I subscribed as soon as you mentioned that you are meal prepping for yourself and no one else. It's so hard to find good meal prep videos that aren't for an entire family. Now I just have to adjust for my dietary needs and I'm happy as can be. :D

I have been waiting for a video like this! I am a college student and always look at meal prep videos thinking, "I should do that" but eating the same meal every day for a week is a huge turnoff for me. This is so helpful and something I would totally do! Please make more videos like this!

Great video! Everything looks fabulous! I prefer to have the veggies separately so that I can easily make a variety of different meals. I just became vegetarian. I'm going to try the spiral squash and spinach dish! 🍉🍓🍝🍰

Please make more meal prep videos I'm in the process of shredding weight I'm over 400lbs I love veggies but I don't know how to make delicious tasty healthy meal without getting burned out eating the same meals every week I like a variety of things
This is brilliant. I love having variety of options to put together a meal. As someone who suffers from a chronic health condition which leaves me debilitated, it will really put my mind at ease to know that I’ve got healthy food in the fridge on my bad days. A lovely variety with no stress YAY!
Hi! I´m a nutrition student and new suscriber. I LOVED this video!!! I´ve never done meal prep because I found it boring haha, but this changes the game, I´ll give it a try!!! I wanted to tell you that olive oil is awesome, it has a lot of health benefits, but you should´t be cooking with it, since it is full of polyunsaturated fats that tend to produce free radicals when heated , which isn´t healthy. It´s better to consume it raw and cook with avocado oil, as you said, (which has monounsaturated fats) or another type of oil. Lots of love!!!
Yes, I do cook mostly with avocado oil but unfortunately many people still don't have that oil yet. And recent studies have show that olive oil is more heat stable than originally thought, which is a good thing! :) x
The spiralizer is linked in the video description box. And the newer recipes on my website have nutrition information, but as many of those recipes in the video were just ad-hoc, I don't have the nutritional breakdowns.
