I work at a distribution center. It's alot of hard labor and have to hit case count everyday. When I started noticing that I lost a couple pounds from working there, I started putting 2 tea spoons of ACV in my water jug along with lemons and all sorts of teas and within 3 months of working there, I lost 48 pounds. This stuff really does work but if you wanna lose weight faster, ditch sugary stuff and cut down on meats. I chose to become vegetarian and noticed huge positive changes in my body to the point where I can hardly rely on meat anymore for protein. All I use for protein are quinoa, almonds, soy on rare occasions, rice, oats, and sometimes eggs.

Apple cider vinegar is an amazing thing but some of these are not a good idea! Apple cider vinegar should ALWAYS be DILUTED!! You don’t want straight ACV on your teeth as it will erode the enamel. Extended use of straight ACV can also damage your esophagus. They actually recommend always diluting one part ACV to 10 parts water and drinking that through a straw to minimize contact with your teeth. After drinking they say to rinse your mouth out well but wait around 30 minutes to brush your teeth as you don’t want to brush it into your teeth and gums. Also don’t take it right before bed, there needs to be at least 30 minutes before you lay down. This will prevent any chance of reflux. The last thing you want is something this acidic eroding your esophagus while you sleep! ACV can be great for the skin and scalp but again it should always be diluted. Think of apple cider vinegar like you would an essential oil which should also always be diluted. There is no benefit to taking it straight! People with type one diabetes should talk to their doctor before trying ACV, as the benefits of digestion might be negatives for them. As with all things moderation and information is key!! Do more research than a YouTube video before you try any new health regimen!
Apple cider vinegar changes your life. That is very sad and shallow. Hopefully life holds more important things then belly fat worry. I believe don't put so much thought towards how you look. Eventually you will never be able to counteract aging and it will be harder on you
