Oats are super! I like making the overnight oats, soaked in coconut milk with pineapple, coconut and vanilla! The video makes me wonder about eating the recipe 3 times a day? I ask myself if I would cook any other foods? Three times a day would be for 3 meals, sounds great but I do wonder if that would be satisfying or not? I use to think that oats would make me gain weight but I have found out differently! I am not sure about eating the mixture 3 times a day, it seems like it is incomplete to me but it is a great idea, one I will try, maybe for 1 day only. lol
Hahahahahaha fiber does not make you feel satiated in full... Fat does.
You can eat an entire hand full of sawdust that's plenty of fiber but you're never going to feel full.

jyseninthecloud- Absolutely! I can only eat 1 packet of oatmeal & feel full for hours. My son eats 2 packets, but when I tried to I felt too stuffed to finish the bowl! Oats are great, but I'd probably get sick of eating them 3Xs a day for very long.
