsens the effect of those cold extremeties, is there any correlation? Please help
Yes that means it is causing an even larger cortisol response, our bodies use cortisol to wake us up in the morning and if you cant properly handle it due to thyroid problems and then consume caffeine the response becomes even greater and then you have the negative symptoms

Please at some point look into bitter apricot kernels, I keep hearing more and more good things about them the more research I do, I just recently learned
Apricot kernels contain vitamin B15 "Vitamin B15 helps in the formation of specific amino acids such as methionine. It also plays a role in the oxidation of glucose in cellular respiration and like vitamin E – it acts as an antioxidant helping to strengthen the cell. This wonderful vitamin even helps the liver detoxify the body."
They are non-toxic all regular cells are 100% protected they convert the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules to a harmless substance called thiocyanate. Some days I consume up to 20 apples if they are small in a smoothie seeds included, if what some say were true I should not be standing. I did not build up a tolerance, the second time I consumed them I ate 25, all-in-one mouthful no ill effects whatsoever made my mouth kind of numb though for about a minute. Since I started consuming B-17 my health has been improving.
Something I forgot to mention cancer cells have what's called beta glucosidase which leaves them unprotected to the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules within the bitter apricot kernels appleseeds excetera. This is how it is able to eradicate cancer from the body leaving zero scar tissue. That documentary was flawed in many ways and had poor quality cherry picked studies to support it. I have mentioned before that I don't consume conventional meat ad dairy because of the drugs that they pump into the animals and thus is transferred to the one who consumes it. I make sure that I eat ethically raised grass fed/pasture raised meat that allows for healthy high quality meat. One study in that documentary also talked about meat being one of the top carcinogens, or cancer causing compounds. They didn't specify that the meat they looked at was highly processed chemical ladened meats, not high quality meat such as what I recommend
One time my teacher had a bunch of beef heart and chopped it up in little strips and made tacos of it. We all loved it and thought it was some typical meat from Mexican tacos until someone asked him what it was exactly. We were all shocked and he started laughing. But we kept eating. It was really good!!!

You talk about what common nutrients people might not have enough. That only happen when fed with too much of "empty calories"(refine sugar/oil etc). In a Whole food plant based diet you will have way too much of proteins/vitamins/minerals for your body to use(even for a weightlifter etc). People should care more about their exces (heme-iron, pollutants, AGEs, heavy metals, oxidized cholesterols/fats, etc etc).
Anyway I should emphasize that he clearly said grass fed kind of meat(more deforestation though but not if you consume less meat overall) Also cook it(bacteria etc) but not too much and with plants(for antioxidants etc). And as little as possible if i dare to say...
+Christopher Walker studies shows that the top human needs in proteins is 1.7grams per kg of lean bodymass( so a high intensity athlete that is not so good at absorbing protein) maybe a tiny bit more if a extreme calorie deficit for a cut.
So a 100kg guy with 20% bf need at worst 80*1.7gr of prots. that's in general below 18%of his kcal of maintenance needs so except some sugary fruits, potatoes and rice most plants/nuts/cereals/legumes/sprouts/veggies/fungus/algae have more than that or near. Also all plants have all amino acids(more plants are more """"complete"""""" than most animal products in absolute terms, without even taking into account allergens or the wasteful matrix around it or the bindings with toxic nitrocosamine or heme-iron etc) .
And often we do less sport than what we think... With all the amino acid we need, especialy the common one like leucine.
Eventhough you can/should choose more or less of leucine/methionine bc overall one can even argue that we have too much of some of these amino acids that trigger pathway you might wanna avoid or feed wrong bacteria (or carnitine and tmao also).
Fake meat(problem would be salt) is also better than meat (even on a bigger scale than health).
It does not, I typically don't recommend multi-day fasting for someone who is in a state where they need to heal. I can however put together a good protocol and post it to the thermo community group where members of the course can access it.
