Prolactin can become chronically elevated and cause some major health issues for men and women. It's important to control your prolactin levels naturally. High prolactin can be a by product of many things, including issues with the pituitary gland such as a prolactinoma.
To lower prolactin quickly and naturally, I recommend supplementation with KSM-66 ashwagandha like we have in Testro-X. This study found https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19789214 a significant 15% drop in Prolactin in men taking ashwagandha while simultaneously increasing T production by 40%.
Increase the amount of Vitamin E you’re getting in your diet, or use a Vitamin E supplement.
In this study, 300 mg’s of vitamin E for 8 weeks, decreased prolactin levels by a staggering 69% when compared to placebo in healthy human subjects.
Also, I recommend using L-Dopa like you can find in the Truth Nutra Dopa Mucuna - mucuna pruriens. Dopamine modulates the release of Prolactin. https://academic.oup.com/endo/article-abstract/94/4/1077/2621920?redirectedFrom=fulltext
Also, up your zinc! Like I mentioned in a recent video, one of the key symptoms of zinc deficiency is hair loss. And daily supplementation of zinc was found to cut male prolactin levels in half https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2753470
And last thing to do to decrease prolactin is to increase B6 consumption. B6 has been found to significantly increase Growth Hormone production while simultaneously slashing prolactin production https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article-abstract/42/3/603/2684599?redirectedFrom=fulltext

Thank you for this video! I have a prolactinoma and have tried both bromocriptine and carbergoline and experienced awful side effects due to pre-exsisting hypertension. Looking forward to trying this regiment.
@Miss Dwayna Dee I have done something similar. I have not included L-Dopa as it may raise my blood pressure. I have added Vitex which lowers prolactin. In addition, I am on a Keto diet which has been shown to help people with brain cancer. With the tumor being in my brain but not cancerous but tumors do feed off of sugar. I am seeing if this will help. I hope it goes well for you!
And definitely don't start taking it if your already taking psyc meds, in fact many things important to know about dopamine, I would google before taking if I was already taking any meds or sups or had any health issues, many contraindications with this, but it can be good too if you get the all clear, it does have benefits, just def research this one for sure :)
hey @Christopher Walker is this something my wife would want to try to lower? you said prolactin helps the production of breast milk, we are planning on breastfeeding so would lowering prolactin levels lower milk production?
Hello Christopher Espinal, I just want to tell you that even there is not scientific evidence YET, excess masturbation can lead to low Testosterone levels, low DHT levels and high Prolactin levels, which activates enzyme 5-alfa-reductasa producing weakening hair folicules. Also, one of the main minerals controlling prolactin (ZINC) is found in semen.. so like I said.. excesive ejaculation could be a problem.
Dont take me wrong, I still have a regular sex life, but since i stopped masturbating 5 months ago, I tested myself with blood tests to compare how my Testostrone, DHT, Prolactin, Zinc levels were.. before and after. And there was a huge difference between one and other (no masturbating was the only thing that i changed in my lifestyle).. I am living PROOF that your hair will become thicker, shinier, smoother, and even reduce hair loss significantly. I also started supplementing Zinc and B6 lately and I defintely stopped my hair loss fortunately... after 10 years of losing high amounts.
So.. just because there is not scientific evidence doesnt mean anything.. Why? Just think about it for a second.. If people knew how to stop hair loss and even regrow their lost hair.. Bye bye to the whole industry of hair loss medication, treatments, implants, etc... That means HUGE loss in profits for pharmaceutical industry.
We can put a man on the moon, on mars, create masive nuclear destructive bombs... but we cant find a cure to baldness???? BULLSHIT!
PS: I am skeptical as fuck... but I am also open minded as fuck.. so i try things myself before denying everything like you do... You dont know everything bro.. neither do I.. but at least i listen to other theories.
Christopher Espinal i apologise for insulting you. I would not have been so annoyed if you weren't so dismissive and closed minded about it. It's not a placebo or even a crackpot idea. Just look into it with the possibility that it could be true and you might find things based on patterns and trends rather than individual studies that can be flawed. Sorry again. I maintain that it is not a myth. Keep an open mind brother and have a nice night.
Greyfoxdbz18 no more on the on the subject? Any more information? No more back and forth? or disproven? I don't call people morons, or idiots that's not my stick, no point in getting annoyed by somebody in the other side of the world.. having a disagreement there's no need to have name calling in. This is a disagreement between two people not a fight, there's no need to be butthurt, if that's all you really have to say I guess we're done here 😊
Christopher Espinal also placebo is improvement based on expectation. i did not expect the benefits that i got, so it was a physiological response. people who know nothing like to use the word placebo a lot, like they learned the word last week and are adding it to their lexicon.
If you have medically diagnosed hyperkalemia, you may be able to survive by following your doctor's advice and ignoring the advice of strangers on a social media platform. If you think you have hyperkalemia, then you will be comforted to know many healthy humans thrive on 0.5-1.0 kg of potatoes per day.
Now, I'm not gonna sugar coat it
I'm trying to get rid of potassium, not increase it. I have hyperkalemia. My body is way too good at absorbing potassium, to the point of having dangerously high potassium levels. I can't eat potassium rich foods, even in small amounts or I wake up in the middle of the night with screaming painful cramps.
Thanks for the kind words. Yes, I recommend taking them to your own preference. Most people have issues taking things on an empty stomach so I'd recommend taking them with food or after a meal. I usually tell people to take most of this type of stuff after dinner
