I’ve been doing this for a week so far. Using 1/2 a lemon, 2 oz cucumber, 2-3 tablespoons parsley, 1 Tbspn chopped ginger, 1 Tbspn aloe Vera juice gel ( most expensive item) and water. Using a nutrabullet or high speed blender and drink before bedtime. I thought it would taste gross, but I like it. I chop or dice up the parsley,cucumber and ginger to help it blend better. Juice the lemon. My results: lost 3 lbs. it helps my digestion and have less bloating, sleep very well and overall feel good.
You can also burn belly fat as well at fat all around your body and lower your weight, by decreasing the amount of calories you eat in a day based on your daily calorie needs, and then incorporating an exercise routine into your life.. Then you can lose weight without having to drink a disgusting glass of green slop before bed. Sure, you can loose weight while sleeping from drinking a variety of things, like green tea, etc.. However, it will take you years to burn a few pounds. Instead, get your lazy ass off the couch, drink a cup of coffee, walk briskly 10-15 minutes, and repeat 3x a week. You get cardio, increase metabolism, lose calories, and begin to feel better about yourself and will want to repeat again and again!
Do not peel cucumber and use juice of one lemon. I use grated ginger and can add parsley and cilantro. I use aloe vera as it only takes 1 tablespoon. It seems to work for me. I need to exercise more and can tell when I forget to do it or miss a day.
How does this taste though? I imagine it's going to smell alright, seems to look horrible, and taste much worse! Can someone come up with something that's does as good for one's body, but also tastes well, or certainly palatable!
